Charged me for fuel on a loaner they gave me to use, I filled it before they picked it up. They maybe used a gallon to get back to their shop and then charged me $30. Unacceptable.

My 19 year old truck was in bad need of repairs. Swift was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done quickly and at a fair price, and my truck now drives smoothly again. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but this shop has definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

Edit for response: Not sure why you fell the need to lie. You told me you heard the shudder and that it was the hub. I DID not say there is a lot wrong with it. I actually told you the opposite there were a lot of new parts to include the struts that you said you heard pop once when you pulled it in so you wanted to replace it as well. ****** Took a car there and said there was a shudder which was similar to what it did when the transmission went out last time. He hooked it up and said nothing showed on the computer. Initially he said he couldn’t hear it and I was going to come out and drive with him. Later, we talked on the phone and he said he did hear the shudder and he said it’s the hub. And yes you offered for me to bring it back, but why would I want you to continue to work on it when you misdiagnosed it? Mistakingly I told him I hit a curb with the front right about 2 years ago. Of course that’s the one with the “noise”. He replaced it and $670 later I’m out the door. Literally was making the same shudder noise on the way home. I figured this can’t be, so drove it a few more days and sure enough same shudder I took it in for. Told him about it and he wanted me to bring it back. Not really interested in dumping more money for him to throw parts on it. He claims no refund because I “needed” the part. The car “needs” other parts replaced, but I took it in there for the shudder. He told me it was the hub so I authorized the fix assuming he knew what he was talking about. On top of it he waits until the work is done to tell me his credit card machine was down and I could only pay with cash app or Zelle. Anyone that only accepts those two methods are afraid of charge backs. A credit card machine being down is just a convenient excuse. With technology today, I’m sure there’s a work around when your machine is down.

Had to get a tow and a tire. He came promptly, and the service was pretty quick also. They even topped up my fluids. The owner even came back to my house to give me a ride. GREAT experience and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend.

Ive been in the Royse City area for about 6 months, I'm a single mom of 3.. I don't know anything about cars, I had just bought a vehicle and it had did have a few problems. I was driving one day and seen Swift Auto Care pulled up and there's a mechanic who works there his name is CJ. He was very professional, helpful. Took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong with the car and took the time out to show and explain to me where the problem was coming from, and what the car needed done. & He was quick, I wasn't waiting long at all. I will be going back to get new tires & my breaks done. If you go ask for CJ great customer service.

TJ replaced the brake pads on my 2012 C6 GS Corvette as I wanted to upgrade to ceramics. I am very picky when it comes to who I use for work on this car, as it is very low and I had a bad experience with another shop driving it into a curb due to the cam surge and splitter. I’m pleased to report that the pads were changed in just a few hours at a very reasonable price with absolutely no issues. Will be coming back when anything else arises!

Swift is an understatement as for the speed Swift Auto Repair fixed my Truck. The owner "T" was referred to me (New to Fate) by my son who said "T" was the Man! I could NOT have been more impressed by his professionalism, kindness and honesty. Although I had a pretty good feeling what was wrong with the truck (Brakes Pad and Rotors), a dishonest mechanic could have easily taken advantage of my and the situation. "T" was able to resolve all the issues I had, and my Truck has never run better. I already plan and taking my other cars there for him to check them both. If you live in Fate or Royce City, there is no better place to take your car. Top Notch Service!

After hours owner opened up to help change out our tire. He offered us new tire and gave us a reasonable price. Not only was he generous he opened up the office so my kids could use the restroom. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was stranded with a flat tire. The owner towed me to his auto shop, fixed the flat and had be back safely on the road. The owner is such a gracious person, and smilingly provided me with prompt service !!!! I thank them with from the bottom of my heart. Please go here if you need someone honest to help you !!!!

I had serious problems with a car i had purchased. I was so upset with how the dealership had hidden the serious issues with the car, and in my emotional outburst, TJ (the owner) was so understanding and caring. And now my car drives great!!!

If you're searching for a mechanic in the area, your search is over. I recently moved back to Texas (after a 25 year absence) and urgently needed a mechanic to repair my 2017 Nissan Frontier. I called Swift Auto Repair and TJ answered and we briefly discussed the issue. I then took my truck to the shop, TJ drove me back to my office and picked me up once the work was completed SAME DAY!!! And of course, my truck is fixed! Very reasonable pricing as well!!

This is a great company to take your vehicle to because they figured out a problem my own mechanic couldn’t figure out. “T” is a genuine guy who made sure my truck was towed efficiently and he gave me an honest and fair quote. I recommend him to my friends and family.

They do an amazing job here and have fantastic service. Even though it was my first time there T treated me like his most loyal and valued customer. They worked quick and had my car fixed looking brand new.

We called with a flat tire on a friday, and T showed up in ten minutes. He also opened his shop when he had just closed down. Then followed us safely back to his shop to finish repairing with a bad tire. Very good service and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I recently acquired a used vehicle. The owner drove it up on lift and made an examination and determined what repairs were necessary for me to drive it safely. I ended up with an oil change and a new gasket, and brake work. He gave me a written quote for parts and labor and was transparent as he called to locate best price for necessary parts. I was offered a ride home as some parts weren’t available till next morning. He stayed within estimated cost and repair time. I highly recommend this shop.

Swift Auto Repair changed our oil on our motorhome. We were traveling on the road and needed a good center for an oil change. We called ahead for an appointment, and when we arrived, they honored the appointment timely and quickly changed our oil. Very knowledgeable, great job, friendly customer service and fair rates.
