THIEVES THIEVES STOLE MY COIN COLLECTION, STANLEY CUP AND OTHER VALUABLE STUFF IN MY CAR!! IM WISHING THEM ALL THE WORST LUCK THAT COULD POSSIBLY HAPPEN IN LIFE!! ALL THE WORST I SAID IT!!!

They took my truck to the auction the day after they came for it. They took all my stuff out and parts of my truck don’t trust them.

The dark man at the front desk was super rude and not helpful at all. We paid to get the car back since Friday, it is now Wednesday and we still haven’t received it back

Obviously, no one wants asset recovery to visit, but from the beginning they were kind. They allowed me time to get my things out even though they were already hooked up, even telling me that I did not have to rush. After paying the bank, there were several delays (bank side), DESMOND took time out of a busy day to give me guidance on the process. After everything was complete we were even able to arrange for my vehicle to be towed back home because it was non running. This situation sucks but the experience does not have too. These guys (owner included) were kind and helpful.

They had the release forms for personal things, had to call the duty just get my things. We are not criminals we just experience hardship at times. Very rude people.

Disgustingly rude unprofessional I just file charges on them for violating private property,stole some items from my husband's car theres no shame on going through financial problems and paying late but !!! Paying and recovering our car . But another thing is for them to searched it up and take things of value from our car Marshall LLC towing recovery the worst place it should be shut down rite away and jail time for workers and owner for violating private property. I hope this gets to the news and other radio station for them to get worst propaganda!!! Shameless human beings ??

Worst people, by my research the owner is Chico Acevedo, theres nothing wrong with being late with payments but they stole some personal stuff like my wallet and my headphones, shame on you guys, the African American man is so rude, he pushed me because he was asking me for the keys he did not even let me get my stuff out. Shame shame shame!!

This is the worst God forgive me, and I pray for these men, they treat everybody horribly. There was another woman there that had tears in her eyes when I was there treated the same way I was they assault you. They’re not afraid of the law that you can call the law to credit cards are missing from my truck. My personal information as well. They live with a truck open. I don’t care for the vehicle but the way they treat people is horrible eval county sheriff department if anybody wants to report and do complaints against them I recorded everything and I have surveillance of when they came while I was there. I was also recording everything I was being told the way I was treated if anybody else has has been mistreated by this company, this is the worst people I have seen many reapers and they’re so kind. This is like may God be with them it’s like a hell repo place that treats people like you’re nobody and even block your calls and if you go in, they tell you to leave the place and call outside for an appointment. That’s because I was in the hospital didn’t care. Especially women I got in contact with Manny and we can press charges on them Lago County sheriff department I suggest we do a petition anybody who would like to do a petition we should and take it to court. Yes they can but they have no right of the way they treat every single body. There was many there, and when I saw the woman in tears and I was in tears myself the way we were treated was very ungodly. It was like Satan was speaking through them. They act like they have more authority than the police is what they were telling me and showing me that they didn’t care if cops went by call the cops so they feel more authorized that officers who protect us from them and people like them, but I forgive them. I don’t have hate. I don’t have anger, but they should read what they sow. and please forgive all my AutoCorrect, but I have to do credit cards missing important information missing even took my pills. My medication‘s that were left in the truck. Horrible, horrible place. You should call your banks and let them know this place should be shut down.

Rude, unprofessional, all men who use bad bad bad words, ugly bad words, they speak to all customers extremely rude, they are not clear or explain any process of payment, receiving or releasing vehicles. Dirty place, smoking, drinking, and eating on premises, trash everywhere.

Unprofessional, Uneducated and a filthy way of talking to people. This business will not make it for very long. Find God and treat people with respect no matter what there going through. Positive note i was in and out to get my possessions with no problem.

Very unprofessional tow truck driver was very rude and aggressive

These people are very unprofessional. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. They are rude and to top it off they jump people's yards and open gates is ILLEGAL! I'd file charges quickly! They are disrespectful and cuss you out.

They hopped over my locked gate (which also had a no trespassing sign on it). Also got called names by the Agent who jumped over.
