Thank you, RJ for an amazing deal 👍 I had a wonderful experience with Beshear’s Auto Body Collision. I came in late Friday afternoon with front end damage after running into a fence on the front passenger side of my car. It destroyed the front fender, bent the lower control arm, & I needed several trim pieces ordered to repair my new car. He quoted me a VERY reasonable price that I was happy to move forward with! I only had availability on the next Weds. & I had expressed this to RJ, not wanting to put him under an unrealistic timeline. He assured me that he could get it done in time. He got on the phone immediately & started ordering parts. Some of the parts were not in stock, so he personally drove to pick them up from another source on Monday. They got started priming the fender Monday & then painted it Tues, matching the sparkling paint PERFECTLY! I came in Weds morning (as planned) to drop off my car & sat around & talked to RJ for about an hour. He was very friendly & made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. He noticed that I needed one other $25 clamp to secure the fender to the body. Once again, he left to go pick it up in person & didn’t even charge me for it! He just asked for recommendations & my return business in exchange, which I am SO happy to do! They finished the car that day & it was ready to pick up hours later, looking brand new again. Very impressive work! They are now offering oil change & state inspection. I will certainly be back for anything I need for my car. A friendly attitude & fast customer service definitely made a lasting impression! My car looks absolutely GREAT too👍 Thank you again for everything! See you again soon, Josh.

Office gave me a budget as a worst case scenario. I gave half down. When the work was done, they did not do hardly as much work as they told me they would need to in the worst case scenario, so I felt the price would be less. I was wrong. Talked down to me, then wouldn’t let me talk at all, made me pay in cash, then refused to warranty the work previously done when it started to crack only a couple of months later. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they didn’t even bother to respond. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place to even get your headlights replaced. In addition, there was overspray on the windows, contamination in the paint. When I asked “what all was done”, they would only respond with “what does it look like we did”. Owner does not live here. Left the business in the hands of the office staff. One of the office staff is dating the head mechanic/repair tech. They are obviously colluding because he makes a part of everything that comes through the door. I was also employed to do maintenance for this “company” and once I had an issue with them, they canceled our contract. Seems like something the owner of the company should have had a say in, but it was just the office staff. Don’t need the money back, but would make more sense to let this business suffer at there own expense and bad business model by leaving a review and warning others.

My car came in from a wreck and when I got my car back they messed up my paint on my mirror. They decided to buff it but now it’s noticeable. I had to continually call for updates ab my car. When my car was ready they didn’t call. I had to call.

This is my car before and after it was completed. Initially after my car was completed I was happy with their service however my car door randomly wouldn’t open so I called asking if I could bring my car in to have them look at what was causing it. The two ladies that work there were extremely confrontational the second I walked in the door. Would not listen to what I was saying was wrong with the car, only focused on the fact it was a salvaged title and that my car was a “pookie”. The lady was very rude to my mother insinuating she couldn’t comprehend what they were saying. They tried to tell me that my fender that they pulled back into place somehow on its own moved cause the metal is weak, the lady stated that they didn’t fix my car correctly that I wanted a cheap fix. All before she walked outside to even look at my car. Once outside the male technician was much easier to speak with and actually looked at my car. While the lady was talking to another customer saying my mother didn’t understand what a salvaged title was and was still interrupting us while we were explaining what went wrong with my car. Overall it was a horrible experience, if you take your car here make sure you don’t have to go back cause they are very rude and condescending. Took my car to another shop afterwards and they noted the fender had some loose bolts and fixed the problem in a few minutes.

