My husband and I were picking my Gather in-laws truck up for him to take it to the hospital so he could have it when he gets released and we noticed he had a flat tire. While we were filing it with air we noticed a screw. It was Saturday evening and we pulled into Tire Depot as the employees and owner were locking up and leaving. They were INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! They opened up their doors and didn't hesitate to assist. We're are so grateful for this shop! They were so happy to help, which made it all the better! They also didn't charge us and wished us a blessed evening. Thank you Tire Depot!
Dropped off some wheels and tires to be dismounted and mounted. These guys did a fantastic job and gave a heck of a deal for the labor. I highly recommend these guys.

Went in for a tire patch and left with a nightmare of broken lug nuts. Took my truck back, said they fixed it, but the next day went to do my brakes and the lug nut was broken again. Now they want to charge $80 to fix their mistake again. Took my business elsewhere.
Edit: I guess a 4 way is an incorrect tool according to the shop. Maybe the person putting the spline lug on should have known not to use an impact to put the lugs on and over tighten. I have owned this vehicle for 10 years and never had an issue with the lugs until your shop got ahold of it.
I came here from a referral for two new tires and overall had a great experience! The service was quick, I was in & out within 30 minutes. There was a small issue where one of my hubcaps was lost, but the manager immediately took responsibility and went above and beyond by replacing all four hubcaps with a new set. Thank you for making it right Zee! I appreciate his integrity and handling it quickly. That level of customer service really matters & goes a long way! I highly recommend them!
The best tire shop in Johnson County. Super good people who own and work there. Very honest shop and can do anything auto related. They fix tires, replace tires new or used, they do my oil changes, alignment, filters, lift kits, airbags, you name it.
Went by there after buying two new tires at another shop. The tire pressure light was still on. They took the tire off, checked for leaks and reused to let me pay them after they took care of the tire. I’ll definitely be back. The staff was also friendly and very kind. 100% recommend !
Had a tire with a slow leak, which was the valve stem that they took care of, and checked all my tires and didn't charge me anything. That doesn't usually happen anymore. I greatly appreciated the great customer service
Great service! I was in a bind early in the am, and they helped get me in and out in about 15 minutes. This time included waiting for the people in front of me. They also provided me info about where I could get additional parts. I will be working with this company moving forward.
Got a used tire replaced for cheaper than a few other places I called... I bought the tire so they didn't need to take it off the car and they finished in under 10 minutes.
I have purchased a set of tires for my wifes RX350, and for my Silverado SS. They have also replaced and programmed a new set of TPMS sensors on my wifes RX350. Great work at great prices.

I thought I just needed the left front brake pads on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 so I took it to Brakes Plus for an estimate that was $987 for rotors and pads all the way around. Then Firestone was $1,036. Then to Tire Depot where "Z" showed me I needed front wheel bearings also and his estimate was $1157 for rotors pads and front wheel bearings. So I won! Y'all go see "Z" as he can be trusted. And that's a plus for us ladies

Extremely respectful and professional. I had a bad experience with a different tire shop but Tire Depot was GREAT! I needed to get 2 lawn mower tires replaced and a few others disposed of/unmounted. He took the time to clean the mower wheels and made sure the new tires wouldn’t leak. Joshua Tire wouldn’t even clean up the sealing surface till I went back a second time raising heck, and just wanted me to spend the money on tubes instead of doing the job right. Tire Depot will get my future business!

Was told no by discount tire about my wheels fitting, they didn't even try. Came here and they were able and willing to work with me. They had my wheels on in no time. Very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.
