Driving in snow and ice resulted in my husband and I in a ditch at 9pm in January. We were prepared and the best case scenario happened: no damage to us or the vehicle, facing the road about 20 feet from the roadside. Unfamiliar with the area, local dispatch sent us multiple numbers. They were the fastest response time and best price for the circumstances. Work was done so quickly, i had just finished submitting the digital payment and i rounded the wrecker to see the car on the road (3rd pic)! Friendly gent on the phone, we met him and another fellow (wish i could remember their names!) when they both not only did their job and got us out but gave us advice on how to drive in the conditions and offered to lead us to town. 5/5 stars great experience: friendly, fast service. My 1st time using my roadside assistance. This company responded quickly. The dispatch lady was so very kind. The driver was very professional, really nice & had lots of great knowledge about things. I have already told others about my nice little experience with this company.
Husband called for me while I was stranded with kids on the side of the road. The driver showed up promptly. Mason had a good sense of humor and was very friendly. He took good care of my car.
Heading home (Tatum) from Henderson and the water pump in my F150 went out. Googled up wreckers Henderson and Wallace was at t he top of the list. Called them told them where I was at (Hwy 43 near CoOp) and they were there in about 30 minutes. Kolton was very professional and friendly. Cost was very fair especially with the quick service. Good job Kolton.

I got my trailer stuck at the end of a long and tiresome day. Mason came and pulled me out, and even stayed to make sure I didn't get myself stuck again. Patient and attention to detail to make sure no damage was done to my truck or trailer. Awesome job! Thank you, and blessings!

I was at a red light when my car went into limp mode. I was able to pull into a parking lot and Wallace and Son’s sent a driver after me. They were there within 15 minutes and took my car to the mechanic. The driver was professional and the rate was affordable! Will be using them again in the future.
My family and I were moving down from Maryland to Texas and rented a U-Haul for this journey. On day 3 of driving, our U-Haul truck broke down and wouldn’t start back up, leaving us stranded on the side of a 75 mph highway with no shoulder. After calling U-Haul about the breakdown, they didn’t help us, so we took matters into our own hands and called Wallace and Sons to see what they could do. Aaron and Mason came down to our location as soon as possible with their two lovely pups and towed our U-Haul 3 hours to our new house. These two gentlemen were so understanding, helpful, and kind about our situation. They gave us the most wonderful Texas welcome! Seriously, these guys are great, 10/10 service. So grateful for them!

I had a great experience with Wallace towing. We got our truck back from a local dealership after a recall, parked it, and it wouldn’t start again. After calling the dealership, the conclusion was to tow it up there in the morning on my dime of course. I scheduled the tow the night before with a very helpful lady and I got a phone call 20 minutes before the time that the wrecker was on his way. Johnathan was early and took very good care of loading up our truck and assured us he would be super careful and get our baby safely to the shop and the price was definitely fair. Would recommend and will be using them in the future.
We were experiencing a family tragedy and one of my daughters was rushing to the hospital and was pulled over, arrested, and her car impounded. I was beside myself as I was already dealing with the life and death decisions of my other child. This company was kind and compassionate and helped me long distance. They went above and beyond to help get her car to her and get her on her way to the hospital. I appreciate the humanity and kindness they exhibited when the PD OBVIOUSLY had none. This company is outstanding, in my time of need and desperation trying to get to my dying sister they went above their call of action and made sure that i was able to get through with no hiccups and no headaches, they were told my situation and did everything in their power to get me back on the road to be with my family in one of our worst moments. I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH! Me and my family had a blow out in Henderson on a Sunday with no tire shops open and no spare or tools! This man was at home with his family and went out of his way to come help us. Help us take it off, took my husband to Walmart to get another tire, came back and helped put it back on and even brought snacks for my son! Thank you so much!
Imma have to give this company 5 stars. I called for a tow and was an hour from Wallace and Sons yard. Within 2 hours, my truck was loaded and headed home. Justin “operator”, provided excellent customer experience throughout the entire move. Regardless of breaking down, it was an awesome close to a men’s retreat! Justin and I had good conversation about our faith and got to share a lot about our walk. Thanks again Justin and thank you Wallace and Sons for the excellent service!
Pretty good service, we had to get help to tow our f350 truck and the guy really took the time to load the truck carefully so it wouldn’t fall on the way from Henderson to Jacksonville.
I was stuck on the side of the road with my family after my car rocked off of the jack. We called Wallace and Sons, and they were there in 5 minutes and put our spare on swiftly to ensure we could get to the tire store before they closed.
Would recommend them 100%.
