Needed a tube from airbox to turbo. Went into the Burleson location and showed counter guy a pic and he noted airbox and all tubes/pipes. Arrived to pick up and it was just the airbox. Counter guy tells me that happens a lot. Doesn't offer to have them go get the right parts or let me show them what I need just offers a refund. I know my $60 part isn't what makes them money but c'mon. No customer service. I'm sure they don't need the individual, they look towards the bigger sales.

I recently bought a engine from them and I couldn't be happier with the quality. The reason for the 3 and a half star review is because of their no cash policy on core returns. I paid for everything in cash and they happily took the money but won't give you cash in return, they make you wait for 7 days for a check in the mail.

Called not even 5 min ago trying to see if they have a certain part the guy talking keeps mumbling and I said can you said that again and he said call us back and hung up I call back 2 times no answer they suck at answering calls same thing happend to many others I know as well

Lkq called me said my motor was ready for pickup, when I went to pick up my motor they had shipped to Oklahoma. the next day they said they had it and it wasn’t there. Missed two days of work because of there error. The lady at front office said they might be able to reimburse me some money as a discount but never followed up. Motor works great customer service at desk was great but lack of attention in there receiving/ shipping warehouse is an issue.

Paid for a trailer hitch to be ready in 2 days. Called-it had been accidentally shipped to headquarters in Wilmer. Should be back in 2-3 days. Called-had accidentally been shipped to Oklahoma City. Should be back in 2-3 days. Got shipped to El Paso. Got it today after 26 days.

Friendly, knowlegable, courteous and patient staff. Great first time experience. I recommend calling or visiting this specific location rather than calling the call center in Michigan.

LKQ was a good products company unfortunately getting bad and now is worse compared with the products !!! After 3 time go down to the Burleson picking up the parts yes they offered me to exchange give me another one or refund but that's not my concern I need the parts all 3 spindle was completed damaged when they put it on the table asking me come back next day or two I go down there to the Burleson Texas again other one was damaged as well I told him now what should we do they told me they're going to deliver to your shop when I wait for another 2 days I talked to my sales rep guy just want to inform him I spent 30 miles go 30 miles come back we're still not getting what I want he mentioned it to me I think you need to go pick and pull and find your part,!!!! Which you mentioned I'm bitching about it ,!!!! I just shared the info do you guys correct your system and become back as a old LKQ products if LKQ like to compare yourself with a Pick-n-Pull place You are welcome to do so 🙄

I bought a motor from this store for my Son's Audi S4, when it showed up the mechanic installing it took a closer look at the motor to check on it's condition. It turns out the motor had broken timing guides and would have failed if it had been installed. It also was most likely the reason the motor was in a junkyard in the first place. I contacted them through Ebay where I bought it and have called them for support. They did follow up with me and gave me a refund of $500 that will help me cover the cost of the timing compontnents. They were very helpful.

Waste of time and money to say the least. The guy at the desk was as helpful as he could but the lady that I paid with ruined it. I told her I wasn't picking up I was just paying for the item she still marked it as picked up so they never shipped it. Each day I dove up there because I was promised it would be there and each day I was told it'll be here the next day. I tried to call at least before I went up there but no one picks up the phones around there. I asked if I could at least be compensated for the massive mess up and I was told we don't do that. I'm extremely surprised how bad my experience was.

Do not buy anything here . They never answer their phone and give you the run around to solve a problem. I had a return done in December and was suppose to get a refund.Here it is almost April and no refund.

Do not order parts online from these guys. I ordered a gray mirror and they sent a black mirror. They are charging me a restocking fee and I have to pay for the shipping due to their error. LKQ you have forever lost a customer and I will spread the word not to buy from you. Waste of time and money.

This place sucks. I ordered an engine nearly a month ago. I was told it would be there in three days, taking into consideration of the holidays. Christmas and New Year. I figured it would take alittle longer. But it took longer than expected. Jacobe Johnson is the guy that took my order. Which I’m being told by Phillip Watson my order was cancelled. This has been a headache horrible waste of time, dealing with these guys. Plus they don’t do thier job right, they don’t answer calls, I those they were busy, parked outside calling but nobody answered my calls. Decided to walk in and to my surprise none but two customers in there. Phones rings in the background. Management needs to do something about this.

Boy, has the customer service gone down hill here at LKQ. I had ordered a part on Tuesday. They stated that the part would be ready to be picked here on Friday. Here it is, Friday, and now there stating the part would be possibly ready to be picked up on Monday or Tuesday. By the sounds of it, it doesn't even sound like the part has been pulled yet. The salesman on the phone kept on stating we can cancel the part. Last time I will ever do business with this yard. Just called Grimes Auto Parts in Grand Prairie, they state they can have the part I need pulled later this afternoon. Stay away from LKQ.

