The staff and Techs are really nice to work with and they do an excellent job. Everything was explained and all of the work was done correctly. I definitely recommend.
I've used this shop for years, he is always up-front with what work needs to be done in your car, calls with updates if necessary, is polite and respectful, and does quality work. The only one or two times I've had problems after his work have been due to parts failures, which he handles the warranties of. I strongly recommend this shop.
My brother turned me on to Charlies Auto repair in Hurst Texas. The owner is Charlie was very nice and answered any questions I had. My wife's truck needed $1982.50 of work on the front end supposedly from another Auto repair company in Bedford. I took it to Charlies and was told it would be $139.00 total. This floored me. I told him it's so hard nowadays to find a honest mechanic, A/C man, Electrician and Politician. He is my go to Auto mechanic from now on. Thx Charlie, I'll be back !
I’m from out of town and saw that my tire pressure on my rental car was low. I went to this shop and the one worker found a nail in my tire and plugged it right away. He was very helpful and nice. He even filled up the rest of my tires. Thank you so much for saving us!
So my neighbor told us about this guy. I called a few weeks asking the guy did he work on old school cars. He told me he really didn’t and asked me what was wrong. I said possibly a fuel pump. He said he really doesn’t work on them again and told me it was about 3 weeks out if he did. Anyways I told my husband about the shops I called. My husband said this is the shop that put a fuel pump on his 65 Lincoln and it only got him back home after picking it up from the shop.. the car has been sitting since! He told my husband that he didn’t put a pump on it when my husband said he charged him for one he then said he did after checking his so called record book! Smh
My mom, sister, and myself always go to Charlie to get our vehicles fixed. We have been going to him since before he got his own shop! Great friendly customer service and good pricing compared to other places.
This is really my father's garage and it seems a pretty good place but he has had some issues trying to pin down the problem on our vehicle, and it has cost our employer funds he did not need to spend.
Update: If you are ever able to get in here, lucky you, he doesn't do appointments and is first come first serve. I wish he would expand/hire more people.
Reliably diagnosed the problems with my vehicle- even pointed out things that I forgot to mention. There is a big difference when the owner of the business is the one handling things- he was very straight forward and direct, prices were lower then quoted elsewhere. A quark is that it's first come first serve basis, so you have to get there when they open if you need your vehicle back quickly. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to others.
Charlie did an amazing job. Figured out the issue right away and fixed my a/c at an affordable price! He is such a pleasure to do business with. Honest, kind, all around great guy! A/C runs ice cold now! I literally can see fog when I breathe! I highly recommend Charlie's Texas 10 Auto!
I brought my car in because of a sound I was hearing and he diagnosed the issue in the same day and offered to fix it that day! I ended up deciding to wait and he was very understanding. It’s now running great! This shop is dependable, trust worthy and fair! I definitely will be coming back in the future.
Charlie is the best. Brought my car (1997 Toyota 4 Runner) in at 9:00am and by 2:15pm he had it fixed. Couldn’t have asked for better service. He charges fair prices and is very honest and pleasant to deal with.
Very good auto repair shop! They fix what needs to be fixed right the first time, DON'T try to find ways to unchange the bill and charge very fair price for the work they do.
Freddie Smith you gave Charlie more info about your transmission when you got there on Monday, Charlie was afraid and told you he might make it worse to service it a d chose not to.

Thought I was gonna have to spend 400 or more for a new cat. Had it towed to Charlie's. Ended up just being flooded and coil boot had come loose. Honest shop. Would recommend anybody to go to Charlie.

I had the carrier bearing in my 2005 Toyota Tacoma replaced here almost a year ago. These guys did a great job. I was very pleased with the service, pricing, friendliness, and prompt attention. Will be returning when I need maintenance in the future.
Honest and fair are the main two words that describe this place. I've only been here for service once and it was great and I have referred people here over the years.
I don't normally write reviews, but Warren (the owner) has been fantastic. He told me exactly what needed to be fixed and what didn't. He is honest, affordable and a genuinely nice man. It's also convenient that they're open on Saturday!
