My reviews are honest and goes back over 9 years and also have over 40,000 or more views. When I tell you this shop is crooked... believe that. We came in for an alternator for our van. We know we should buy new but after buy a used one before and paying for labor..... it wasn't an option. I also pay for my chemo medication so im strapped for cash. We got the alternator and went and had it not only tested by O'Reilly, Autozone, and Advance Auto parts.... we also have 2 mechanics we have known for 10 years. Long time friends. They have no reason to lie. The alternator was bad and failed 4x. my reviews are here to save those that are in similarly situations avoid spending money on these parts when the merchants don't care. They just want your money. They don't care about it being 100 degrees and it being summer time. Not even do they care about your conditions, being sick, having kids or on the verge of homelessness. They just don't care. Please please please talk to a professional when or if you buy any parts from these used parts places. God bless you all. Im sorry that some of the comments I've read was about misleading from this merchant. They will cut you off mid sentence and disrespect you to sell you a broken part or something that won't work. My reviews are verified by other reviewers and I have nothing to gain from this but to see the good people that work hard be able to purchase without worry.

I recently ordered a part from this company, and unfortunately, we did not realize it had a BROKEN part. It was a huge letdown because I was really looking forward to putting it to use. What made things worse was the customer service’s response. Instead of acknowledging the defect and offering a solution, they tried to shift the blame onto me, making it seem like I was responsible for the damage. I’m not sure how I could’ve caused something to break without even installing the part, but somehow, they managed to make me feel like it was my fault. because i did not see the broken part when it arrived.
It's incredibly frustrating when a company doesn’t take responsibility for faulty products. Even though they offer full 30 days warranty. I expected better communication and support. At this point, I’m not sure if I’d trust them again for future purchases.
I’d highly recommend steering clear of this one until they improve both product quality and customer service.
I purchased apart from them and what they sold me was not what they told me I was getting they miss represented when I confronted the owner. He claims that he didn’t know totally ridiculous. How are you gonna say you’re selling something that was not what I asked for. I think they just took advantage because I was a female, and they thought I would not know, I would never go there again
Absolutely horrible service if I could give a zero star review I would!!! My husband and I bought two car doors from this store on 01/20/2024 from Joseph, after him having guaranteed they would fit my car, we get home realizing they didn’t fit, at the store my husband confirmed with him multiple times if he was sure and he gave me his word that they would, he even promised us that if they did not he would return the money back, went back Monday 01/22/24 to return the doors, and another employer Marco had admitted to him pulling the wrong doors, and said that they actually had the doors that did fit the car, although they asked for a little more money, we didn’t mind paying it as long as we had the parts, he told my husband that he would go get them and would have them ready by 3 pm that afternoon, and that I could pick them up by 6pm, called the store back at about 3:30pm to confirm they had the doors, only for Marcos to tell me that they had sold the doors to somebody else already!! I was super disappointed but we let them know that I needed them to give me my money back. Went back to the store Wednesday 01/24/2024 to see how we could fix this problem and have them give me my money back, they, they said they would be selling a motor and they give us the money back from that motor they sold, only for them to make up another excuse and not having sold much that day so they couldn’t return my money back, this has been a back and forth all week of calling both Joseph and Marco, and til this day!! 01/26/2024 I still do not have my money returned to me!! Horrible sevice!!
We delivered a car and got a check on delivery with NO MONEY in their account. We have been trying to contact them to get paid for the last 8 months. Worst company ever. Do not trust them!!!!

I brought my truck here to replace the transmission. They stole my catalytic converters and straight piped the truck.
The cut up pieces of my exhaust were literally in the bed of the truck when I came to pick it up.
After some back and forth they finally agreed to install catalytic converters back on my truck. (Non oem/aftermarket)
My check engine light stayed on so I took it to a muffler shop and found out they installed fake catalytic converters on top of a very poor exhaust job.
Horrible experience.
I stopped by to get a single 1 1/2” Bolt I needed for my truck. After 15 minutes of searching I was told that the part I needed was not available and was offered a different type of bolt that did fit. The bolt itself was used (obviously) and it’s condition was 3/10. It’s value to anyone of us may be 70 cents. In total I waited 24 minutes and was then told that the bolt was 35$ to which I replied “I’ll offer you 20$ cash” and then the man with the curly long hair and beard said 25$ and was very adamant that I zelle them the funds, I refused and again offered the 20$ bill. The potbelly man looked very annoyed and to my response curly said to the potbelly man “don’t sell him anything”. I was actually glad because the part/bolt was the wrong one (although it did fit) and it was not in good condition either. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your automotive needs, but if you take the risk make sure you get a quote before anything is done. The mechanic that helped me was actually nice and tried cracking a few jokes.
