Absolutely amazing service called him today because my dogs were in the car and stepped on the door lock locked the car he was here quick fast got the door open and under a minute Great attitude awesome person very reasonable have used them before for getting a vehicle towed and everything they're amazing people quick to answer the phone and always come running to help highly recommend

I've never had an accident or needed to call for a tow truck before, and I couldn't be luckier to have randomly chosen Country Boy Towing. Scottie was communicative and quick to pick us up and went above and beyond in making sure I wasn't just another woman getting screwed over by the autobody shop. He stayed while they looked at my car and after hearing what they had to say, Scottie told me to file a claim (I didn't even think about that at first) and offered to bring my car to his tow lot so that an adjuster would come and ensure that the repairs would be covered before I dropped thousands of dollars without guaranteed reimbursement. I literally never would have thought of any of this.
And I felt so safe as a young woman traveling alone going with him to the auto shop and back to his tow lot. He let my dog ride along with us in the tow truck, and that dog is quick to hate a man but was completely comfortable with Scottie. He and his wife let me wait there for my ride and were just so kind and caring to a total stranger. I can't recommend them enough!
I called Scotty because he had been recommended from my cousin. My 80yr mother was broke down at the Onalaska Post Office and I was an hour and half away from there. Scotty had a friend Chris who is a mechanic and Chris showed up before Scotty and started accessing the problem with her SUV. He diagnosed the problem, Scotty towed her vehicle and her to Chris shop and they had her car going in no time. Also her A/C had went out ( other local mechanic stated) and told us she needed a new A/C system and these two gentleman took the time to look at it free of charge and in fact someone had overcharged the A/C was the reason it was not working. So now not only did they take excellent care of my mother (water or whatever she needed), they fixed her current issue, they also made sure my 80yr mother A/C was working (a $1400.00 quote saving). Me and my mother are forever GRATEFUL for Scotty and his friend Chris. Not too many people like them left in the world. If you ever need honest company, call Scotty.

My name is Michell Dorsey and on 1988 coming back from delivering a door dash order a deer or 2 hit me in the darkest part of that road totaling my radiator I managed to get it to a store and my car got towed the next morning. I called and spoke with Scotty and he and his wife are bringing my car back home to me as I and my husband are disabled! They are wonderful people who have a good heart for their community in which they care for a great deal. They give a good reputation for their profession. Having an accident far from home is always a bad experience, but getting help from Scottie was a true blessing. Scottie and his wife, Stacy, are both amazing people. They went above and beyond to help me figure out how to manage a bad situation. In addition, they supported our decision to donate the car to Vehicles for Veterans. Truck died on me and would not shift into gear. Saw the tow truck at Lowe’s and asked for assistance. The driver checked out the truck and was able to get me going. Also told me what I needed to fix the problem. Part cost $18. You bet I will use you guys again. Polite, courteous and very helpful. Saved me a bundle.

Great company for sure will get all of my business. I was left on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on HARDWOOD TOWING in Livingston and he came out to help us and only took 25 minutes. Very nice and respectable towing company. Thank yall again
The gentleman was like a knight in shining armor the day we called....It was raining I was sick and we locked our keys in the truck. I called a couple places but they were out of the area and quite expensive so I called Country Boy Towing and not only was he very reasonable on prices he got right to us and with one try he had us ready to go. I highly recommend this towing service and will call in the future if we need towing or locked keys in car.💞❤💕

This company was sent to me by my insurance company and I am 100% satisfied with their customer service. It took longer than expected on my insurance's end but the tow truck driver made special accommodations to make sure my jeep was at the dealership in time for my appointment. This will be my go to company when needed.
