Joe from Apex towing towed my ford explorer to my house today and he was very fast and very helpful. The air in my tire was low and he filled it for me with no complaints. I recommend this company for towing especially if you’re stranded somewhere because they are FAST.
DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU GOT 10,000 DOLLARS TO CHANGE A TIRE AND NEED A JUMP FOR ANOTHER 2800. They totally raped our company to lift the rear tandems out of a ditch..40 minutes....they charged us 5800 dollars and I got fired because of these thirsty over charging creeps that take advantage of a trucking company's situation. They were supposed to charge us 8900 for forty minutes of work THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID. THE 5800 WAS A STEAL FOR 40 MINUTES OF WORK. IF YOU'RE FLIPPED, THAT'LL BE 25,000. Don't call unless you got 10 grand at the least. No matter what..they charge for 8 hours AUTOMATICALLY AT 990 AN HOUR. NO MATTER WHATS WRONG. NEED A JUMP...5800...TIRE...4800 PLUS....it could be a flat tire. Don't call law enforcement because it's a hazard. If these guys show up..it's quadruple the price. Put them on the do not use list for all truckers
I was stuck on the side of 87 near the airport.This wonderful lady pulled over and she made a call to APEX towing and they pulled me out,no problem.Thank you guys for helping me out.
I was stressed to the max. I had no idea how I was going to get my camper 30 miles through horrible construction into a tight squeeze. My husband suffered a stroke and his motor skills just aren't the same. I was given Apex # by a very kind lady. I called and got Kasey and she assured me that Ryan would get me taken care of. Jack was very friendly and sufficient on helping tow my vehicle and staying with me until a flatbed truck arrived. I really appreciate this company and I would definitely refer them to anyone nearby. Who needs a tow truck..
I forgot the guys name that towed my vehicle home for me. He was great. It did take almost 2 hours for him to show up. I understand that there are other people that need help. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend Apex towing.
Whole experience went smoothly and quickly from my initial call to check availability to picking up my vehicle and dropping it off at the mechanic shop. Dispatch was friendly and helpful, quickly got me in contact with a driver. Driver (shoutout Joey) was a personable gentleman, who really knows his stuff through and through. We had a friendly conversation on the way to pick up my car, which really helped me ease my anxiety about the whole situation and get some laughs in. He even went out of his way to show me where my car had a mechanical issue at and how that caused it to malfunction. Very professional, even when my car guy of a bf was on the phone with him trying to make sure he took good care of me. He swiftly and smoothly got my car out of where it was stuck and dropped it off. 10/10 guy. Thanks for the help, y’all!

Responded to my call at 1:00 in the morning. We’re in route and very quick to come help me. They sacrificed many hours of sleep to help me. Great team of hard workin men supporting our local community. 10/10 would call again. Thanks guys.
My car wouldn't start one night while I was at Heb in Beaumont, so I called Apex and they sent someone right away to help. I did end up getting my car to run because the battery was dead, but they still stayed on stand by until I was able to get it started and left. Highly recommend this company!
Flooded my car out after an insane rain storm & going through some water that didn’t look “too high” these guys came to the rescue. Driver was an absolute hero he had to wade through over knee high water. Highly recommend!
