I went against the reviews and called anyway because I desperately need a tailight and the woman on the phone is extremely rude just like everyone else said.

When I called up there looking for a transmission for my 2002 jaguar the lady on the phone was just mad from the start and then when I ask her to repeat her question she started yelling and that’s just running away people.(be more polite)

Bad costumer service and sells person actitude, worst back yard in tx.

Ordered an engine in September they told me the car had electrical problem and the engine is good! Got the engine opened the oil pan and it had half a pound of metal inside! I obviously returned the engine to get my money back and try somewhere else! She said after we get the part we will issue the refund! Part got delivered called to ask for the refund the lady start screaming and hung up on me and blocked my number! They’re scammers and i will definitely try to sue them! Please anyone who has the same problem file a police report! These people are super rude and will waste your time and energy! So disappointed to deal with them!

Drove from Houston to get a transmission that I was told was in stock but when I got there they couldn’t find it, they did have a transfer case that I wanted and got a good deal on hence the 4 out of 5 star, the receptionist was actually really nice and I dont understand why other reviews call her rude.

Picked a engine up for my 70 year old mother in law paid over a 1000 dollars for it I put the engine in and it was bad had a Crack in the block they didn't want to give her money back so gave us another engine put it in it had a blown head gasket the owner told me and shook my hand if it's bad we will refund the money so took both engines back and they only wanted to refund half the money and said the engine got hot no way it only ran like 3 minutes and had water in the oil they are scam artist to do that to a 70 year old woman who lives on a retirement and social security I don't recommend them to no one except the police or a lawyer to shut them down worst place ever.

Rude! Just plain Rude! I called about a part that they had listed on their website. She promptly said they don't have it. I said it is listed on their website. She said I must be looking at the wrong website. I read her the URL and it to match. I gave her a stock number she requested. When it didn't match what she thought it should be she started freaking out and hung up on me. It is your dagum website. Be nice to your potential (not anymore) customers.

Pretty good! I bought a Mercedes engine, and it took an hour or more to get in line to get it loaded, but they did it. Sometimes they get overloaded and cranky when people get cranky on them, but they have always got it done for me. I'm still driving the Mercedes 5 years later.

Can't say enough good things about Abco. They had my part and it was very reasonably priced and my hats off to the man that went out when it was 105 degrees outside and pulled the part. Would definitely recommend Abco!

I bought a 50.00 part Friday for his truck payed for shipping 10.00 found out he didn’t need the part went to go return it Monday and only gave us 20.00 they wouldn’t even give us half the money back and that’s not the only time they screwed us we bought a radiator couple years back we put it on that day it had a hole in it we went to go see if we could just get another one and they told us no and wouldn’t even give our money back for that DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!! not worth the time or your money!!! And vary rude people!!!

I paid to have an engine shipped. I receive the engine and the engine is no good. It wont turn, its locked. Now they want me to pay to ship it back. Dont buy from these people, worst experience ever.

The receptionist is in a piss poor mood all the time. At least try to act happy. She finally just hung up on me.

They had what I was looking for (two spare wheels for a Crown Vic) and were helpful. I wasn't sure what size my wheels were, and the owner(?) came out and looked at my wheels with me to figure it out. I called ahead of time to see if they had what I was looking for, they said they did, and then they had it. I would call that a success.

Very helpful with finding a used rim for Mt spare tire. Also was helpful on where to look for good priced parts I needed. Will be back for any used parts I need. They are quick at helping you and very friendly.

Terrible business to work with. I called asking for a specific core motor and supplied all the info needed, they were rude on the phone but I figured they were just busy. They said they had three of these engines available, and answered specific questions about what parts they saw on these engines, and if they turned over, and gave me prices on them. I drove 9 hours round trip to pick up at least one engine with cash in hand the same day I called. When I got there they said they didnt have any of the engines we had spoken about hours earlier, even though it showed on there website to be in stock. They never actually confirmed they had the engines when I called, and all the info they gave me on them was a lie. They were not apologetic, and all they said before I left was "well why did you drive so far". I wish I could give less than one star, these people wasted an entire day and cost me time and money in fuel for nothing. Do not do business with these crooks.

Horrible customer service throughout my whole experience dealing with who I presume are the owners. Was sold the wrong part twice, and denied a refund for the (brand new) remaining parts that were with that set with original receipt within 2 weeks of the original purchase. After I was told on the phone less than an hour before that I would be able to get a full refund, and basically called a liar, regarding the matter, when I showed up. Found the correct parts I needed on amazon for less than half the price of what ABCO charged me. Wish I would of never given what I thought was a good ol small family owned business a chance with my business. At least have a return policy on your receipts/webpage if you don't honor merchandise returns like the every other business out there.

I use ABCO alot. They are always kind, fair, and courteous. Parking kinda sucks, but can't have it all ❤️

Friendly staff and helpful service. Parts were pulled in advance and just as described. Definitely check them out. I came 2.5 hours from Dallas but it was well worth it.

Very rude customer service. I looked on their website for a certain part, found it, proceeded to call and ask them if they had a general year model and had the quick response of no. A very popular vehicle that your website has on stock but am denied? It seems they dont want business.

I found what I needed when no one else could help me. They gave me an awesome price. I'm very pleased to have done business with them !!!

we had bought some parts there,not only did they ship the wrong color parts they had a truck pick them back up (the right thing to do) but I have not received credit on my charge card that THEY denie and charges were put back on my credit card. 091013 called them to no avail. not only did they get these parts back thay kept my money!! next step law suit DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Called for a specific part for my model of car. Drive 28 miles to get it... Had part I was looking for, but it was damaged & for Model newer car. Was also a different class (ie, EX vs LX) with fog-lights. Not sure how that is going to work. Bargained for lower price due to parts condition & was not the exact part I asked for. Did find a rare part from California in their junkyard that my car needed since it was built with CA emissions. Place is dirty, dusty & disorganized & hard to find parking (especially when the fork lift is moving junk cars right next to where you parked! Dallas has better much cleaner more organized junkyards.

Drove over 90 miles one way to get a part listed online as 000(no damage coded). I arrived to find a busted up piece of crap. The staff was real nice about not caring.
