Hey, just wanted to give you a serious heads up about these guys. Be really careful when you call them because their pricing is all over the place and totally inconsistent. For example, they charged me $625 to pull a truck out of the mud even though they were already on site. They originally quoted me $450, but once they saw that nobody else could get up there, they immediately bumped the price up to $625 The guy even had the nerve to say after the fact, “I’m upcharging you because nobody else can make it,” right after I called another company that showed up, and got there tow truck unstuck, and still charged me 200 bucks more , It honestly feels like they’re just exploiting the situation to jack up prices. So, whatever you do, be prepared for some unexpected and ridiculous price increases if you end up dealing with them. especially if you’re out of town be ready.
Had our truck towed, firstly they charged a excess amount of fees, and our rim is now broken and a hub cap is missing they claimed they had pictures but didn’t bother to offer to send me any showing they didn’t damage my vehicle.
5 stars all day long! They brought two wreckers to pull my water tanker out of a ditch that was sideways and sunk in over two feet of mud. These guys were professional, on point, and impressive! They gave me a ride back to the hotel that night (probably because I was nice to them) and they towed the truck to a shop 160 miles away when I was ready for them two days later. Forget the "1-star reviews," (but read them) those reviewers need an ice cream cone and an education. Cheer up crybabies.
Very professional and took the time to make sure my vehicle was loaded safely. I will use them again and refer to my friends.

I had a really bad experience with the guy who just decided to tow my vehicle just because the police officer had called him, when I clearly had said to officer that I already had called my insurance to move my vehicle out of the way because my vehicle shut off completely while I was in a light stop. He didn't even put anything to the tires to pick up my vehicle, he just decided to drag it and he was very careless and didn't even care to know that it could damage my vehicle without proper equipment. He my insurance guy had already arrived and he still decided to move it and charge me $309.67 just to move it, not even one mile away. He also said that if I didn't let him move it that he was going to take my vehicle to the auto pound and that he was going to charge more.
Bobby arrived quickly (15-20 minutes) after I called to have my car towed to the auto shop. Quick, friendly service and the price was fair. Recommended.
Wish I could leave negative stars. First of all someone gave a positive review saying they was in a wreck and tow driver took them home 15 minutes away just to be helpful, driver must have been their friend because I was in accident and lived 20 minutes away and stranded on side of road, tow driver wouldn't take me home unless I paid additional $250.
But worst thing is my car was totaled and went to get my stuff out of my car a few days later and only things that was left was phone charger cord, a travel mug and some odd misc things. But my radar detector with windshield mount bracket, cordless drill and phone holder that mounts to windshield was all missing. And I was told oh well should have took everything at scene of accident. How could I since I didn't have a ride and didn't know my car was going to be totaled. Stay away, far away this place is nothing but overcharging thief's
To respond to owners response. None of the officers on scene looked inside my car so not sure how they did an inventory of what was in it unless they did after it arrived at your facility. And if you still claim that there is a inventory sheet I would very much like to see it
We where in an accident unfortunately. But the tow truck driver overheard we where going to be waiting on the side of the road for over an hour and went out of his way to drive us home 15 minutes. All star service!
Great customer service. Called for an unlock service and was told it would be about 20 minutes (car was in Alvarado), and the guy pulled up within 10 minutes. Price was good, only $85 to unlock a Ford Escape. Yes, prices vary based on vehicles, but $85 is a lot cheaper than replacing a window. I will use them in the future if need be.
Late night need for a tow so I called B&W. The team provided excellent service from beginning to end. The customer service Brandy provided over the phone at a late hour was kind, patient and helpful. I received a fair quote and got a quick response. Driver (Billy) arrived soon and was understanding and friendly. Anytime you’re in a bind you depend on quality service and good people to help you out. B&W provide it all. 5 Stars Strongly recommend!