Do not choose Beshear’s in Hurst for your hail damage repair. Here's our saga from June 28 2024 through September 20 2024(nearly 3 months): Short Version: We took our Subaru Forester in for Paintless Dent Repair on Friday, June 28th, with the given turnaround time quoted of one-week, also as stated on the invoice. Unfortunately, we didn't get our vehicle back until September 20th, a staggering 85 days later. Throughout this period, we encountered numerous excuses and inconsistent communication from the staff, which was incredibly frustrating. Despite the shop’s previously positive reviews, our experience was far from satisfactory. I believe the ownership is changing. If you need reliable and timely service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Long Version: After about two and a half weeks without any updates on our car, we began calling to check on its status. We were given vague responses like, "It’s next in line," or "Soon." Whenever we called, the person on the phone seemed to guess about the car’s status and when challenged, would put us on hold to find out the real information. This lack of organization was exasperating. We were told that delays were due to insurance processing slower because of COVID-19, and at one point, we were informed that the owners assigned one person to handle PDR and that person was not efficient at their job and disliked returning customer calls. Despite repeated apologies and reassurances, we saw no progress. Frustrated, I left a message on Facebook expressing my intent to write negative reviews. Suddenly, my wife began receiving daily updates. However, "one more week" turned into two more weeks. Upon picking up the car, we were told an outside company had "lost" our work order, which was new information to us, unlike the previous excuses. When we finally got the car home, we noticed several issues in plain daylight: 6-8 dings on the passenger side, about 4 on the driver's side, muddy floor mats, a missing plug piece from the roof, wax compound on the roof, and an unfixed side mirror. Given the choice between leaving the car for the mirror to be fixed or taking it back and returning later, we chose to take the car home. Upon informing them of the remaining hail damage, we were told that the outside company they used wasn’t performing well, with several cars returning in similar conditions. This lack of quality control was shocking. They admitted that additional plastic rail pieces needed to be ordered, which should have been done during the 2.5 months they had our car. They promised to fix everything by Friday, but my wife wisely suggested they call us when the parts arrived. They didn’t take our car back until the following Tuesday, and it wasn’t ready the same day. When we called to check, we were met with attitude and told it would be ready by lunchtime the next day. However, when my wife called at 1 PM, she was again met with attitude and told it would be ready by the end of the day. We went to pick it up at the end of the day, only to find out that it was ready because the one person that could install the side pieces didn't go in that day. Why couldn't they have told us that when we called at lunch and save us the trip up there? Finally took it home on 9/20… 85 days later. In summary, this experience was highly disappointing, marred by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of quality control. I would strongly advise considering other options for car repair.

Didn't seem interested in our business. (2 autos with hail damage) We had an appointment for an estimate on one, they demanded to have the estimate from insurance or they wouldn't provide us one. We do understand supplements but this tells us they don't care to earn our business or help us understand what needs to be repaired, how and why. Remember, we don't know you guys. Trust is earned, you're not entitled to it automatically. Your business, your rules. That's fine but we don't appreciate you wasting our time.

I had taken my 2011 Ford Fusion here after I had taken it two other times before after it was hit This last time I had taken my car to them I was greatly disappointed . They called me to tell me it was ready and when I went to pick it up my car wasn't ready and was not finished. After I got my keys to get my vehicle me and my dad noticed that one of my peicrs that went in the trunk was laying in my back seat and when I opened the trunk I could see right through the trunk at the ground below. Nothing was done to fix the problem I had with the rear end area from being hit . The price that goes under the trunk does not line up correctly , the trunk floor sits lower than it's supposed to compared to the other side of the trunk. Overall my vehicle wasn't finished . My dad and I addressed this with one of the workers there who was on his lunch break and we brought him outside and even pointed it out to him. My dad paid $3600 for this and it wasnt done right like it should have been done and for what was paid for . I would not recommend this place and I definitely will not be going back here. I was very very disappointed and now I'm left with having to go to another Body shop to have it done correctly. I have other prices that cannot be placed back on my trunk due to the trunk that was replaced on my car here is not what was on there. I had to purchase new lettering for my trunk because those weren't put back on the trunk on the outside either.This was October 15, 2021. This hurts the resale value of my vehicle also. The outside of my Driver side quarter panell was not repaired also. For what we paid for this repair was ridiculous not right.

Beshear's put the bumper back on with quality work and charged an honest price. They guarantee their work. They also let me know of my repair options, costs, and the status of my repair. They got it done quickly.

Great shop! Amazing body techs, and the young lady in the office is just the best. Super helpful, super sweet and helped me with my rental process as well as the stress of insurance claims. Those who know know. Will definitely be using them again.

