This was well worth the 2hr drive. Their cars and parts aren’t broken or damaged. Very welcoming and chilled environment. When help is needed they have no problem assisting. Prices are reasonable and they also have a nice variety of vehicles.
The service was very great. Chuck was very quick and professional they told me my car was going to get picked up the same day and it was . Excellent towing service as well he was very nice and friendly. Will most definitely be using chucks service again in the near future.

I recently had my car picked up by a tow truck driver who was honestly fantastic to work with. He was incredibly helpful, super patient, and really understanding throughout the whole process. He made everything easy, and even though I was selling my car through the company that bought my BMW, he handled the pickup smoothly and professionally. Plus, he spoke both English and Spanish fluently, which was super helpful and made communication a breeze. Definitely a great experience and I’d recommend him anytime.

The tow truck driver was right on time to the minute he said hey be there. He had the paperwork I made up in about a minute I signed it in and my money before I get to my front door he had to come on there was heading down the road he's real smooth thank you
The best customer service I have received ever ! The people in the front were super helpful , they helped me and my family find the right part easily. They let you know once you sign in that you won’t get a refund but you will get store credit. I 100% recommend this place if you need a part.
I gave my sister a 2000 Toyota. It broke down on her and she decided to sell it to this place because she couldn’t afford to fix it. She told me about the sale, but she didn’t mention that she forgot to take off the tags because she didn’t know she was supposed to. I got letters from the toll tag place that my tags were still in use after the sale I called up there and the lady told me she would pay for the hassle and I never got a return call. Someone is stealing tags or the company is taking the tags and selling them. I don’t know which one is true, but this place obviously is unprofessional because no one has called me back or tried to settle this matter.
Best junkyard i have been. Had great customer service and had all the parts i needed. I recommend coming here since their prices are fair and they have tons of autoparts
Absolute bait and switch operation. They tell you they have the part you need. You show up and pay for it. They tell you that you cannot go into the yard while they are pulling the part. They bring it out and its nothing close to what you drove an hour for. Then, get this, they won't refund your money because their “policy” is no refunds. I never even got out of the yard with it. They tried to load the junk they thought I’d accept. I refused it. Jose asked for two weeks to get the right part. Its been months now. He wont take my call. He’s a thief. Plain and simple.
