If you are a professional don't make an account with them they will get rid of it at there discretion and get rid of all your customers warranties, and you will have to pay for them yourself.Because o'reilly's will not be able to pull them back up after they've deleted your account. And they will do this without calling you or notifying anybody

This team is always on point when it comes to knowledge, professionalism, and customer care. No matter what I need for my car, they take the time to explain things clearly and often provide even better information than what I came in with. I’ve never once left without exactly what I needed and a better understanding of the situation.

I just stopped in to get some new wiper blades. Mikey went above and beyond to help me and welcomed us to the O'Reilly family. We will definitely be back to support this store and Mikey.
We stopped at Buccees and noticed a smell. Finally realized the battery was swollen and smoking, this was at 9:45 they close at 10. Drove to O'Reilly rush in they say they don't have time to change it but someone could in the morning. I figured as much, but since we were from out of town that wasn't an option. I said I'd look at the tools to do it myself as he went to check what battery i needed. He came back in and said he would change it because of how bad it was. He absolutely did not have to do that, I wish I had gotten his name. 10 out of 5 stars!!
William was extremely helpful today. I needed to check my batter to check it off of a list of potential issues. William seemed very knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service.
Mikey was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond from the moment he picked up the phone, explaining what I needed. When I showed up, he was just as attentive, knowing exactly what I needed. He definitely has the best customer service. Not only did he provide me with all the information I required, but he also took the time to ensure that I was comfortable with my choices.

On my way to Walmart and my heater hose blew off. Ethan was nice enough to.help me out by getting everything I needed and fixing it for me and getting back on the road. I am a 57 yr old lady and didn't have the money to take it to a shop and really thought I had blown my engine! This young man was a blessing! He deserves a big raise!
The young lady was very friendly and had a smile on her face and greeting me as soon as I walked in the store as me if I needed help she got me my oil filters very quickly I will continue to buy my parts here.
This store is a joke. Every time you go in the store you’re standing a long line they give you the wrong part they give you some excuse. Or they don’t have the part and then they order the part and it takes two days and they get you the wrong part or they send it back to the hub without letting you know. It is ridiculous. Down the road is on another auto parts store You’ll have better luck there.
This is the last time I will ever step foot in this business. They have the most careless employees I have ever seen. Every time there's a different story, but you know what? Here's one right now.
I was about to purchase the A/C Recharge R-134A 12 oz. The sign clearly says $36.99. When they rang me up, it showed up at $136.69. I started laughing like fix the price I'm sure there's an error, so the guy came by and said NO, that is the correct price. I'm like are you okay? Then I Googled it and Even went on O'Reilly website and it's actually cheaper $34.99 actually He said Yeah I know it's crazy but that's the price.
I don't know where you find these employees, but they clearly do not care about their jobs. That's why me and others in the Royse City area I will not be shopping here again very unprofessional please see photos

3 stars cause they have the parts we need. -2 because two days in a row we go up there and rep Jeneva / Geneva or Genevieve (don’t know spelling) was rude to me and then to my husband on two separate visits. Both pick up orders. Just crazy. Not that hard to fake good customer service. I’m sure she could manage if she tried…
There is a newish big guy in there that every time I go in is leaning on the counter as you walk in on the left. He isn't very helpful sometimes says hi in a "I have to" voice. Then there is a young lady and a guy with longish black hair that are great. Very helpful, willing to walk with you to look for parts and willing to go out of their way to look things up. If it wasn't for the big older guy you would have gotten a 5 star.
Well this visit wasn't planned but I had to purchase a passenger wing mirror (glass only), so when I went in I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I walked over and explained what I needed and since I'm not a mechanic ? he wanted to look at my truck mirror to make sure that he was ordering exactly what I needed then we went back in and he ordered it (Friday evening) and asked if I could wait until Monday or if I needed sooner another store in Mesquite had one... And I told him Monday was fine.
The store was very clean and I remember seeing about 3-4 employees and they were all friendly and I did a little browsing and as I was paying for the mirror he told me they'd call me when my mirror came in.
So Monday morning (ish) they did exactly that.

Thee guys are incompetent. I've had issues with them in the past and didn't say anything. I looked for a part online and their website said they had it in stock. I drove there and talked to the two young people working the counter and the guy wasn't able to figure out how to use his computer. The young woman looked it up and said it wasn't in stock. I went home, looked it up on my computer, called them, and gave them the part number, and they said it was in stock. Do I need to operate the computer for them? Are they all that dense? Plus, they are twice as much as ordering on Amazon. I promise you I will never walk in that store again.
Great staff here, pleased with customer service. Today was exceptionally good as Isaiah gifted my little son who is three with a monster truck. He was very happy. We will continue to be very faithful customers. Thank you O'Reilly's.
Had a fender bender and couldn't get to the dealership until the next morning. Went here and asked the associates what would be the best fix until it could be properly repaired. Both Tim (O'Reilly associate) and a customer (Didn't catch his name; I thank you again sir ?) assessed my vehicle and showed me what I needed to get in order to drive my vehicle safely until the next day.
Not only was Tim patient with me, he helped me without judgement and had amazing customer service! Thank you so much again!
Matthew is amazing. I was there this passed weekend to purchase windshield wiper blades. I had no idea how to install them. Matthew not only installed them promptly and accurately but also did not belittle me for not knowing how to install them. Thank you so much and I will be returning very soon!
