These men are rude as ever abd I have tried and tried to go get my car but I keep getting the run around and getting charged extra everyday that it sits there!!
Mr. Rider came literally 2 minutes after a call was put in. He had my vehicle hooked up to tow within 5 minutes. He got my vehicle into a shop that would be able fix it right away. I couldn’t have asked for better help during a bad situation. I have dealt with other tow services in my time and Mr. Rider’s truck was clean and smelled clean, he was clean and a perfect gentleman.
Robbie with Gilbeaux's was amazing—patient, friendly, and went above and beyond when my car broke down. He made a stressful situation so much easier, getting me safely to a hotel and in touch with the auto shop. Excellent service from a company that truly values its customers!

I cannot believe the nightmare I’ve been through with this tow lot! I had a car towed here, and from the very start, they’ve done nothing but lie, deceive, and scam me. I stayed in contact with them, constantly letting them know I was in the process of retrieving my car. Not once did they send me any documentation about their intention to auction it off!
The tow truck driver even tried to convince me that my car was totaled, but I later found out that his real goal was to buy it for himself at a discount. It’s clear now that they were trying to rip me off from the start.
When I called the next day, they told me the price to get my car back was a staggering $1,750! Absolutely outrageous. This is straight-up theft. I’m warning everyone.DO NOT let the police choose this company for your towing needs at a wreck .These people will scam you, take advantage of your situation, and completely disregard any form of honesty or customer service.

I have stage 4 cancer and I've been friends with the owner Chad Gilbeuax for 28 years. My tire fell off and the lugs were stripped so DPS got them to tow it off the road so Chad got it towed and I went up there to try to get my car and they said $280 and they towed it 100 yards. I told them it would take me a few days to get the money they said ok. I came back 4 days later and they wanted $635 and the owner is supposed to be a good friend and he knows I've been fighting cancer and lost everything so he knocked it down to $516 and another Guy Chris Wolfford asked if I had any guns to trade. They're trash don't use them and I have the recording of him asking to trade for guns. They're truly heartless
I have always called this company and have never had any problems. As of today I will never call them again. $175 for not even 2 mins down the road. They have towed my wrecked car miles and miles for $100 not long ago. Taking advantage is not a good look.
These are the best people to deal with. We’ve had several tows thru the years. Always not only efficient but just really nice people doing an awesome job!!
This company is amazing. I totaled my car today on I10 when I hit a patch of water and hydroplaned into the concrete barrier. They were on the scene quickly and helped us every step of the way through the high stress situation. They handled the situation with compassion, which is more that I can say for the state highway patrol. Luckily we were all safe and the driver took us all the way to our original destination in Louisiana.
I was involved in a head on collision that left me unconscious and trapped in my vehicle. Robbie was the first person I interacted with upon waking up, very confused and in pain. He helped me get in touch with my wife and ease my panic in that moment. I am immensely grateful for his patience and positive attitude during my time of distress.
On Friday night, I somehow managed to lock myself out of my RUNNING work vehicle at 11pm, along with both cell phones as well. A good samaritan called Gilbeaux's, and a gentleman came out named Glenn, and took care of it right away.10/10. I'd recommend to anyone.
We were is a very dangerous situation, at night, we had a blow out on our boat trailer and were not able to pull all of the way off of Interstate 10. We had about 2 feet of the boat and car in the road. The police contacted Gilbeaux's towing and they were there very quickly. They were able to load our boat onto their wrecker and take us to their shop to do the repairs. We were out of danger in no time. They opened their shop for tools, so we did not have to unload our car. They opened the office to give me access to the restroom. The men were professional and helpful in every way. We were blessed that they came to our rescue. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone, especially if its a dangerous situation!
Car broke down on the side of the road. DPS called Robbie. My jack was not working properly, and Rob came out and lifted up my car with no problem and help me change my tire. The kicker thing is, he didn’t even charge me for his time. Wouldn’t accept money if I gave it to him and threw it in his truck. Super nice guy and will definitely use again if I’m back in the area.
Hands down the BEST wrecker and clean up service in the business! Fast and Super Nice. They took care of us when our motorhome caught fire and made the horrible situation we were in less stressful! We can’t Thank Gilbeaux’s Towing enough! Highly recommended, we are definitely customers for life!!!
I’ve used Guilbeaux’s multiple times over the years for me and all of my family for unlocking vehicles, towing and roadside service. They’ve always showed up quickly near me and provided excellent service every time. My son was a young driver and his brakes went out. Gilbeaux’s showed up to tow him to a shop and helped ease his nerves by being patient and kind with him. They’ve been great helping my wife too when I was stuck at work and couldn’t be there when her tire blew out on I-10.
I was in an accident in Orange, Texas and needed an emergency wrecker service for my rolled truck and travel trailer. I was super fortunate that Gilbeaux’s Towing, a wrecker service near me, was able to get it uprighted safely. They towed my travel trailer to their secured storage facility and did an amazing job. They are the best local towing company/wrecker service! They were super fast, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
I have worked with several towing company’s over the years and I’ve never found a company more professional and accomplished as Gilbeaux’s. They can literally recover anything! I’ve seen them recover vehicles that I believed were unrecoverable. Great group of operators and a great company!
These guys are top notch and care to get to you as quick as possible.
Saved me personally a few times. But the best is when they came with in 30 minutes to tow a large trailer that was broke down in the middle of the road. The trailer was difficult to deal with it as it had a heavy load.
These guys showed up and in 15 minutes the problem was resolved. Towed it directly to get repaired!
Im not calling anyone local for a tow except them.
We contacted Gilbeaux's towing to do a rotator crane lift on a heavy haul cargo trailer. They responded quickly and did an excellent job with the equipment offload and reload. Thank you for providing this emergency service 24/7. We highly recommend them for all your services roadside and offroad.
Gilbeaux’s has helped me 3 times with excellent and very quick service. Once when I locked my keys in my car and twice with roadside assistance. They were courteous and made sure I was safe and taken care of before leaving. I won’t hesitate to call them next time again for sure! They’ve also helped some of my family members also.
I hit a curb damaging my tire and wheel so I searched Google for a wrecker service. I was so lucky that I found Gilbeaux’s Towing. They sent someone out right away and changed my tire. Upon inspection of the vehicle they noticed I had major suspension damage that could have caused me to get into an accident. The damaged vehicle was towed to a local body shop and I spoke to them personally. After dropping off the vehicle they were
kind enough to make sure I found a rental and drove me 30 miles away to get the car. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help.

Good experience dealing with these guys. They were flexible and worked with me. They did everything professionally and with extreme care. I had a trailer with cargo get into an accident and I had to bring a different trailer to move cargo into it. These gentlemen had the equipment and set up ready in the rain and moved everything into new trailer with care and same set up. They had documents ready explaining everything to my customers when it was delivered for why different seal and trailer was coming.
The best in town !!! Mr. Jessie was AMAZING ! Our cargo was falling off the back of the trailer & not only did he help get it back on the trailer , he helped strapped & taught us a few new things. Made our day much more better !!! Thank you God for such amazing people !