Deceptive Service and Unprofessional Conduct I brought my truck to this collision repair center after an accident, expecting professional service. This was not the case. If someone tells you that they will tell the insurance one thing and do another, take that as a hint that they'll screw you too. First, they make you pay before you see your vehicle. Then they returned my truck with a dent still remaining in the door. Luckily before I left the lot, I also noticed they forgot to re-add a decal they took off to paint the door. They also suggested to me - twice - that I tip their mechanics for the work they did. Not sure why you have to tip a car mechanic. That's never happened to me anywhere else. I came back the next day and pointed out the dent. They promised to call back for a repair, which never happened. I figured they did about half the work, they received half the payment from the insurance company, so I did a chargeback on my credit card for the other half since they clearly were ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue. In response to my chargeback attempt due to their negligence, they threatened to repossess my truck, forcing me to cancel the chargeback since I needed my truck for work. Prior to canceling the charge back, we agreed that I would pay a portion of the chargeback, which was fine with me since I would have to go somewhere else to get this repaired. When I went in to make everything right, they bombarded me with non-disclosure agreement that was never discussed prior. They tried to force me to sign the agreement. It was poorly worded by a cheap lawyer and had tons of errors including the date. This brought us back to square one...They promised they would fix the dent, but I'd have to wait until the temperature was above 70 degrees and it would have to be on a day their employee that can do the paintless dent repair drove to work Stephenville, which is 2.5 hours away. They called one time and said I'd have to be there that day and leave my truck with them to get this taken care of. I couldn't make arrangements and had to be at work in half an hour, so I said it was not a good day. They said they would call back when it was warmer. They never called and that was the last time I had ever spoke to them. This experience was a clear example of a bait-and-switch tactic, where they initially seemed helpful but ultimately provided terrible service. In conclusion, this repair center is far from trustworthy. They lure you in with promises of quality service but fail to deliver, showing a lack of respect for their customers. I strongly advise against using their services. EDIT: Commenting on their repsonse. "We understand you are upset that we did indeed were able to get you a better set of running boards than the vehicle had per your request. And put on at no charge." You told me that insurance would cover the cost of this in its entirety and suggested to me that now was the time to "upgrade" since insurance would be the ones footing the bill. Not to mention you told me I needed to tip you TWICE for the service. But As merchant Services stands with us about this claim being deceptive of yours and Merchants Services word, " An attempt of theft of services," We have nothing to say but that Insurance does not always pay for every dent if it is not in the clear path of the collision. If that is the case why didn't you say so in the first place? Why did you tell me the entire door might have to be replaced? Why did you agree that your mechanics didn't pop the dent out when they had the vehicle? Why did you agree to fix the problem? Again - just re-establishing your deceptive tactics and deflecting your involvement. Terrible customer service and you don't take ownership of your problems.

Took my trans am ws6 in. One side of the ram air "trim" was broken and the bumper infront of it was scratched up decently bad from being backed into. When I first dropped off the car I was told the entire front clip was going to get painted, (Hood, bumper, bother fenders and headlight covers). After a week or two they said "it'll be over budget to paint the whole front clip, so we're going to only do the hood and bumper. I'm completely fine with that for trying to keep it cheap as possible, especially because the most expensive part was fixing the hood trim. Weeks pass, only 1 update was given after asking for updates on the car. I get a call a few weeks after the update, saying my car was "ready". I got check and find a bunch of small problems. Missing clear coat in a spot and some rock chips mainly. Anyways I tell then to keep it and fix it. Another few weeks later and the car is finally done. Go check and it looks good but the price seemed expensive for what was asked to do. Have them break it down and im then told the full bumper wasn't painted just spot painted. Meaning they painted a four foot section of it and left whatever other previous imperfections. Not much of a problem but the price still didn't seem to fit. Anyways car gets paid for after talking to 5 diffrent people total during the fully repair process of the car. Everytime a new person came in, the amount of work seemed to decrease but the price seemed to continue going up. After a while with the car I am seeing a bunch of random overspray on my car on the windows, t-tops, windshield and even rubber trim after they said they taped and covered the car off with plastic. Still have no idea if the entire hood was painted or not. I'm sure it wasn't because I can look under then hood and instead of being clean and freshly painted I can still see my old oil spots from when my power steering pump was leaking. They did try to clean it but didn't get everything. Long story short, car looks good, talked to toom many people without getting a fully detailed explanation of what will be done and the price was expensive.

Beginning to end Jessica was amazing! She kept me in the loop. Called and gave me details on what was wrong & what’s being fixed. The mechanic and body shop did an amazing job! Even after we picked up the car she checked on us to make sure everything was good multiple times. I was so stressed out at the beginning but now I’m relieved knowing no matter what I can always call them if something doesn’t feel or sound right to me. I don’t feel like I was just another customer, I felt like they were taking care of me like family.

Hit debris from an accident in front of me. Could not avoid pieces of wreckage and it knocked a hole the grill. Beshear's have MAD skills. They installed both grills before my son saw the damage on his car and added a few mods. Mechanics in the area reminded me that these guys do top work and repair. Don't pass 'em up. They also did excellent body work on a minor accident for our fam.

