Great customer service.. a job well done.. they were able to work me in.. and it was super fast service. i had my tires mounted and balanced and my TPMS sensors installed.
Passing through town and got a flat tire, Thursday evening before July 4th. Called to see if they were open and they were fixing to close, but said they would have someone stay back. Not only did they stay open, but they had us in and out within 20 minutes. Very thankful for the great service.
My Peterbilt broke down about 10 minutes away from their shop I called them and told them the problem they sent Bryson out to come repair my quick release valve he showed up quick and got me back up and running in a timely manner! He really knows his stuff & was very friendly. Great customer service from everyone there as well!
I have had several automotive and tire repairs done at Youngblood's. I really appreciate that they get the work done quickly and their prices are reasonable.
This is a great mechanic shop to use for your vehicle! They were very helpful very informative! They explained everything to me it helped me out! I will definitely be back when I need work on a car and I highly recommend them!!!!!
If I could leave a zero stars I would. Took my transmission to go ahead and get a flush and topped off. They ended up over filling my transmission with 10 quarts instead of 6 quarts my transmission start slipping and took it back. They did a transmission fluid change and they said that they would be responsible of the transmission being fixed. Sadly, they started dodging my calls and when I got a call back, they stated that they weren’t going to be responsible for their mistake. Now I have to seek an attorney and getting a new transmission on my own cost when it was there mistake.
We have used them a few times for tires and they did OK. Last week we took in our van for new back tires and they didn’t have matching tires so they put on two different tires without telling us and one was the wrong size. The van was pulling so hard to the left that we thought it must need an alignment and when we figured out what they did and took it back to get the correct tires put on they were very rude to us about it. I will certainly never go back to these rude people and this awful tire shop again.

My daughter broke down near Lampasas and with a quick google search, we found Youngblood Auto. The reviews were good so we had her truck towed there. We are from out of state so hoping we have found an honest mechanic to help fix her truck and keep her safe. Will update.
Stopped here, had 2 nails in 2 tires. Guy quickly helped me. Got the job done and I was on my way. Office lady was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stop again. Thanks
Absolutely the nicest people! I was traveling through and had a auto repair issue. These guys stopped what they were doing and took care of our problem. It seems we only find this quality of businesses and people in small towns like this. Definitely recommend!
My 2nd cylinder was misfiring in my Volvo XC-60 (needed an engine coil), and I was able to roll into Youngblood's this morning as it happened. Jennifer was very friendly and went above and beyond to get the part in this morning, drop me off at Starbucks to work some work done while I waited, have her team get me in ASAP, pick me up and ship me out before noon. Excellent service. They saved my skin. The price was very fair. Highly recommend these fine folks.
Had to replace alternator on Freightliner Cascadia while under load. Everybody was great, jumped on replacement, even without a bay available. Repair completed, in the parking lot, in 1 hour!!! Awesome! Saved my ELD. Thanks for respecting my time..
The battery in my 2016 Edge died on Saturday, and apparently it’s not easy to replace. It’s in a weird spot and blocked by “whatchamacallits” that have to be pulled out to get to it. O’Reilly looked at it and said they couldn’t do it, and AutoZone said ‘nope’. I called Youngbloods and the lady that answered the phone (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was sweet and so helpful and told me to come in down and they’d help me out. I get there with 2 of my kiddos in tow and tell them I’m in a crunch for time to get to a birthday party in Waco but asked them not to hurry in my account, and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes and no charged the labor. The gentleman that installed my battery was so helpful and so kind. It felt like I was hanging out with friends. They were warm and inviting and really did me a HUGE favor when they didn’t have to. I’ll definitely be back with all my car needs!! You can’t beat Youngbloods customer service and their amazing staff!!! Y’all are awesome!!

Bay from Fort Worth, just leaving Lampasas. Making good time until, BLAM! Flat tire.
Thankfully, there was a safe parking lot to pull into. By that time, it was 5:21. A quick Google search told me the local tire repair shops all closed at 5pm... except for one - Youngblood Automotive & Tire. It was now 5:25. I took a chance and called. Bonnie answered the phone. I explained my situation quickly, apologizing for the end-of-the day call, and asked if they could help me. 5:28 - Bonnie sighed, told me to hold on, called David, who had just locked up, got back on the phone with me, and told me to hold on some more, and David was on his way. 7:27ish... tire was changed and I was back on the road.
Thank you, Bonnie, David and Youngblood Automotive & Tire for being open until 5:30, and for being willing to take one last job after a long day. You saved my weekend.
Best experience I've ever had at a mechanic! Parked my vehicle there and this sweet mechanic man pointed me in the right direction to the office. Then I had the BEST experience with the two front office ladies. It was fast, great pricing and you do not feel like you'll be taken advantage of. Thank you ladies for being so kind!
Got the tires I needed in and truck serviced so I could keep trucking and good til the next oil change. I've used them for a few services and would be back again if in the area. Was down for work a few times and did the services needed.
We had a tire on our RV blow out just outside of Lampasas as we were traveling across the country and we were able to limp into the shop right as they were closing. The team at Youngbloood Automotive stayed to replace the tire and helped get us taken care of so we were able continue on our trip and not be stuck!
I pulled into Lampasas right at 5:00 pm with a low tire and every place closed at 5. I was able to make it to Youngblood and they closed at 5:30. They were all very nice and helpful. They did not have a used tire to fit my car, so I bought a new one. They did try several different options for a used one that would work. I so much appreciate them and the help and courtesy I received. Thank you!!
This place has a hell of a good bunch of guys more then willing to jump in and help a guy when his cards are down. I can't say enough good things about the service manager and all the guys in the shop they tried everything to get me back on the road then helped me rest after 530 to get me on the road. I can't thank them enough for all they did.
If you are in the area and need tires I highly recommend Youngblood’s. We are from out of state and they treated us great. Fast excellent work at a very fair price. 5 stars only because can’t give more!
Great people, can't say enough about them. I was on my way from Minnesota to Austin and had difficulty with my truck. Pulled in unannounced and they got right on it. In and out in about an hour and super reasonable. Highly recommend Youngblood Auto!
