I brought my blazer in to the shop and told them I needed a brake repair. I said they were terrible and pulsating. They called me and said, “your brakes are fine. It might’ve just been the gravel. We took everything apart and couldn’t find a problem.” They could’ve totally changed my brakes and charged me And had me pay for a service that I didn’t need! But they are Honest!!! One of the most honest shops I've ever been to. They went above and beyond my expectation. All the office employees was so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I had a problem with poor pickup even after regular servicing elsewhere. They checked airflow system, fuel filter condition, and sensor data properly. The real issue was a partially blocked air intake that others had missed. After cleaning and resetting the system, acceleration feels noticeably better.

I was having problems with my car stopping on me and decided to get it checked out. I took her to Royse City Autocare where Bryan greeted me with a smile. I told him what was going on with my car and he said he could help. I got the repairs done in and she has been running ever since. These Guys are a 10 oit of 10 and I recommend.

I had a really good experience at this auto repair shop when my car started having transmission issues. The team handled the situation very professionally and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They first performed a detailed inspection and then explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that they didn’t rush the repair and instead focused on doing the job properly. The cost was clearly explained before starting, which made me feel comfortable and confident. After the repair was completed, my car started shifting gears smoothly again without any issues. The difference in performance was noticeable right away. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and very transparent, which made the entire experience stress-free and trustworthy.

The “check engine” light came on my 2004 mustang. After work, I drove to the nearest AutoZone to have the diagnostic done. The man said that he couldn’t get a readout That there was no electricity to the plug. He told me to take it to a repair shop.
I googled the closest and went to Royse City auto care.
Brad Minot, who is the general manager, bought me a bottle of water as soon as I approached the counter. He checked the plug with their equipment and found a fuse that was out. He reset the warning message light and said since the car was running fine, it could just be something simple like an emissions warning caused by a loose gas cap. He tightened the gas cap and was even kind enough to show me how to tell when I need new tires. He wouldn’t even let me pay for the fuse!
I cannot praise this business enough. I’m a 73 year old woman who knows nothing about cars and their required maintenance. So often in situations like this women are taken advantage of and talked into costly repairs that weren’t needed. When you find a caring, honest dealership it is wonderful!
My long time friend, Wesley, used to help me with car problems. He died last November and gave me this car after I was involved in an accident and totaled my car. I told Brad he must be “channeling “ Wesley.

I could not be more grateful for how incredibly kind, thorough, and communicative the team was with me while working on my vehicle. They are prompt and passionate about finding and resolving issues.

Our experience was truly exceptional. Driving home and noticing an unusual smell from your engine can be quite unnerving. We made the decision to stop for the night and have a shop examine everything before embarking on the last 8 hours of our drive. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, having us in and out within an hour. The reassurance that everything was fine was truly priceless. We are extremely thankful for their prompt and courteous service.

Bryan determined what I needed after checking out damage to my side mirror this morning. My 1st time there but they now have a new customer if I need them again !!

This auto care business is top notch, very professional and honest. Bryan, told us what was wrong and what it would cost to find the problem. He then told us to go back to the dealer we bought the used car from. I did call them and they are going to take care of the problem. Bryan did not have to tell us that, but he did! Brad, Mauricio, Brian, and the rest of the team were such a blessing in our time of need! We had a check engine light on our vehicle which was just an O2 sensor needing to be replaced. I delayed replacing it since it wasn't a critical issue, but we got used to just seeing the check engine light for a while that we didn't notice that the car had overheated and the engine ended up going out on us. Brad and his team were able to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a matter of days. The whole process was smooth and effortless for us. And their overnight key drop off option was so convenient for us as well! They were very kind and courteous through the whole process and just all around good hearted people!
They even just talked with us over the phone about a different issue with another car we had which saved us from even having to bring it in and pay a fee to get it diagnosed. So you know they aren't just out to get your money but they actually care to help people! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!!

