Best price in America (by a lot) on a top-dog Scag 72” Turf Tiger II. Seamless process. Machine was in my driveway 23 HOURS (not days) after I purchased online. Dallas TX to Nashville TN. Garen Dennis was with me every step of the way. He is a no-nonsense, professional salesperson who treated me with respect and kindness. This was a big ticket purchase. This dealer made it easy. A+.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience purchasing a $1,000 throttle body from this company. The part arrived, was professionally installed, and immediately triggered error codes and failed to function properly. When we reached out for support, instead of standing behind their product, we were told we’d have to buy a second $1,000 throttle body—just to prove the first one is defective. This “solution” makes no sense from a customer standpoint. Why should we risk another $1,000 when we already purchased a faulty part? We aren’t looking for handouts—just a working product or a fair return process. Any reputable company would issue a replacement or refund based on clear malfunction and error data from a certified technician. We’re asking this company to do the right thing: issue a refund or send a replacement, and pick up the original faulty part. If not, we will continue sharing our experience across platforms to warn others about this unreasonable policy.

It's 2nd of June? Sent message to Mowpart via messenger FB. Didn't expect it was so prompt and efficient⚡️. Garen took the response. He was all along responding⌨️ to my queries. I was panicked ?as I was unable to find the item that Dad was looking for. Garen nailed ?it. Took the photo? and sent it to me. Responding was a breeze?. Yes! I like to congratulate mowpart team I had a great experience. My first time buying a part from this business,. As soon as they realized that the part i was looking for was in backorder, I was notified via email. Since they weren't sure they could meet my time requests to obtain my part, I canceled the order. They responded me right away Canceling my order , then I got another Email confirming that my order was canceled also letting me know that was placed for refund. The refund happened in 2 days To me that's the best customer service Anyone can wish for. ?

do not buy anything from Mowpart. Terrible experience. Wasted two weeks of my life. all parts I ordered said in stock. then I emailed to say where are my parts. They say everything is on back order and Hopefully they can get it in two weeks. Then they would send it to me. Well, I already waited two weeks and I don’t want to wait a month For a bunch of liars that say they have parts in stock but do not have any parts in stock. Do not buy anything from them

I have used Mowpart/ Four Brothers as a source for Toro Commercial and Grasshopper brand OEM parts for the last five years. I have worked at 2 different companies and do bid work for the School Districts, Municipalities, and other Government Entities as well within this time frame. When I cannot find the correct part number on their website, because part numbers do supersede and are updated, I reach out to customer service by email / phone when possible. I understand they can be busy at times, yet they always personally have answered my questions and helped reach out to the Manufacturers to get me the correct part number needed, or answers needed. Mowpart also deals with a lot of other well-known name brands as STIHL and Kawasaki. We personally are a dealer for both of these on our end at our store and for Billy Goat as well now. As a retailer ourselves for lawn and garden and small engine equipment, we know customers expect quality accompanied with outstanding Customer Service. We repair small engine equipment at our retail establishment as well and yes everyone wants their equipment in a timely manner that is understandable. As a retailer in such a large market, sometimes there are other underlying factors that affect this turnaround time such as supply and demand, weather conditions, shortage of raw materials etc. to name a few. Customers are now aware of this sometimes, and we ourselves as a retailer depend on Manufacturers to be as clear as possible in their turnaround time in order for us to fill orders and do repairs. It doesn't always happen this way unfortunately. Because some customers are not purchasing off brand parts, but OEM due to its durability and for this reason the pricing is also higher and can be seen expensive to some at times. Pricing tends to fluctuate at times as well due to freight or supply and demand. I fell, and this is my personal opinion, I feel you are placed at a certain bar level among other retailers as a direct dealer at times for these reasons. You the retailer have now become the frontline face of Companies you are representing at your retail establishment. Every customer regardless of what brand they are buying or the amount of their purchase that walks in through your establishments doors is valuable. When you make mistakes, you can only try to learn from them and improve on it while trying to make it right for your customer. Mistakes do happen, we are all only human. I am giving my personal review as I have been on both sides of the counter as both a customer and as a retailer. I feel smaller mom and pop stores, such as our retail establishment where I work as well, strive to offer the best Customer Service possible in such a large market. Our type of retail establishments are still around in a large market for a reason is what I tell myself when these issues arise. At the end of the day, it is our Customers and their feedback who either walk in through our doors or who we fill the online orders for that can only let us know how we can improve. I commend everyone I have interacted with at Mowpart over these last five years you for all their efforts. To name a few employees Shirley, Garren, and I apologize for those who at the moment I cannot recall, but are addressed in my previous employer's emails. If nobody told you today you are doing the best you can. And that is all you can ask for at times your 100 percent day in and day out. This is my honest review, and it took time to compose it because I wanted it to be as transparent as possible. Being able to show what also happens on the other side of the counter from a retailers and Store Managers point of view as well. There is no rush to reply, as I understand that also takes time away from your daily tasks at hand. Please use the time you have to help the customers at the moment needing the products you offer. I just used Mowpart for the first time, and found their pricing to be very competitive and just experienced some great customer service by Felicia. The OEM part I ordered had to put on a backorder due to a national shortage so Felicia gave me the option to continue the order or cancel it. I decided to continue. Then a day later, the problem I had on my trimmer turned out to be another issue that didn't require the part. So when I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order, Felicia responded back to me within a couple minutes after sending my email request. I will come back to Mowpart for that kind of great service and pricing when my next problem surfaces.

