Terrible service. People pick up the phone and then just hang up. You call them back, and they say, “How can I help you?”—you explain everything, and then they transfer you to voicemail. These are people who absolutely do not provide quality service. It’s very unpleasant that this kind of treatment still exists in the 21st century, and that people run their business so poorly. And unfortunately, their manager doesn’t make sure the quality of service improves, so that customers would actually want to come back. I do not recommend.

Brought a transmission from this place and it was messed up after I paid and also paid someone to install it , it kept slipping like the old one this place sells broken parts messed up transmissions and engine La would not recommend

I contacted this place to check on a center console. They agreed that they did have a center console and the price was confirmed. I went to purchase it and they told me I was at the wrong location. They double the price on me. BAD business

Called ahead, said they had the parts in stock, explained that I had to drive 2 hours, they said no problem we have them in stock ready to go, got here, waited around for 45 minutes just to find out that they don't have it and that they'd already crushed the car. Total waste of time! Take your business elsewhere.

They are really tough and they don’t respect customer you lose time there after they tell you that we don’t have the part in the beginning. They tell you we have Part after. No sorry we don’t have the part after one hour one hour and a half. They are really tough customer service.

The guy with bald head and beard is so unprofessional. He was on his personal phone taking and smiling while people are standing in line waiting to be helped. Very bad attitude too. If you ever go there, stay away from that guy.

Both Carlos y"all have working at this location are USELESS. Called about about a part for a Mercedes, was told they have to available and got the address to go pick up. Upon arriving neither of them know what I'm taking about and say the part is at their Pasadena location.

First time here, bought a used transmission for my pt cruiser turbo. 1st one did not work well, came back and they gladly exchanged it, 2nd unit works good. They were flexible on the core return time and refunded me core deposit on the spot.

Worst Crooks around! Beware! Purchase used engine and the one that sent out to our shop was not the one that I bought and paid for. I had to refuse it and then they gave me the runaround for 2 months over the refund. I finally had to get the charges reversed through my credit card. Terrible customer service go someplace else!

Get a Mexican friend to pick up your parts, they overcharge white people. Got a quote over the phone, showed up in person a few days later asking for it. Without even looking up the price it was magically $50 more than originally quoted. I order the part, they say they're picking it, I wait an hour and they haven't even picked it yet. Took at least 2 hours before I was in and out of there. Very unorganized, but you can haggle for a better price.

They are not good or considerate of their customers. I waited for my car long enough and after getting that “your car is ready” call they made me wait 2 hrs for nothing. My car was still missing a part..

A very bad customer service I ordered a part over the counter Saturday at 4 pm, they told me they can't do it because they close at 5. I been told to pay and come back Monday I came in Monday asking for the part a paid for, the part pulled told me he can't do it on Monday. I called Tuesday to make sure the guy pulled for me the part. Customer service thinking they are making from me a joke putting me on hold then they hang off. They have no supervisor they have no complaining department. It is the worst customer service I ever had.

It's so frustrating tryung to buy parts from this people, paid for a part from one of there branch, said they have in another branh drove 30mins to this location for the part not pulled yet, was later told to wait another 30mins, came back after 30mins and the part still not pulled, only for them to start working on it after 1hr after

I drove all the way from Beaumont to pick up a part. The guy I talked to you on Friday is not working on Saturday so supposedly they did not pull the part that I had ordered. Told by a counter guy named Alex that hey we didn't pull the part so you can come back Monday to pick it up. Worst customer service ever

Dont ever come to this place, i waited an hour for an used door, so i had to leave because i didnt see any progress on my service, i wish i could give 0 stars to this store. If you ever go, get ready to wait 1 or never..dont waste your time and go somewhere else. I dont think there is another store worst than this one.

Placed a phone order for 2 parts. Required 4 follow-up calls, and hours on hold until the part shipped over 15 days later. And then, only one part was included for the price of 2. They changed our verbal agreement, and will not reconsider... I'll cut my losses, and buy elsewhere!

These people are a rip-off. I went Saturday for a window on a 2015 Q50... He wanted $100, I walked. Called Uniglass, brand new $75. I called them back, asked if they would sell for $65, said No, $75.... Glass doesn't appreciate in value when it's used... Avoid these thieves and just call Uniglass for new windows that are cheaper than used windows from these crooks.

This is my First time commenting on anything. I am a very patience person but this people up here makes joke of you. I drove an hour to buy motor for my car, i payed $600 they told me they will deliver it to me on Monday by 2:00pm since it was Friday because they don't deliver on weekend i said okay. monday reach Junior the guy i suppose to be dealing with keep making joke of me, telling me he will sent it this time and that time, and each time the time he said he wouldsent it reaches he have another story to tell me. Worst place to ever do business with. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I hate coming to this place when there the only ones that have the part. It’s sad that I dread going to place of business because of the staff. The Ernesto guy is so mellow tone and NEVER has a smile. The wait takes forever here ( pack a lunch ). Waited over 2 hours last time just to look at a part to see if I even wanted it. I’m typing this as I stand at there counter desk since like always , they take forever. Unfortunately I’m here today because I bought a part that was incorrect and been waiting for Alex since Ernesto said talk to him and now Alex has me going back and forth between the 2. As of now Alex has been in the back for 20min. Alex has a sign on back of his monitor that reads ( If you can’t be positive ... at least be quite ) it’s hard to maintain that while here.

I told them on the phone I wanted to but a part, and would they ship like their web page says they will? Answer - "No". So I told them I would like to pay for the part now... and I would drive from Austin to Houston on Monday to pick the part up. They said I didn't need to pay over the phone, they would hold it for me. (This was Friday). I arrive on Monday... "Sorry, We sold that on Saturday". Drove to from Austin to Houston for nothing... THANKS...

This place is a joke. After being told on the phone he had the part I needed for an older car I'm working on, I drove an hour across Houston to pick it up. I have dealt with a lot of people and bought many things in my life, and I actually felt reverse discrimination because I'm a white American, even though the did speak English. The guy I talked to on the phone and dealt with there, Solomon, would not even make eye contact with me. Getting any answers was like pulling teeth! I literally stood there, while he talked on the phone and to others while I was frankly bewildered as to what the hell was going on. "Do you have the part?" "Yup". Then silence. Incredible. Then he walked away and I didn't see him for half an hour. I stood for an hour at the counter, then after a while walked around outside while waiting for them to get the part. Finally, after an hour and a half of NOTHING, I walked back to the counter while he sat in a chair on the other side and said NOTHING. At that point I asked for my old part I had given him to make sure we had the right part. That took another ten minutes to get, and he handed it to me without saying a word. Worst customer service experience EVER. He didn't give a damn about me as a customer, and made no effort to hide that fact. Rude, disrespectful and a crappy attitude.
