Avoid this company at ALL COSTS they discriminated me and right away started calling the cops in that case I might as well called the cops n put my self in jail in order for them to win storage n towing money RIDICULOUS! They are not people to try to help n make situations better but rather make it worse!! -0000 stars
Avoid this company at all costs! I had no choice but to use their services when the sheriff’s department called them after my Jeep stalled, blocking traffic. I was already in the process of arranging a tow through my insurance, but James refused to tow my vehicle to my mechanic—just three miles farther than my home—because he "had things to do." This is unacceptable, especially for a tow driver on rotation. I was forced to pay $300 out of pocket, only to now have to pay again to get my vehicle where it actually needs to go. Terrible service, no customer consideration, and completely unreasonable pricing. I will never use this company again.
I had received a notification on my phone on Tuesday morning, (July 23) that one of my tires was flat. When I went to investigate to see if would be slightly possible to drive to the Discount Tire that was a mile from my apartment complex, I knew I should not risk it. After researching towing companies near me, a lot were not open till 8AM-9AM, but saw that New Caney Impound & Services LLC was open 24/7. I gave them a call, and James, quickly answered and inquired about the type of vehicle I had so that he could make sure he brought the right type of towing vehicle to tow my vehicle safely and efficiently. He also gave me an estimated time that he would be there and he was pretty spot on. James also gave me a quote which was accurate after he had dropped my vehicle and myself to the Discount Tire in Porter. He even told me to let Discount Tire know what was going on while he unloaded my vehicle from the flat bed, which I thought was very sweet. I highly recommend using this company should you find yourself in a situation where you car needs to be towed.
Great people! Local family business. Polite, on time reasonable rates. Will be using them as needed . Also have state certification testing. Don't hesitate to call on them!
I got stuck in a ditch trying to move my camper and they answered right away The driver got here in less than 15 minutes and helped pull my truck out of the mud and then parked my camper for me afterwards. They were very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend
