1 Star ⭐ My experience with this towing company was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unacceptable. I reached out to retrieve my vehicle and experienced what felt like disrespectful and unprofessional treatment throughout the process. Communication was difficult, I felt spoken to in a dismissive manner, and both my family and business partner were treated in a way that left us feeling disrespected. One of the biggest concerns I experienced was being told to arrive and call upon arrival, only to be left waiting for an extended period of time despite indications someone was nearby. During an impound situation where storage fees can continue increasing, delays create additional stress and financial pressure. Another major issue was pricing consistency. I was given information that I felt changed from one day to another, creating confusion and concerns about transparency. People dealing with towing or impound situations are often already going through stressful circumstances. Professionalism, respect, communication, and consistency matter. In my experience, I did not receive that. Because of my experience, I am pursuing formal complaints through the appropriate regulatory channels and documenting what occurred. I strongly encourage others to carefully document every interaction, every phone call, every quoted amount, and every timeline. This review reflects my personal experience.

The tow truck driver is a incompetent and the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with and was so unhelpful in explaining how to get the vehicle back, he hung up on me twice and looks like a more ugly version of el bronco 956

Horrible customer service , I live in San Juan it’s. 22 min drive to their location therefore I called ahead of time to let them know I was heading over to get my fathers items from his truck. The man knew I was on my way I arrived and called again to be let in he said someone will get to me outside. No one ever came out so I called again and I quote his response “like I said I’d be there shortly I am at the post office” he never let me know he wouldn’t be there nor that he was at any post office and I let him know with time I’d be heading that way. I waited another 20-30 min the proceeded to text him and no reply. They have no sympathy nor care for people’s time and belongings. Till this moment 2 hours later no reply