I generally do all my own maintenance. Sometimes things come up That I don't want to do. Such is the case with bleeding my brakes. I took my car into Royse City Auto Care and asked if they could flush and fill my brake fluid. No problem, about an hour later, it was done. I thought it was a fair price. My brakes continued to have some issues, so I went back about two month later and asked if they could do the work again. No argument. No hemming or hawing, no upsell. Just straight up "lets get that done sir". They had some vehicle ahead of me, so they kept the car overnight. Not an issue, they gave me a ride home. They called me the next day to tell me the car is ready. Brakes are much much better. I went to pay for the service, as i thought that's only fair, I consume labor, and materials. They refused to accept my payment. I was floored. I can't speak to anything but my experience, but i will definitely be back. I did buy pizza for the workers, that's the least I could do, and kinda hard to refuse. My brakes are still solid, and I am completely happy.

Words really or not enough to explain how good this place is. I have a 2013 Kia Sportage, that six weeks ago broke down in Royse city. It was towed to the Rockwall Kia dealership. After doing their 32 point or whatever they call it Test they deemed that’s the problem was an EMP device that I had on the car. I told them I knew it wasn’t that all my children have them and I’ve had it for two years. They chose to ignore me and sure now four hours into my trip up to San Antonio. It died in Austin doing the same thing. Now it was towed to a mechanic in Austin, who did the very same thing that kid did. However, now they found a blown fuse that had also melted somewhere around the battery. They changed it then told me it was fixed. I told them that was the symptom of an underlying problem and they needed to look further. However just like Kia they ignored me. While it did make it home the next day it would not start. Realizing it was probably an electrical problem I looked up random numbers and came across this mechanic shop. It was towed, Bryan took the time to tell me they had received it from the tow company and said they would be able to look at it within 24 hours. On initial exam, they didn’t find anything either, but Ryan remembered I said it appeared to happen after four hours driving, I could definitely see a pattern. UnLike the other two places. they drove it and let it idle in the shop and sure enough around four hours. The alternator started doing funny things and I also felt it needed a new battery. Sure enough it started running fine but occasionally it wouldn’t start then it would cool down or sit and then all of a sudden it would start again. So they diagnosed A starter problem. So actually, it had two problems, but had Bryan and his people, and the other people not taking the time to explore further, I would still be without a car. they are so good than when I said my car was parked in such a way the wrecker might not get to it. Bryan actually offer to come to my house to get it into the right position. I know no one that would go that far out for customer service. he called me and communicated with me every step of the way. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family and when I do buy a new car needless to say I won’t be using the dealership. I will be using them. Thanks so much to y’all for getting me back in the car. I will also post this on my Facebook for all my friends to see.

I got a couple of things done at Royse City auto care, and I truly appreciate their honesty and transparency, especially their service adviser Bryan who is never tired of listening to your concerns, answering your questions, and giving you honest suggestions about the repairs. Just wanted to give flowers to Royce city auto care , for the excellent service and treatment that we received. We are fairly new to Royse city and were looking for a reliable shop to service all of our auto repair needs, while having a phobia of mechanics because of treatments I received in the past, Bryan goes above and beyond to let you know that your car is in great hands and that he/ and the shop is not out to get you, just to help and fix your vehicle as a women I feel safe with them fixing my vehicle and “ I literally trust nobody “. They are truly down to earth and they actually want to help you get your vehicle up and running, and let me not forget Mauricio, it does not matter about the cost of the service because he will take that quote and chop it down into pieces, meaning he tells you what’s wrong and if you can afford to get all of the work done at once , he will at least give you a starting point , he recommends that you get the most important things done first. I am so very great-full that me and my family have found a shop that will service all of our needs, Thanks Royse city automotive , for taking the stress out of being a women in the auto industry. Took my 98 Chevy here for a quick emergency repair and was not let down at all by the good work and really go breakdown of future concerns to be aware of.

Just recently I took my New Used Truck for a lengthy list of issues that would normally be covered by a proper warranty. These guys spent weeks battling the warranty company and went above and beyond doing the leg work to fight for our repairs. I am beyond impressed and grateful for the insane amount of hoops they jumped through for me. Thank you.

Royse City Auto Repair was amazing from start to finish. Brad was the most helpful and professional person that I have dealt with in a long time. They did a great job fixing the coolant leak in my Jaguar XF. I took it to another shop and paid over $1,200.00 and as soon as pulled up to my house the coolant leak started again and that shop told me its not there issue. Again thank you Brad and the Royse City Automotive team for everything y'all have done for me.
