Very pleased with the service I was provided. A breath of fresh air when the wrecker showed up in twenty minutes or less to my rescue. I am a grandmother who was driving alone at night when a panel of plastic came loose under my car, dragging and flapping on the highway. I pulled over at Buc-ee's in Giddings and spotted a B&M mechanic. I asked for his advice and he removed the panel and inspected the underside for leaks, damage, and safety issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, & kind - and deescalated a very stressful situation. My faith in humanity was lifted and I am enternally grateful! I travel Hwy 290 often and will keep this business card handy. I highly recommend B&M.

Driver was very professional and courteous with me, he let me know he was at accident and would get to me as soon as he could. He arrived at the time frame he gave me. Top notch service. I scheduled a pickup a few weeks in advance. I got a check in from them two days out to confirm and a 20 minute heads up when he was in route. He was slick getting it pulled out of the RV Park very patient and on the marks. Even brought out his jumper to get the jacks down…battery was smoked. When we got to the service shop he was surprised to see me pulling in behind him. He did a fantastic job pulling it, not too fast and managed the traffic like a pro…Integrity is doing the Right Thing when nobody is watching. thanks B&M.
Statewide Towing from Austin had the opportunity to retrieve a unit out of B&M's Giddings yard. These fellas are super friendly and went out of their way to assist. At some point im sure we tested their patience because it took us a few hours to load up the mess (cant post pics due to the nature of the incident) but they let us work and offered to help many times. If there's ever a need for assistance in Giddings or LaGrange; call these guys!
My car broke down on the side of 290 and Marcus and his team were super speedy to help me out. Never had this happen before but they made the process super painless. Highly recommend using this team if you’re in need of a tow in the area!

Excellent customer service and very fair rates. They really want to help you! In case you may need a frac tank lifted to hook onto a semi truck, they can help as well. Very thankful
I didn’t end up needing them, however if I ever need to tow I’m calling them! The guy who answered was the kindest soul. I’m new in town, not familiar with the area, started having a panic attack bec my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t know the location. He was patient, kind and caring. Highly recommend giving them a call if in need.

Best Tow service you can find. We broke down outside Carmine, Texas in our bus. They were able to get us quickly and get us towed somewhere safe for a decent price.
Got into an accident, and I, being a young college freshman, had no idea what to do with no one around to help me. Everyone who attended to me that day was very professional and treated me with so much kindness I’ll never forget. Brian was at the accident in less than 10 minutes and quickly got my car out of the mud. He was great at letting me know my options and took great care of us. He was very understanding of my situation and I can’t thank him enough for his help. My tire shredded somewhere in between carmine and giddings. I called them and they were fast, polite and prompt in finding me and helping me! He changed the tire, added air to the spare and found a tire shop with a replacement at closing time on a Friday afternoon. I was SO thankful for Mr. Wilson’s help!

I got stuck in the mud with 2 uhaul trucks on moving day, I was frantic wondering how I was going to get these trucks out of the mud. I called B & M Towing, Marcus was here within 10 minutes and it took no time at all for him to get both trucks out of the mud and ready to go. He was very polite and respectful. I got stuck in a field about 150 yards off the road. The entry was very narrow so Marcus, went back to his shop and got a skid-steer, returned and linked enough chain and wire rope (150 feet) to pull us out. Marcus was very professional all along and reassuring that he will take care of us. I would recommend B&M to anyone needing professional help with a can do attitude.