Ended up having a great experience. There were originally issues that were beyond their control and I had jumped to conclusions due to a recent poor experience with another company. They have beyond made things right, I feel like they have gone well above and beyond to set things straight and they didnt have to. They show alot of integrity in their business and will have repeat business from me. I highly recommend them for your small engine needs

I ordered from this company but I have no idea when I will receive my order. I tried calling and currently they are experiencing a high volume of orders and aren’t answering phone calls. What’s the deal with this company. Maybe the better business bureau will know. Honestly I just want my order but they said last week it was delayed and they hope to receive their order soon so they can complete their order. It’s a popular DM TRIMMER. I’m getting frustrated with no answers and no order. I would love to rant and rave as I do when a company goes above and beyond. Maybe I’m jumping the gun. I will try Monday to reach them and I will let you know what happens. I’m known for a picture is worth a 1000 words so you will definitely hear and see how this company has earned its reviews. UPDATE-COMPANY CAME THROUGH BUT WOW YOU REALLY HAVE TO TRUST AND BE MORE PATIENT. I will purchase from them again.

Very Slow processing and lack of communication. They do stock a lot of hard to find parts, so that is a plus. Could improve by setting an expectation with the customer on how long an order will take to be shipped. In my case it was well over 10 days from order being placed to it being handed to USPS.

Ordered a part for my scag. A few days later get an email that their price is wrong and it’s $30 more if I want it. I asked for them to honor the price they posted but they won’t. Should have read through other online reviews that said the exact same thing…some recent and others older. This is not a new issue for them. Seems like bait and switch. I should have read the reviews. Oddly under their logo they state “excellence, value, service ,honor “. Very shady. We’ll never order from this company again. Wasted a week on this. I’ll be following up with a complaint to the BBB if I don’t see my refund asap.

We are a small engine repair shop who needed a certain wiring harness for a customer. No one had this wiring harness, but we thought we found it at Mowpart. We ordered it, then Lindsey emailed letting me that the part was on back order and kept me updated on the time frame we would receive the part. A+ on customer service! Their SCAG Accessories are advertised cheaper than anyone. So naturally I made a order. They sent an email 3 days later stating that "We were given the incorrect cost for this part number" and are asking for $30 more. Seems like they are manipulating their pricing to appear more favorable in search engines.

So I ordered a hard to get filter for my Mahindra tractor. Generally Mahindra parts are overpriced on the internet. I found this one on Mowpart (AKA: FourBros) for a great price. I ordered on the 18th, delivered on the 26th, Texas to Georgia. I also ordered a knock-off from Amazon for a quick fix, it arrived not so quick in 6 days. But OEM is better and price difference was negligible including shipping. I read the few bad reviews, but considered they shipped hundreds of products a year, plus based on Google look-around view, they are a major farm tractor dealer. I will return for additional parts. As a last minute thought for the people that said they didn't get their item, if UPS delivers to wrong location or it gets stolen (both happened to me) , I can't blame the company I purchased from and expect refund. It's not Amazon, I didn't get insurance, it's a small business usually fighting the economy. And trying to get UPS to pay for their mistake is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I read some of the reviews after purchase and started to freak out a little, but I contacted the company about my order and they kept me up to date the whole time. Took a little longer than I was expecting, but I guess I've been spoiled by Amazon turnaround time. Was a much better deal than most sites I checked, got the whole wheel for what another site wanted to charge me the rim for. They don't keep everything in stock it seems, but will order from the manufacturer and not charge an arm and a leg for it. All in all, satisfied in doing business and would buy from them again.

Not a good experience. Two stars instead of one because they work with me on refund. Fulfillment of original order was slow. Bought two items, one was the wrong item. They are not using phone customer service at this time, so can only communicate through email. They sent me a return label for the wrong item and said they put the order in for the right item but that they couldn't give me an estimate time for shipping. I asked to cancel the item for a refund instead, and they did agree to that, and I got my refund. I had to pay $4.00 for part of the return shipping. When I contacted UPS for pick up I was told that that number didn't include the pick up, and I would have to pay $5-$15 for that, but they couldn't tell me how much. So, I had to take the item to the area UPS station to get it shipped off. I've never had that issue with any other company for returns. Instead, I bought same item through HD for the same price and they are delivering within the same week. I will not be using Mowpart in the future.
