Amazing service thanks to Travis! My car had completely stopped and wouldn’t turn on after waiting close to 2 hours for another company assistance that never showed up. Travis came quickly after we called not only helped jump start my car but also my husbands car.

Brendan from S&B was beyond friendly. He got to my broken down vehicle very fast and provided a number of solutions. He was very knowledgeable and most impotently, extremely helpful! If you need any roadside assistance, call these guys! They will take care of you.

I want to give a big shout out to Mike! My SUV was stuck and I was not able to shift in and out of gear. Mike is a mechanic and owns the company. My mechanic shop was just a few miles away. Instead of charging me, he was able to do a temporary fix on my shift linkage for my vehicle so I could drive a few miles away to my mechanic shop. He did it for free instead of charging me $130 to have my vehicle towed!! I’m very grateful for his generosity and will always use this towing service in the future. God bless him and his company. He has a heart of gold!

S & B is fantastic. Yesterday, August 22nd my girlfriend’s SUV broke down on 249 and Audubon. We called an Uber and left the vehicle on the shoulder. S&B took care of the rest and made a great recommendation to a trustworthy mechanic at My Mechanic. I’ll use S&B from now on whenever I need a tow. Appreciate all of your help.

The man that was driving this tow truck on this morning of 8/5/25 was driving so erratically and putting everyone in jeopardy all to get to collecting money for this job near Rayford and Sawdust. This guy was riding so closely to the rears of people’s cars and putting his brights in driver’s faces and waving his arms and making impolite gestures: Mind you it was jam packed traffic so no body could go anywhere. He then got behind me and kept getting closer and closer to my rear and making those same gestures and put his brights all in my mirror view. He kept acting like he was going to hit me and I had to swerve at one point to avoid him! NO ONE COULD GO ANYWHERE AND HE KEPT BULLYING PEOPLE! He was trying to get to a car that needed towing but clearly didn’t care about causing any harm to others in the process. White guy with blonde short hair cut.l was driving.

This towing service was fantastic to work with. Brendon kept me updated when he was on the way, provided options to make my experience more convenient, and was VERY efficient!! Onsite, he handled my car with care and from experience, not everyone does. Much appreciated S&B!!

I found myself stranded in a shopping center on a Sunday when my brand new truck wouldn't start. My husband and I tried all of the troubleshooting ideas we could think of with no success, we concluded it was an electrical/technical issue. We called S&B Towing and he was there within 10 minutes. Super nice guy and so helpful! He started troubleshooting for us and was able to get the truck started. We are so grateful for this man's knowledge and willingness to solve the problem. This is definitely the person you want to show up when you are stranded! Thank you, S&B Towing!

I hydroplaned my car in the rain and ended up in a ditch, with the passenger side submerged in water. Wasn’t the day I planned but Brendan from the “S&B Storage and Towing” company was incredible. He arrived quickly, assessed the situation calmly, and pulled my car out without any further damage. Even though it was pouring rain, Brendan was respectful, had a great personality, and kept me at ease throughout the whole process. I'm so grateful for his professionalism and skill! Definitely recommend this towing company, especially if you're lucky enough to get Brendan.

My serpentine belt snapped on me and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a tow. Trent was there in under 20 minutes! Supper efficient, reliable, and friendly to top it all off!

10 out of 5 Stars for S&B's towing service. They're quick, affordable, knowledgeable and courteous. They've rescued us twice now & for a very reasonable price. Sunday 4/13 Duke brought our dead engine Yukon to dealership off FM 1960 from Magnolia. Today Brandon picked it up from our house for delivery to same dealership. If only our dealership's service was as on the ball!

Quick response, reliable and most important - affordable! I was in a jam stranded after taking a sunday cruise in my car. After calling a few tow companies I was given crazy high prices and long wait times for a simple tow. Last call was to S&B and thanks to baby Jesus, Mr Brendon answered on the first ring. Turns out, he's the tow truck driver and not some operator. Brendon was there in 30 minutes for a fair price and got me home safe. Few weeks later I needed to tow my car to the shop and I already knew who to call. Scheduled the tow for the next day. Piece of cake. Use these guys ans ask for Brendon! Go ahead and save the number in your phone now, because you'll never know when you'll need a tow - that's what I did!

Called to get a tow and Brenden showed up quickly..about 30 mins to be exact. Didn’t expect for him to pick my car up so quickly. He was very nice and polite! Will definitely use them again if I need a tow. Very professional!!

I got a flat, and in the middle of changing my tire to my spare, I realized I didn’t have my tire iron. Luckily for me, S&B came to the rescue within 10 minutes and I was back on the road in no time. Great customer service too!

My son and I were stranded. My son locked his truck with it running and keys in it. The sheriff was called by ball park owner and was upset because we were in parking area. Sheriff came was very understanding to our situation and called S&B towing and Brandon was so very kind to unlock the truck at no charge. We appreciate him giving his time and service to us in need. Brandon was amazing and went above and beyond. I was involved in a car accident on February 5th, and Moco Auto Shop had my car since then. Those people were so difficult to deal with. I explained to them that I couldn't physically be there because I was traumatized by looking at my car, but they were not understanding at all. Brandon told me not to worry and that he would handle everything, and he did. Most of the tow companies I called had a wait time of 2-3 hours, but Brandon made it happen in less than 1 hour.

These guys showed up quick, professional, and took great care of our vehicles.

Very nice experience with the owner and actual towed driver. Brandon was ver professional and courteous. They were very responsive when I called and whole interaction was good. Definitely will due business with them again.

Had to call S&B after accidentally taking my truck and horse trailer offroading in the ditch. I called after 930 pm and the first driver came immediately in under 30 minutes. He decided a second truck was the safest way to get me out and had that 2nd truck at the location quickly. The guys were able to get me out safely and with absolutely no damage to my equipment. Prices were more than reasonable and both drivers were friendly and professional even after being drug out in the cold rain. Would 100% recommend. Thanks guys!