This place is a rip-off I bought a battery from them they had used and he said new batteries so I thought I was buying a new battery well I gave him my old one well the one they sold me was no good when I went back they I had my old battery for sale as a new battery be careful they are rip-off’s
I bought an engine there please people do not buy nothing even if it’s a little expensive go to the other store please I bought a engine of 4K and I have like two weeks waiting for my money and I will take them to court please I repeat do not buy anything from here
Called A-Plus Toyota to see if they had a motor I needed for my truck and was told yes but I needed to put a deposit of $800.00 and pay the other $800.00 when I picked it up. I live in San Antonio and they were aware of this. I drove down from San Antonio to Houston to pick up the motor and was told that they pulled the wrong motor and that they would have the right one pulled in a few hours. So I waited 3 hrs and went back to pick up the motor and was told that they hadn’t started pulling it like he told them to. Alex told me they would meet me halfway to San Antonio the following day forsure. So the following day I called to see where Alex wanted to meet and I was told the motor was damaged. He said to give him a couple days and he wold have the motor I needed. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt but of course after a couple days still no motor.
At that time I requested my deposit back and was told no problem, he’ll have the cashier issue me my refund through cash app ( that’s how I paid) After a couple hours, I called back and was told I would have it by the end of the day. Of course that didn’t happen. It was after 5 days and at least 20 phone calls later, they send a part of my deposit back and was told I would have to wait until Monday for the rest( that was Friday) So I called Monday morning and was told I’d have it by 12:00. Of course that didn’t happen. I called again 5 mins before closing time and was told the cashier would send it right then. It was 7:30pm when I was sent the rest minus $22.00 they said was for the cash app fee.
I don’t feel I should of been charged the cash app fee and they should have ate that fee. If they hadn’t lied to me about having the motor, there never would have been a deposit, and would never have been a cash app fee for a motor that they never could produce. Bad business dealing with these crooks. Beware!!!!
Horrible, parts are absolutely garbage. Quote you one price then when you get there is a different amount of the part even is at the location. Place is dirty, automotive fluids , coolant , fuel , oil , transmission power steering all over the ground ! I will be calling the state agencies. Sure they will change names again ti try to lose the bad history that they are associated with. God forbid you pay for them to pull a part , the worker cause damages to the part don’t worry . You already paid for it. They was cash 90 percent of the time because you will not get a refund !!!!
A plus went through hell to ensure that I received the correct high pressure fuel pump that every other parts place in the surrounding Houston area said that they had and didn't. Even upon arrival I was taken to the specific engine to ensure that the pump was what I needed instead of just making a sale.
Marco help me and my friend out with parts for a 4Runner drive shaft turn signal on a mirror and gave us a good fair price we drove 76 miles plan to go back thanks man I appreciate your work. Everybody there was friendly
very Dishonest place paid for rebuilt motor swapped out motor with flood motor bent valve rear seal leak complained about problems kept vehicle month longer saying problems fixed only to find out same motor no changes MADE AVOID AVOID Alex not credible not worth ripoff no stars needed
I called to ask for a part and once he told me they didn’t have it I asked if they had a different part for my car. He hung up on me in the middle of my sentence and during the whole phone call he had his lil attitude.
I was interested in a set of wheels that they had listed on Craigslist and spoke to someone who worked there about the price. We agreed on the price multiple times and I even called him 3 times to ensure that I was getting the same price. I drove over 40 minutes and they doubled the price when I arrived. I explained to the man that we already agreed on a lower price and they refused to give me the price they promised me. They wasted my time and did not care.
The gentleman instructed me to come back on Monday to so he could use the weekend to acquire the part. On Monday he didn’t have the part. Next, the guy instructed me to come in for the repair at 6 pm on a Saturday saying that he would stay open late to accommodate the repair. They closed at 4, nobody was there at 6. This is all after I put a $200 deposit on the repair. After two missed appointments, there was no apology, no discount, nothing. The repair was done well and the paint job matches the coat of the body of my car. All in all, I would go elsewhere to avoid the hassle of pinning this guy down.
