No stars! Purchased a used John Deere motor last fall with a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately, with inclement winter weather, wasn’t able to do tractor work until last week. After putting nineteen hours of work on the motor, a rod started knocking. It took five calls to get a call back. I was hoping I could at least have them give me rod bearings, but I just got, “Sorry, your 90 days are up.” It’s obvious all they care about is if the motor is running, they’ll sell it. The motor I replaced had 9800 hours on it and only failed because an oil line broke. I’d hate to guess how many hours were on the motor I bought from them. The gentleman I finally spoke with was Robert.
Have been dealing with Jeff and JJ for years. Its reassuring that they value a high standard in their components and it is always a pleasure to do business with them.
I've dealt with this company for many years and have seen first hand how well they treat their customers, vendors, and employees. You won't find a better group of people who do a finer job than OEM Replacement Parts.
I have dealt with this company since their inception and dealt with the owner, Jeff Bower, in his previous jobs. Smart people that do the job right, and if a mistake is ever made they own it, and fix it. You can't ask for more that that from a rebuilder of mechanical components. I noticed a review that said the customer reps were rude. Nothing could be further form the case: you are always greeted with Texas Hospitality, and treated like you are important. Shoot, I get called "sir" more that than I do at my marital arts classes. Top notch place, don't listen to the haters.
