Definitely Highly Recommend Auto Woodlands, Inc. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was greeted with a nice welcome! From there, the purchase of my 2006 Honda CR-V was a breeze! Prior to my arrival on site, with their user friendly website, I already knew what I was seeking. There was no pressure, no haggle, and the utmost patience with me too. Every step of the way, through my purchase was so easy, pleasant and everything down to the financing was clearly explained. Thank you Tino & Gabriel!! You guys are great!!! I will always recommend you. Happy :) with my new wheels and appreciate the ease of the entire process.

Normally I don't give car dealerships five stars cuz I was incredibly skeptical of ones in the past and this one but these guys were awesome they let you test drive it before you buy and they're very thorough on everything

I gave 4 stars instead of 2 because it is an AS IS car lot and the owner was a very nice, patient individual. I drove from Katy, Tx because the perfect mom car was at this lot. Well, I thought it was the perfect mom car. It had a few blemishes, scuffs, and very minor damage but I didn’t mind for its age. Mileage was within its range for its age. No engine light on. Well taken care of vehicle from the human eye. (Definitely not by a mechanic’s eye, which I wish I had there). I test drove the vehicle and knew something was wrong but it didn’t seem like anything major. This is the 6th car that I’ve owned so I figured, I could tell when something major is wrong. I mention to the owner that it does not pick up in speed quickly and it seems the oils may be very low. Fast forward, I started to smell a strong smell the following day while driving. Totally freaked me out. I took it the auto shop and received my estimate of services. $7000 worth of work needing to be done. So, my SUV that was purchased at $16000 ended up really being $23,000. I say all of this to say, be sure you bring a mechanic out or ask can it be taken to a shop for diagnostic testing to avoid an unexpected major cost after purchase. This really sucks but again, I love and I learn. This pushed me back in goals for a few years to come, for sure. So advice to future customers, BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU! I wanted to give my story to help future buyers who may not be able to get those underlying conditions fixed, like I am barely able to do.

I walked out the same day with a great working 2007 Nissan Titan and I was provided with excellent customer service when communicating when my plates are to be delivered and with any other questions I had. Highly recommend!

Complete waste of time. My appointment was at 10am with Tino, but he was unavailable so I was assisted by another employee who provided very little information about the car I was interested in. I was able to test drive it and noticed the front bumper was damaged, the rotors needed to be replaced, and none of the technology worked on the inside. The radio, backup camera, nothing. When I asked the rep what could be the problem, he responded he didn't know. He also refused to provide me with the car fax. When I asked for Tino's contact information, I was told he'll be in soon, so I waited at least 30 minutes before I drove away.

Only called in but the older sounding gentleman over the phone said I wouldn’t be able to see the car today because it’s in the shop and they forgot to pick it up. Car has been available online for 19 days. I asked if he can match a CarMax offer, he said it depends, then I told him my trade in and said I’m ready to go as soon as they get the car, I’ve got good credit and I don’t like wasting time so I’d be in there as soon as possible, he said that he’s not interested and I we Reiterated again But he made some snarky remark and I got irritated so I promptly said, thanks for nothing pal and hung up. Huge waste of time, not interested and doing business with people like this. Bad business over the phone, probably means bad business.

Tino sold a vehicle knowing the transmission was no good I will be taking legal action regarding this matter . Stay far away from this place . Will be reporting this dealer. Update : the car doesn’t even drive we went back and forward trying to find a solution and you basically ignored me . I’m not paying for a vehicle that doesn’t work . I’ve made a report to the dmv and they have forwarded everything to an attorney as you have not followed the laws and guidelines required by the state of Texas be blessed .

Going on 4 years now that I purchased my car from here when I was pregnant with my second baby and it has been such a great vehicle. I’ve only had to do basic maintenance to my car. My next car we will definitely purchase here.

Replying to the comment(owner) below. I had/have $2000 in cash I handed to you.Its a scam because you think I am trying to find loopholes in a contract? I have purchased many cars before. I wanted to make sure my fiancé (not my friend) knew what she was reading. Had you not been so impatient with us reading through documents you would have another transaction! Also look at how you respond to people with one star reviews😂. You should be trying to rectify the situation but instead you insult & degrade them. Scam artist or not the customer is always right you clearly have no professional ediquette

I got a 2012 Sprinter Van, it was in good condition. The sales people were friendly, I brought a down payment and got financing. The owner was easy to work with and I like the car I purchased. I would come back for another vehicle in the future.

I found a 2010 Volvo XC90 online through Autolist. I went to see the vehicle and it was in perfect condition. The process was easy. I definitely recommend purchasing from here.

Tino is a great example of what every car dealer should be. My second purchase from him. He went out of his way to get me good financing. Tino got my daughter into a safe and reliable, very clean, very nice vehicle at a very fair price. Thank you Tino!! Will be back for the next car purchase.

The sales person was nice enough. They had to jump the 2008 Urban runner I went to look at. Upon fist inspection the roof was peeling and the rear doors and a-Pilar’s were as well. That’s cosmetic and didn't really matter. But when I drove it I noticed the front suspension was wobbly(not a tire balance issue but suspension) and the traction light was on with all the brake warnings. When I plugged in my FIXD and read the codes it gave me a Catalytic Converter code. So the check engine light was disabled, because the brake warnings come on with check engine since 2001 in a 4Runner. With the cost of repairs I made a 5K offer, and the owner was demeaning and told me good luck with my 5K car hunt. That is not my budget, but with emissions needing to be passed, and safety a concern with the front suspension I knew it would take thousands more to repair. Normally I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was a terrible experience all the way around. I’d avoid them at all costs.

I purchased a vehicle from here in May, vehicle needed brakes all around, left front axle, left front control arm assembly, right front ball joint and a TRANSMISSION. I spent 7K in repairs in less than 6 months. I have all of my invoices to prove it. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here.

I gave one star...simply because there is no option to choose a negative value. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this establishment to buy a car. First night driving it home...had to be towed to a body shop. $400 for a new radiator. We were told it had pretty new front brakes....guess what? Just left it at a shop because it needs all new brakes. Buyers beware!!!!

I purchase a 2015 Toyota Prius a few months back and is very satisfied with the purchase. The car looks good and runs great. I also met Tino and he was very professional in transaction and attitude. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle at a fair price.

I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot with 47,000 miles from Auto Woodlands. The photos and information posted to Craigslist and to this dealer's web site were accurate. The price advertised was the full price (minus tax, title and license) with no undisclosed, additional fees. The dealer did not try to sell me extended warranties, fabric or rust protection, or gap insurance (gap insurance wouldn't apply, as I paid cash for the vehicle). This dealer does not negotiate on the price nor improvements to the vehicle (repairs, new tires, etc.); I was able to get him to plug a tire that was leaking, but the vehicle also had front brakes with completely worn pads, needing a front brake job immediately.

Great place to buy a car, i bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson and since the beggining the car feels like new, no problem at all. It was quite satisfactory to have bought there, Tino has a very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.

I've been scoping this place out for the past week, just got my 2002 Mazda Miata here yesterday, so far so good. Tino did an excellent job, worked an good deal for me, and put more time than required for me. The building is new and tidy. The car is beautiful and hasn't given me any issues. Most of the cars on the lot do have 100k+ miles, however, mine as well as the rest seems to be in good condition, but it obviously depends on the vehicle. From what I've seen so far, i'd recommend you at least check them out if you're looking at a used vehicle.
