Flat Rock did a great job. Chase was the kinda dude I’d drink a beer with. In fact, I offered him one. He declined because he was on duty but you could tell he was good to shoot the shit with. They arrived earlier than expected and got my ride home quick. They know what they’re doing. Would recommend for sure.

Chase came out last night after waiting for over an hour for a different towing service. He came out in 10 minutes. I had a blowout with my son. I am a single mom and my 13 year old son wanted to learn how to change a tire so we would never be this situation again. Chase took the time to show him and showed a little bit about his experience. I am truly grateful and we made it back home safely.

The guys that came to pick up our Class A Motorhome that was broke down on the side of the road were amazing. They were knowledgable, professional, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was driving down 290 when my truck suddenly gave out. I searched for a reliable towing company and found Flat Rock Towing and Recovery. Miles answered the phone and told me he’d be there in 20 minutes — this guy showed up in 10! Not only did he arrive fast, but he also went above and beyond by helping fix my truck right there on the spot. Thanks to him, I didn’t even need a tow, which saved me a lot of money and hassle. You don’t come across service like that every day — honest, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend Flat Rock Towing and Recovery if you ever find yourself stuck on the road! We were stranded in Ellinger, TX. I just want to give Nick a positive review here. He took us to Audi W Houston, and then when we found there was no late night dropoff, Audi Sugarland. He offered to wait til the Uber showed up afterwards, and was just a pleasant guy, very professional.

So my car battery died while driving. Luckily I was able to pull into a gas station on time. Flat Rock Towing came to give me a jump start. The guy didn't even clean the battery terminals before connecting the cables (I was able to get most the corrosion off myself before he arrived, but not all) nor did he wait to make sure my car was actually functioning and able to drive. I told him I was doubtful that I could make it home to Austin (40 miles away). He recommended that I drive to the O'Reilly in Elgin 16 MILES away to get a new battery. My car couldn't even make it out of the parking lot. He left before I could ask for another jump or if he could go ahead and tow me (which my insurer said he could have done). He did not seem like he was invested in the job or in my car. He clearly could not care less. I had to call my insurance back to request that a battery be brought and installed. Flat Rock was assigned to the case AGAIN, but luckily it was a different guy who actually seemed to care and want to help. The battery was replaced, but ultimately it may be an alternator issue, as my car died again just a couple of miles away from my home. This whole ordeal could've been much shorter if the first guy had just offered to tow me home when it was obvious my car could not leave the parking lot after the jump start. I can't believe they let me drive my car knowing that it could've died yet again.

I'd give them a 10 if I could! On my regular ride at 5:00 this morning, major blow out on my truck, on the wonderful "always" under construction Hwy 237 in Burton just south of La Bahia. Fortunate there happened to be a place to pull off the highway. Called roadside assistance, Flat Rock arrived 43 minutes after my call. Brought a smile to my face to know that the proprietors known to me. Awesome to meet you Miles! I'm thankful you rescued me this morning, set me at ease. Grateful for the kind, patient young man and his competence! I've saved your number, should I ever be in need. Thank you so very much!!!!

I had a previous company come out to tow my car after a 6 hour wait only to say they couldn't help and leave me on the side of the road. Flat Rock came all the way out to college station and got my car to the mechanic in half that time. Huge thanks to Nick for not only helping out but also dropping me off at my apartment so I didn't have to walk home at night. Super nice guy! Flat Rock will be my go to business for towing help from now on!

Amazing service! We broke down in Giddings TX on Father’s Day! Not only did they look out after our car, they looked out after our entire family! We have an infant and a toddler and not only did they tow our truck but also brought a secondary vehicle to help us meet our family member as we were on our way back home to Houston from Austin. Great job. Miles was dispatched to help me with a tire I couldn’t get off of my truck. Within 25 minutes, he showed up. Within another15 minutes, he was picking his equipment up and I was on my way. If you are looking for a reliable and dependable company this is who you call! I’ve never met a couple of men more willing to help than these right here. I was in a bind one evening and had no one to call. I frantically googled and was at first hesitate to contact. I decided to call anyways and it was the best decision I could’ve made! They dropped everything and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The small town hospitality really shows and I’m so grateful they were able to help when I needed them. This will be the only company I call when I need help in the future.

These guys are top notch. My wife and I were going fishing for our anniversary trip from North Dallas to Port O'Connor when the hub on trailer broke at 1am in the middle of no where and these guys showed up quick after our phone call. They ended towing our boat/trailer 2.5hrs away to Port O'Connor. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

After a nightmare with Roadside Assistance that I pay for with my insurance co. (for nothing apparently), these Guys promptly called me to make sure I was in a safe location and safe. They quickly dispatched a driver and offered to work with me on the $$ even though the roadside was trying to double charge me… 700$ for 56 miles and my roadside covered 30 miles is what MY company tried to charge me. When I told them I had already arranged something else, they didn’t hang up in my face… they didn’t say anything rude or try to get me off the phone. They were professional and respectful. For me… that goes a long way and shows character. Thanks Miles.

These guys are awesome! I was heading down 290 from Austin to Houston one afternoon when my 2006 Silverado’s fuel pump went out. I was stuck on the side of the highway right outside of a little, quiet town called Carmine. I wasn’t near anywhere/anyone to help and decided to give this business a chance and have no regrets. The guy that help me was extremely professional and treated my older truck like it was actually worth some money when loading it up and taking it to a local mechanic. 5/5 good price, great service, great employees.
