Very prompt service! When I signed up on the app it said almost an hour and half. I got a call from Joe and he said he was 10 minutes away. Great service!
Araceli was extremely unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me twice when I was trying to ask questions. I had to call back and politely ask to please not hang up on me. I’m only trying to get information.
My vehicle was towed here after an accident. I arrived to retrieve my belongings and release vehicle to insurance company. Everyone was respectful and kind. I called ahead and was informed to bring my driver's license and insurance card or proof of ownership. Everything worked out well. I appreciate the work that they do from the two ladies in the office to Smiley in the back. Everyone was professional.
Spoke to Krusty and she is a very rude unprofessional person.
They wrongfully take vehicles that are registered to the apartment complex and act like they didn't do anything wrong.
They are just out here trying to take people's hard earned money.
I will definitely file a complaint to the BBB the way they run this so called "business" very scheme like.
Twice in one “Bad Battery” morning had to call Triple A Roadside Services for a jump, 2nd time it just gave out entirely while making a left turn to in a Very Busy Intersection, but Todd’s Towing came to my rescue & took me to Costco
to buy a battery & while there Both AAA & Todd’s changed the call so the driver could install that battery & he even took the old one inside so I got refunded the core. All while my car was still on their tow truck.
Thank You Todd’s Towing. You have been there for me via AAA, & also a few other times.

This morning (about Friday, 3 Oct 25, 6:45am), I came across an accident that one of their drivers was assisting to pull a vehicle out of a ditch. The process caused traffic to turn around in the north and south directions. As I was turning around, I backed up just enough that my rear right tire came off the asphalt and lost traction. I called AAA said what happened and requested a tow. The technician asked what was the name of the tow company already on the scene; Todd's Towing. She said, "Great, I see that we do business with them". She asked that I give the driver the work order number, so he could verify that it was a legitimate job, and ask if he could assist. When I asked the driver if he could take a look to see if he could assist he said no, that he wasn't on the clock any more and that he would have to drop the vehicle, he had just loaded on the bed of the truck, in order to assist me. I was extremely upset that he didn't even take the time to see if he could assist. He let the owner of the wrecked vehicle in and drove off. Mind you, the sun hadn't began to rise, there was no shoulder on this road, no lines painted on the road, no street lights and just over a hill. Thankfully, Officer Eddie, the officer on the scene of the previous accident, pulled his vehicle over to mine and called a tow truck as he said it would be quicker for the police department vs me waiting on a truck called by AAA; also, that the angle of my vehicle posed a safety hazard. Luckily, Chubb's Towing showed within 30 minutes and had me on my way in about 10 - 15 minutes (without using his tow truck whatsoever). To add insult to injury, I canceled the AAA work order. However, Jesus, from Todd's Towing, called and asked if I received his text. I said I didn't, but he proceeded to ask for my exact location so he could assist. Which, by this time, it was an hour after Chubb's came to my rescue. Plus, Jesus stated he was 35 minutes out.
I was and still am disgusted with the lack of concern and humanity Todd's Towing driver showed considering the circumstance i was in. Lastly, I'm positive 10-15 minutes of time, that he didn't want to spare, cost the business several hundred dollars.
Unbelievably crooked service. One of my semis broke down on interstate and police called them out. They sent another company out that repaired truck in 20 minutes. Air Line Broken. We drove off the interstate and I called to pay the bill. Dispatcher informed me they were still going to tow my truck. I have been in this business for over 30 years and have never seen anyone as crooked as these people. I totally agree with paying money owed but $1600.00 for an airline repair is unheard of. Just because the police dispatch you out does not give you the right to price gouge!
Amazing service!!!! Jeffrey gave me a tow after midnight after my car would not start after a long shift at work. Jeffrey offered to check out my battery cables first to make sure they were good he told me to go home and get some rest. He told me that he would send me videos of the car if he was able to correct the problem. Jeffrey was not only able to fix the cables but he parked the car in the driveway and left the key in a safe place and sent me a picture of the location.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They made my husband wait an hour (eta of when they would arrive) and when the hour came, we called and they said the towe was cancelled. No one called or texted or even gave a reason why the service was cancelled. Would not recommend. Literally left my husband stranded for over an hour.
Tyler was absolutely amazing I am so thankful he showed up and assisted me. He went above and beyond. I will never forget this great experience 10/10 recommend God Bless this company ❤️
Huge shoutout to Todd’s Towing in Royse City and especially Brian and Ross for their outstanding customer service! I had a flat tire and called through Roadside Assistance. Because of the special type of spare my vehicle uses, a normal tire change wasn’t possible—but they didn’t leave me hanging. Instead, they quickly dispatched someone to air up my tire just enough to safely get me to the tire shop.
Brian and Ross went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated their professionalism, speed, and kindness during a stressful situation. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend!
An inexperienced tow man wrecked my family into a rail in Fate Tx from behind,and then tried to charge them triple rate because they noticed it was a company vehicle ($900). After which they buried the car in the back of tow yard with 3 flat tires in the mud. When my son attempted to retrieve the car, he asked for assistance in pulling it out at which time he was told NO I Would love to see the dash cam video from this
"experienced tow tuck driver". After we asked for footage they coincidentally dropped their price to $400. I wouldn't recommend them to handle anyone's vehicle EVER!
When I discovered his name, I will include it in the review, but The driver who retrieved/recovered my vehicle was well knowledged in his craft swift and precise, and did not even scratch my paint
Also, Alyssa was very helpful when I called the office kind and respectful, and she even recognized me from the last time the truck visited there??
Towing is never fun, but couldn’t ask for an easier, more pain free experience. They were super helpful and went out of their way to suggest options for the car and saved me at least an hour of driving in the process. Thank you!
I got into an accident and totaled my car. The employees were very nice and helpful when I went and got everything out of my car. They were even complimenting how clean my car, which did make me feel a little better about the situation.
Expensive but good at what they do. I slid into a muddy ditch and they promptly brought out a skid steer and pulled me out without snapping my suspension. I'd recommend them if you get into a bind. Thanks guys and gal.
First guy came tried to open couldn't because his pump was leaking, he said the dispatcher was going to send some else no one showed up called some else
I decided that I was a Ford F150 instead of a ford fusion, and I got myself stuck in the mud. The prices, customer service, everything was amazing! I’ll never call anyone else.
Dave was awesome. Very nice, courteous and conscientious. Even made sure I was comfortable with the a/c. Very careful with my car. Took me all the way from Rockwall to a shop near my condo in Dallas for a reasonable rate. Even took me home after the drop-off so I didn't have to Uber. Highly recommend. Thanks Dave!
My driver side tire blew on the way to get the tire fixed, blocked off traffic on 30 for about an hour, todd’s towing came in less than ten minutes of the officers phone call. dave came and saved me and brought me somewhere to wait for my dad to come get me. big shout out to dave at todd’s towing! thank you so much!
