The service is always friendly and dependable. The waiting area is rustic and feels like you're in a cabin or someone's living room. Very comfortable. I never have to wait long, either.
Highly recommend! Super nice staff and there's hardly ever a wait, I love being able to get in and out in a timely manner. I also noticed the price difference between them and Valvoline, I run full synthetic and price here was cheaper then Valvoline.

This company is definitely worth calling for all your towing needs my car’s transmission suffered some damage and my car stopped driving on me gave them a call and they were there in less than 30 minutes to save my car and take it to the shop! Very thankful for their help!!
Very fast excellent service. I called EMC needing a tire changed don’t my jack breaking. They told me 20 minutes arrived in 10. The drove got me squared away a driving within 10 minutes. Driver was extremely Polite and helpful. This is the third time I’ve used them and I’ll keep on using them
I have a RAM 2500 Cummins. Have used the dealership for everything. I’ve also used Firestone. Both, 1. Take too long, 2. Expensive.
Oil change- Drive up and 15 minutes later, I drove out. Dealership takes up to two hours and then a upsell for services not required.
And EMC was $40 more cost effective.
Service was professional and steady.

Radiator hose came loose on my car and after waiting for almost 2 hours on AAA I ended up calling a local tow company and these guys were there within 10 minutes!
The man that picked my car up was very friendly and professional, he gave me a card and said that they do oil changes, state inspections and some repairs in their shop so I decided to try them for my oil change and state inspection instead of Valvoline. I was so glad I did, everyone was very nice, the waiting area was very accommodating for me, my small kid and baby.
Can’t beat their prices and service quality, I won’t go anywhere else now !
Service has been great, but I highly doubt they are open 24 hours/7 days a week, as it shows on this Google page and their Facebook page. Some of their Facebook posts say 8-5:30 M-F.
These guys are seriously the best! I was worried my vehicle wouldn’t pass emissions for the inspection, and they were kind enough to not only empathize but check it for free at first to see if it would pass (it did! Woot!) but if it hadn’t, they were willing to give me tips on how to fix it, and not charge me if I had to bring it back for a second go around.
Oh My Goodness!, drove to this shop not knowing what to expect. This shop has to be the cleanest. Customer service was beyond satisfactory, excellent!
I learned alot about my car while there. I am an elderly female and I learned that I have been cheated out of money for years! God Bless this shop, the wonderful macanics, the owner. I honestly didn't think a shop and honest people like this existed on earth any longer. IT MATTERS. I will definitely take my car for oil changes to EMC for the rest of my days.

Previously gave this place five stars when I brought my last vehicle in. I go in today and wasn’t welcomed at all by anyone. The inspector just stared at me then blew the horn for me to move my car. At that point I assumed i should just go in to make an appointment for an inspection. Nope, no receptionist in site at all. The inspector came in the building looked at me once more and DID NOT greet me or offer any assistance. So i then called the phone number and where i was greeted by a receptionist how funny ?!!! Still no receptionist in site, the guy on the phone tells me oh just go in and he’ll put you on the list. The same guy that never spoke to me ? Y’all performed very awful today. Hate to pull the race card but you and some of your customers made me feel like the elephant in the room! Thanks for nothing

Their waiting area is beautifully decorated to give you a woodsy/outdoors type feel.
I only had a little bit of interaction with the employees, but from I experienced, they are very nice and accommodating
I take My vehicles to EMC for Oil Changes and Inspections.. there's a big waiting room it's kid friendly, A.c . they have a Restroom. I've never waited more than 45 minutes on a Busy Day for Service at EMC . They move pretty quick and do a Great Job!
So friendly, helpful, awesome! Got my truck inspected and oil changed in 30 minutes. Will definitely use them in the future. So, 1 year later from my original review just used them again today. Very friendly and kind people.
They did my inspection for 2 cars, in and out, love this place, they take care of business period. Other places try to take advantage making you think you need more work done to your car.
