Bought an engine in May, it was bad then they sent another and it was bad too, then installed the last one and it was also bad they wouldn't refund or get me a good engine. Place is worthless. They would never answer my calls or texts.
Customer satisfaction is a priority for them. I stopped by the shop even though they offered to deliver it! I dealt with Junior and Henry. Excellent experience! I had a cup of coffee while I waited, they have great prices, and great service. Overheard another customer saying that he keeps coming back because he knows he can trust the parts and the people. I was impressed enough to write a review! This is the first place I will call the next time I need a car part.
*PLEASE STAY AWAY* I bought an AC compressor they said fit my car. Took it all the way home only to find out it did not fit. I live 30 plus minutes a way. Anyhow I took it back for exchange or refund. Long story short the cashier guy could not find my exact one. Came out with a similar model. I Google for comparison and was not a match. I told him this and so he Googled as well. Could not find it. I told him I just wanted to get my money back. He charged me 40% restocking fee. Which is contrary to their policy. No honor, or integrity. I lost 40% for no reason. There's so much more. Please stay away.
