Tow service was requested at 12:15am from GEICO we received a text message with an eta of 1:26am they didn’t get there until 2:19am so it took them over two hours to get to us. I had to get an Uber back because I had my baby with me and my husband stayed. After he drops off my SUV and husband I receive a call from the office and they ask me to complete a payment for the over mileage on a payment link they sent, I say sure and proceed to make the payment. While I was making the payment I receive a text message out of nowhere from the driver saying if you don’t pay right now ($24) I am going to go get your SUV, at that point my mind is blown because the office had just called 5 minutes ago and I was making the payment already so for the driver to call and text and start threatening us was out of place. I called the office right away because their driver seem unstable and smelled like he had been smoking. After a terrible night the last thing I needed was to feel insecure in my own home. Would never used them again.
I had a great experience with this towing service. They answered my call quickly and calmly, and had a truck dispatched with no issues. The estimated arrival time was 30–45 minutes, but the driver showed up in just 20!
Eric, the driver, was an absolute gem—professional, kind, and a calming presence, which was so appreciated after being stuck for hours in intense heat, humidity, and eventually rain. The trip from northeast Houston to Katy cost $266, which I found very reasonable, especially compared to a $431 tow I had scheduled (and then canceled) through insurance. That one not only cost more, but the wait time kept getting pushed back after already waiting 1.5 hours.
From the moment Eric arrived to when he dropped me off, everything was handled smoothly. He took care of everything, even at the drop-off location. I’m truly grateful for the quick, reliable, and compassionate service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!
Where should I begin, made the call for flatbed service for my 2011 GMC SIERRA. The phone agent understood my situation, I made the payment and in less than 20 minutes the wrecker was there. The young man loaded the truck and secured it, and we were rolling. I tried using my state farm roadside assistance, but they left me hanging for 4 hours waiting for a truck. From now on it's Tow Jam for me, and my insurance company can reimburse me.
I am giving 3 stars because I waited over an hour, only to be told by the driver he doesn't haul motorcycles. The request was made by geico specifically for a motorcycle. The supervisor tried to get another driver and said he would call back to let me know, which never happened. The company sent the request back to geico and started the process over. Not good customer service.
My driver took great care of my car and me. I’m a nervous rider, so he made sure I was very comfortable. They also arrived a little earlier than stated.
The young lady i spoke with for a quote was very professional , pleasant & pricing was fair. The driver MG was excellent, careful, skilled, professional. Great attitude & positive energy, definitely will refer, & use again if needed.
Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. He was given the wrong address by GEICO and was able to still find me in a timely manner, was able to actually get my car to start, explain to me what the issue was and then even followed me down the freeway to make sure I didn’t have another issue. The man with the neck tattoo deserves a raise.
What can I say... this is the second time we've had to use a tow service and this company has shown up both times. (One time being at 4am!) It took a while to get to us, and that's to be expected considering this time, it was during rush hour traffic, plus accidents on both directions of the freeway. Nevertheless, the guy helped us out no questions asked. A little pricey but when you're stranded on the shoulder of a busy freeway at 5pm, you'll pay whatever to get outta there. A huge thank you to the Tow Jam team. I'd recomment you guys anytime!
I ran into car trouble during the storm and remembered that I saved the tow truck service number from a previous tow. The service technician did not hesitate to do his best to accommodate me. Although I was able to safely get my vehicle home and did not use the service this occasion, I am most pleased and grateful for the professionalism, care, and concern that the service technician for Bell Truck 3 provided. I will happily refer business to this service provider.
Bell was so very kind when I had lots of questions. He was also really honest about a few different things regarding my car. I really appreciated him and he did a really thorough job!

All I can is Mr Berkins was great! He took very good care of my vehicle and was very polite and patient with me when I was under a lot of stress. This man went above and beyond for my family and I and made sure we were safe from out on the highway I would recommend him to anyone and he’s a great employee great work On Road!!!

I will always remember this tow company because of today. I will also recommend this company to anyone that’s crosses my path in the need of the service that they provide. Darcy is the person that made sure my car was taken to a secure location. He even went out of his way with understanding when I didn’t know he needed my key. I thought I would be super stressed when my car broke down. I was not at all because 1st it didn’t take him no time to get to my location/fast. 2nd he had a sense of humor which made my situation much easier to deal with. If I ever need your service again I really hope he is the person you guys send my way. Great person that Darcy!! Keep up the welcoming personality!!!
I requested roadside assistance as my vehicle’s rim was cracked; I received notification that Tow Jam was going to be my service provider, my driver Darcy arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional! Me and my vehicle made it safely to the destination for repair! Darcy and Tow Jam provided 5 Star treatment! Will definitely use them in the future!
Darcy did an excellent job with towing my vehicle to the dealership. Was on time, helpful, and resourceful. I felt my vehicle was in the best hands while being towed by Darcy. My vehicle had a battery issue which caused the car to not be able to start. Darcy took this challenge and executed his skills by hand pushing the vehicle on to the bed of the truck.
Unfortunately had a flat tire this morning and NO SPARE!!!!

My experience was just that….An experience!! And an awesome one it was!! My tow truck driver (Darcy) arrived sooner than the ETA I was given. This almost never happens in past times when I’ve needed a tow truck. Darcy apologize for not calling ahead of time to let me know he was close & was kind & patient enough to allow me to finish getting ready!! He was gentle with loading my baby on to his truck. Once inside his tow truck, I was shocked & amazed at how CLEAN the inside was!! And it smelled nice!! Darcy drove me to the dealership with a pleasant ride & respectable conversation. He was very positive & offered me some well appreciated advice!! My very bad day turned right side up & I was able to smile after being encouraged by Mr. Darcy!! I walked in the service dept feeling like I could conquer the world & everything was really going to be alright!!!! You other sloppy pig, careless, mean spirited tow truck drivers need to take some 1 on 1 customer service lessons with Mr. Darcy over at Tow Jam!!!!

Today I had an unfortunate incident and wasn’t aware of why my vehicle wasn’t moving. Geico sent out Tow Jam and they provided updates and had great customer service Tow Jam sent out Darcy who was very kind, fast and communicative. Prior to arriving, he contacted me to let me know he was on the way and confirmed his ETA. He called when he arrived at the location to locate me quicker and was very patient. I had my young son with me and he was very kind to him as well. He towed me to a mechanic shop down the street. Once the car was unloaded, he wished me well and hoped for me to have a better day. Unfortunately, I had to have Tow Jam sent back out to get towed home and Darcy was sent per my request. My car was difficult to load the first time but he figured a way out so I knew it would be easier to have the same person. He provided the same excellent service even with him driving further, 32 minutes away. I don’t like riding with strangers but his professionalism and kindness was enough to make me feel comfortable. I don’t ever wish for a tow again but if I needed one, Tow Jam would be my go to company.

appreciate honesty and fairness and that’s exactly what I got. My vehicle was in an awkward position in the driveway and he got it out with no problem. I recommend tow jam all the time. Mr. Darcy was very responsive and professional. He called me immediately after I hung up the phone with my insurance company. My insurance company informed me that his eta will be within an hour. Darcy came to my rescue! He was very professional, kind, on time, he exceeded all my of my expectations! I was at work with a flat tire and he made sure I made it to the tire shop on time!