Burleson lkq needs to hire someone to answer phones apparently. I have tried multiple times on several different days to call and check availability on parts and they never answer the phone not even once. I tried to go on the lkq website but it's worthless still can't figure out if they have the parts and I'm not driving all the up there just to ask if they have the part and waste the trip if they don't have what I need. I'm very dissatisfied with lkq and they need reevaluate what it means to run a business open to the public.

Kansas Girl here, Just spoke with Chris. He is the sweetest soul. Answered the phone swiftly and was able to answer all of my questions confidently. Haven't been there in person, but I bet with the patience and ease Chris had over the phone. He is one of the best workers there.

Terrible customer service. Went to purchase a replacement brake light and they said it would be ready to pick up the next day. The next day go to pick it up and they tell me they now have to order it from Houston and it wouldn’t be ready till Friday. Phillip gave me his phone number to call him the following day to check with him and make sure that it was still arriving on time. Was not able to get a hold of him after multiple attempts made on Thursday and Friday. Was finally able to get a hold of someone in corporate who told me that it was delivered Friday at 3 PM. However, they closed at five. Horrible communication with me and didn’t even bother to tell me that when they had to order it from Houston, I was refunded the money from my original payment and now had to repay again.

Purchased a part on Friday, even giving all the correct vehicle information I still received the wrong part. Try calling today MONDAY, because I work during the day and will be off with no time to drive an hour away to the location, NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER, NO ONE CALLS BACK, NO EMAIL RESPONSE, AND EVEN PICKED UP THE CALL AND HUNG THE PHONE UP. WHAT KIND OF PLACE AM I TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH HERE?

My experience has not been good with LKQ. Every time I call to check on the status of my order nobody answers until after call 5 or 6. I ordered a starter found out starter was not good. I ordered replacement then get told it would be delivered next day. Next day comes and told it did not come and would be the next day. Check on status again on a Thursday and was told Monday then Monday comes now I’m told Tuesday. That is just bad business.

This is pretty much a gripe than a review. Customer service deserves 5 full stars but getting the correct part that you ordered and waited a few days to get.....well that's a different rating. While I was waiting for my part to brought up front, there were at least three people making returns because there were given the wrong part. What's crazy is I was given the wrong part also. They need to work better on communicating with the parts pullers to avoid this and have someone to visually check to see if it's the correct part ordered before presenting it to the customer. I'd love to work for LKQ but it's too far from where I live.

AMAZING service!! Would definitely recommend or work with again. Had a transmission problem so I called the online number, they asked me some questions and found my exact part with some information. Got it shipped to the nearest location and boom called them and they had my part waiting for pick up. Showed up and the customer service in person was amazing as well all very kind and polite. The forklift driver that put the transmission in my car was A1 he did it so smooth and clean I had to comment hahaha 🔥

We have never had so many issues getting a hold of a parts company. I have 3 returns and a core I have been trying to return for the past several weeks and cannot get anyone to respond to email, return our calls, nor does the online portal work properly to process returns or send correspondence. The quality of parts we have received recently is so poor, we have to return them or refuse them entirely, on top of them arriving late just about every time. Even after contacting LKQ corporate, and explaining our situation, they essentially didn't care and told me I just needed to contact this location even after telling them I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone there. Fellow business owners, consider different used parts providers before purchasing from them, clearly business is going downhill. We recently discovered All Imports Auto Parts and Texas Auto Recyclers due to our issues with LKQ and they have yet to disappoint.

I purchased a engine about three months ago. The customer service was quick and easy. Delivery was fast and quick also. Now the run around begins. The going to voice-mail. Not returning my calls. Why has it been almost four months now and my core fee as not been refunded? I have left numerous voice-mail for the salesman who by the way needs to update his message it is August not November. When we spoken he said, I am going to email Accounting. We'll that must have gotten lost. Accounting has not refunded either.

I was referred to this company by several people who had used them in the past. Purchasing my a/c compressor over the phone was a breeze with Cody (ext. 3924) and I was told my part would be delivered by a certain day to the mechanic’s shop. On that day I received a call from the mechanic that the part was not right for my car. I did not get a hold of Cody until the following week. He apologized and said I would receive the replacement part in two days. That day came and went. After calling like a stalker (found out they can see you’re specifically calling) I finally spoke with Cody and he told me that the part was delivered but couldn’t be provided with who what when where? Then he said it would be redelivered the next day (they are closed on weekends). Needless to say I ended up having to go to another store and pay more and after going two weeks with no a/c in this Texas heat. Then I had to drive out of my way to take the wrong part back to them since no one ever delivered the right part. Only good thing out of this is that unlike some of these other reviewers, I did receive a full refund. However I will NEVER use them again! You can see photos of what they sent me and what came off my car.
