I had a very disappointing experience with this tire company. I called them out to fix a broken valve stem on the steer tire of my semi-truck. I made it clear upfront that if the tire was going to be removed, it needed to be properly reinstalled using a torque wrench—standard safety protocol for heavy equipment like mine.
The technician showed up and didn’t seem to know what a torque wrench was, which was already concerning. After looking at the situation, he said he might be able to fix it without taking the tire off. Then, with no warning, he suddenly changed his tone, said he would have to take the tire off, and asked with attitude, “Is that gonna be a problem? I don’t have a torque wrench.” I told him yes, it would be a problem—and without any effort to resolve it, he just said, “Then call somebody else,” grabbed his gear, and left.
There was no language barrier—he clearly understood English—and this was simply poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. If you run heavy equipment and expect proper tools and attitude, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Stephan did a great job. Don't let the look of the location make ya feel dubious. They are fast and friendly to deal with. PS...there's a QT next door with truck parking.
Excellent customer service! I had a blowout on my pick up truck just minutes from their shop. I managed to get it pulled into their shop, and even though Primarily on 18 Wheelers, they Assisted me with removing the bad tire, Mounting my spare and getting me back on the road in no time.

This location not good customer service they are so rude they act like a boss they talk to like really racist then I even let me watch other truckers watching. He said that Truck is Loql rules have to be for everybody. I’m not recommended here very bad job they replace my tire and then they don’t let me watch, after I left 2 mile I have another one was BLUE off I thought maybe they did it you know because they don’t let me watch
Needed a jump at the Pilot truck stop. Called them ... someone answered promptly. Repair truck came around an hour after. Gave us a quick jump and off we went!
Had a blow out on the highway and spare was low on air. Called Vic’s and was told to come right over! Didn’t get the young man’s name but he was so pleasant, polite, and so helpful. He couldn’t help me with my tire but he did put air in it to get me to another tire repair shop. It’s nice to know there are good people in this world.
December 28th, 2023. We're from Kirbyville Texas. Headed to Orange to eat at Two Amigos and then head to Louisiana. After eating when walk out to the truck and Wow, we had a flat. Got a ride to buy a compressor with a cigarette lighter plug and was headed to a Truck Stop to get air. Then We remembered the mobile tire shop on Hwy 62 right off Interstate 10 West. Vic's Truck & Tire Repair. We stopped and asked Tyler, the repairman, how much to get our Ford F150 tire plugged. He said they don't normally work on pickups as they're not equipped for that. Yet he would help us. He was very Pleasant, Helpful, and Efficient. He helped us change our tire, he had us back on the road in about 20 minutes. And didn't charge us a dime. Being from outta town and an older couple we were so glad we chose Vic's Truck and Trailer.

I really like this place, good group of guys here but used tires and used tire prices are insane! 550 bucks 2 bald tires, installed. Will never return for tires but will for other things. Really like the young guys working, very nice.
Came here to get my fuel filter changed and truck is struggling to crank up now. I was not having any issues with my truck until I brought it here to do one simple job of Changing a fuel filter water separator .
I stop there to get forced regen my truck they did it although the problem wasn't but they know what they are doing I recommend them they cool young well trained
Had a inner drive tire blow out in the construction zone on the Louisiana side just before crossing the border. Limped to the shop here since it was only 6 miles away.
Got me up and going again. ??
Roadside expensive called before after hours they supplied the wrong part arrived in timely manner but had to still pay after hours fee when call was placed at 3pm and they dont bather to tell company that after hours goes up every 30 minutes after service is finished stupid systems companies use to rob highway drivers

I 10, went to Vic's. Great service in diagnosing a broken connection fitting by James. Fixed in no time at all. My compliments to the owner, everyone there was very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly.

I was told no for the sole fact they didnt want to work on my trailer. No other reason just a nope cause they are lazy..
Said I needed regen and ended up being a turbo Had to find another mechanic to solve the problem. Two stars cause they didn’t charge that much for it 260 I think. If you got a real problem don’t even stop go ahead to someone who wants to do something other than the quick fixes
Called for the road service, been told the guy will show up in an hour or two, he got here in 10min. Quickly solved the problem and took off. 5 star service
