Yesterday was a tough day for me. My car died on the side of highway outside of Lampassas. I was towed to AutoZone . They got Forward Automotive on the phone who said they would check out my car for me. It was near closing time and they (Chris, his wife and Steven) stayed open for a long time afterwards to help me. Chris and Steven diagnosed the initial problem and, after having trouble figuring out how I would get my car towed over 150 miles back home, Chris offered to do it for less than the rates that I had received.
They were all so kind and generous! I had a wonderful talk with Chris as he towed my car home where I learned a lot about cars and how mechanic shops work. The service and kindness was incredible. If I lived in Lampassas I would definitely take my car to this awesome shop!

AMAZING!!. After contacting Kris (the owner) about some service I need done on my 2013 Ram 2500 6.7L he was beyond helpful. Hours after getting the truck he had emailed and texted me a comprehensive report complete with pictures and videos of all work that needed to be completed, because there were multiple issues that needed to be addressed he even prioritized them by "fix now" and "fix later" so I could decide how far I wanted to go. He was quick to find a potentially catastrophic issue that, left unattended, would have immediately made the truck undrivable. He got the repairs done in a timely manner that allowed me to use my truck for a trip I had coming up and we also got a plan in place to get those other repairs done soon. Can't say enough about the quality of service and I'm happy I've found a local mechanic I can trust.
Highly recommend this mechanic shop! We don’t have enough good things to say about them. Chris was amazing to work with. He had my truck ready in A very quick and fashion he was very explanatory, especially considering I don’t know anything about vehicles. Super reasonably priced, And just all around a great company! I went in for an oil change and was really impressed with the service. The team not only got my oil change done quickly, but they also performed a thorough inspection and made sure everything was in great shape. They explained what they checked, which gave me peace of mind. Professional, honest, and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!
I lost my husband to cancer in 09 and have not had real maintenance done on my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 V8, so it is a real miracle the difference in the drive now, and I can get a round bale of hay now that the 5th wheel black thing is gone.
My family and I were passing through town on our vacation headed to port aransas and my car broke down on the side of the road got my car towed to the shop the transmission fluid line broke off to the radiator and they were so helpful and friendly and got my car up and going in no time so my family could get back on the road again for our vacation I found my mechanic shop if need be for future purposes thank you for all that y'all do! I was super worried about my car getting to port aransas and back to stephenville tx and it did wonderful on the way to port aransas and back home to stephenville thank you so much again for helping me! Reasonably priced as well

I was told about this place from a friend who knows that I am very picky about my car. The owner understood my concerns and took care of it like his own. He was able to find/fix my battery and wire issue and I was out the door within 2 hours and money still in my pocket. Thank you so much!! Recommend this auto shop!!!
In my opinion you couldn’t ask for any better auto repair mechanics. They know their stuff and will do what it takes to get you back on the road without robbing you blind. Very, very knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. Try these guys out, you won’t be sorry!!
My F250 has been broke down since Christmas and no one could figure out what was wrong. Hoffpauir Ford dealership couldn’t figure it out and charged me an arm & and a leg for nothing.
I took the truck to Forward Automotive and they figured out the problem in a couple hours and my truck is now running and back to normal! Great price and very knowledgeable as well. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on
Found this place and couldn't be happier. They are so friendly and honest. They explain everything to you and when applicable will apply discounts to the work you have done. I had a window stuck open and air conditioning went out in the car. They fixed everything and worked overtime to get it done for me so I could have my vehicle back. I trust them completely and recommend you give them a try if you need work done on your car. You won't be sorry.
