Called them after another service simply wouldn't respond after they agreed to tow my car. They arrived and towed my car in 20 minutes. The price was not great ($95 for literally three streets down the road), and the guy wasn't super nice, but they got the job done and that's all that matters. Wouldn't recommend they tow your car if it's your dream or project car you've poured time and money into.

I originally was assigned to this company through USAA roadside assistance. It was 7AM and they gave an ETA of 60 mins. 90 mins later I was given a new ETA of 45 mins. 60 mins. later I was given a new ETA of 35 mins. 55 mins later I was told it would be another hour, at which time USAA allowed me to switch providers. I had an unbreakable appointment at 4PM. Had I been able to get the car to FIrestone by 1030 AM I would not have had to rent a car. Since I wasted 4 hours with this company they cost me a car rental fee. Please never use their service.

I do not recommend using them. They had my truck for 2 weeks and found nothing wrong with it, yet it wont stay running without keeping foot on gas.

These guys inspected 2 of our cars quickly. Listening to their "radio scanner" while waiting was interesting!

$299 towing fee for 1 day of storage absolutely absurd.