I have been a magnet for uninsured motorists this past year and used them 3 times. I can’t say enough great things about them. Family owned, excellent service and quality work, and just nice people to do business with. Prices are reasonable and they won’t “over” fix things just to make money! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

I have been to a couple of body shop. This is the best body shop I been to. Jessica will take care of you. She found all brand new original parts, no replicas. Truck looks just as when I got it, other shops were willing to take me in a couple months, she had my truck ready in and week and had me come in week. I would recommend this shop to anyone . FIRST OFF Jessica is absolutely amazing and has a fantastic team working behind her I must say. They helped me out tremendously when the person that hit me tried screwing me over. they are very personable and make sure you get taken care of. my car was hit on the drivers side and the work they did on it was flawless. hopefully my car never gets hit anytime soon but if it happens i will be sure to always come back to them. thank you again for helping me through this process and making sure i was okay and taken care of. truly appreciate y’all.

I first came to love Beshears 6 years ago and have been returning for collision/auto work. However my experience with the current staff there has left me a bit sad and unsure of return. In short, the front desk does not know much about car repairs, and the mechanics are pretty hard to reach. I went for my 100k mileage maintenance hoping to get my timing belt and spark plugs replaced and was willing to put something out on the calendar since I knew they were so busy. First day I came by a little after 1pm and the mechanics were on lunch and met Maddie who seemed friendly and helped at the front; she asked if I could come back later that day. I couldn't come that afternoon, so I went the next day to find that the mechanics were in the middle of intense electrical wiring. Then I was told to come back the next morning at their preferred time for a $125 diagnostic, only to finally meet the mechanic who asked front desk what was wrong with my car to schedule something for a month out. My car is not wrecked. I came clearly for a maintenance and front desk did not even communicate that to the mechanics. Coming 3 days in a row just to potentially schedule a maintenance does not give me confidence in the company. I don't mind the 1 month out, but I can only anticipate them turning me away for another reason once the month comes.

I highly recommend taking any of your car needs to this shop. Everyone here is professional and make you feel very comfortable in the process. Jessica was very respectful and transparent the whole time. Her communication in keeping me in the loop was great and she would always try to get me an answer for any question or concern I had. They returned my truck looking like it just came off the lot at a dealership.Once again, thank all of y’all for providing excellent service during a stressful time.

I had some pretty extensive damage was in a bind having to have the car towed somewhere just for an estimate. Went with this place based on reviews on pricing as I only have liability coverage and could not pay to have my car towed from place to place just to shop around. I am happy I did. My repair took about 3 weeks but most of that was just waiting on parts. You guys did a great job at a good price. Car looks brand new. Paint was matched perfect. Had some frame and very extensive wheel damage. Basically the whole wheel and the parts that work it were damaged. Just had a friend that is a mechanic that is an expert in wheels and suspension (builds rock crawlers)check it over. Would have had him do the wheel stuff but he doesn't do body work and I needed a one stop. He said it looks great and looked over the invoice and said the pricing was the best he has seen for this quality of work. They even called the towing company for me and just rolled the tow fee into my bill. Very pleased with my decision. Thank you guys!

I have been coming here for years when things have happened to my cars, Every time I get my car back it's amazing. Perfect paint match. looks way better then it did prior to being hit. Always quick and quality service. Even through trying times they still operated at the highest standards and customer service I have ever received. I want to thank you Ramey and your crew for all the hard work and efforts you put into what you do to make your customers happy. I will never go to another collision place after experiencing this place. HIGHLY recommended.

We brought our car in for panel damage. They gave us a quote to go along with our other quotes. They were by far the least expensive so I decided not to go with the "cheapest". I read reviews online from my other quotes and the one I wanted to go with had absolute horrible reviews. I reluctantly chose Beshear's. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! They took our car in on a Monday and we picked it up on that Wednesday afternoon. They had to take off the fender, order a new one, paint the new one and replace it. It took less than 3 days for them to complete the entire process. From start to finish, they honored every single word. If I ever need paint and body work done I will chose them every time. Thank you for the quick and easy check out and additional information Stacy! There was a car in their lot that was painted by them. It was an outstanding job. It looked like it could have been factory painted (ugly color choice but awesome workmanship). Will refer and choose them every time.

They really took care of my truck. I got rear ended and the whole back was smashed in, Beshears made it look new again. Jessica was amazing in keeping us up to date on the process. They were really nice and had it ready in no time. We had some problems with final work but they didn't hesitate and took care of them right away! Amazing staff and great work!!! They made sure they didn't return the truck until it was perfect 😊😊 Thank you!!!

I appreciate the work of this team. Everyone is friendly and my car looks better than before! I liked how they work with Enterprise which made my rental drop off go smoothly. The only thing I wanted was more updates on the progress of my vehicle but I'm sure they stay busy with the awesome service and all, so it's all good. I would definitely use them again but hopefully I'm never involved in another collision.
