Scammers, Liars, Crooks!!! Do not take your car to these people either location because they are connected. These people have given me the worst anxiety and chest pain dealing with them. They lied to my Adjustor and said I refused to pay my deductible and that I agreed for certain things not to be done in exchange, that never happened. For a 5 day job these people had my car 35 days for a 5 day repair. It was explained that it took so long because I.C.E raided their facility and most of the workers were detained. ( shady business) They keep refusing to give me a detail receipt and Mary keeps lying and causing confusion. Took my car elsewhere only to see major damage still from the accident. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!!!!

I have my car repair at the shop and it was a go experience. The service good and fast. They are friendly a nice to us. I recommend this place. And I go back for any off my cars repairs.
Mary gave me a hard time to have my vehicle towed to another location and when I was finally able to tow it out they over charged and making excuses for everything. I was charged over $1000 in fees not including the days it was there and towing. I paid over $2000. I should have read the reviews on this place before making the mistake of having my vehicle towed there. This place is an auto parts and do not give you the correct receipts. They do things illegally and try to cover their wrong doing.
My experience at Carzone was great the guys took care of my car that was in a car accident. Alex and Jerry great service customer and attentiveness. I was happy with my services. I will definitely go back again!
The worst experience of my life at this place.. These are true Con-Men that will tell you anything to get your money. I would NEVER in a million years recommend anyone to ever shop here for ANY parts. $600 down the drain on parts that left me in a scary situation that even the dealership said was a hazard for me to even drive in with their parts I purchased. I am disgusted by the service they provided and the way I was treated when I came back to show them how bad everything was. They didn’t care because the already got the money and kept stating how they dnt do refunds. Lesson learned. Stay away from this place

a transmission, the lime came out bad and the guy only returned me half, he did not want to return my money

These guys went over and beyond for me car was damaged when the received it. When I received it it was back brand new nice friendly staff definitely would get more work done from you guys thanks for everything God bless your facility and staff.
I got a motor from here and they said it was good but no it lasted a week and a half I would not recommend buyers beware hundreds of dollars down the drain not what they use to be
We left our 2021 Chevy Silverado here they said 10-15 days took over a month to return it, didn’t think much of it I was happy to have my truck back a month later the truck doesn’t start so my husband checks the battery and it’s not the battery it had it’s old and rusty with junk yard markings. So I call them and they tell me that means it doesn’t work go buy a new one. I was speechless but never again taking my vehicle here worst experience ever I just went and bought my own battery before they replace something else for a used old part.
Employees are pretty nice people went twice to get parts for a car that no one had in closer to me, call a bunch of places around Pasadena , South Houston , and Alvin and no one had a Mini Copper Countryman , but Car Zone Auto did have that car they were very helpful , decent price too
We bought our 2012 Nissan Sentra from here earlier this year (at an unbeatable price too), and immediately fell in LOVE with it! Ali has been EXTREMELY helpful with all of our services at amazingly reasonable prices. The customer service overall is on point. Just recently, I was able to get a full oil change and a back bumper/tail light fixed as well as a used tire put on and fixed a bent rim and a license plate light installed all in a short amount of time with precision work! Definitely recommend this place for auto parts and people who want the best customer service!
Whatever you do stay away from doing business with the store on 162nd Street in Vancouver WA. I purchased a battery 3 months ago for a classic car and it ended up puncturing 2 weeks ago spilling acid on the fire wall, destroying the chrome valve covers and air cleaner, and damaging some paint. I immediately took the car to the store and beings the Manager was not working again the Asst Mgr ask me to take it home and give them 2 days to get back with me. It has now been 2 WEEKS and the so called Store Manager has not called even after I stopped by the store and attempted to contact him. If this Manager and store is a indication of the company service they need to take Business 101 again. Incidental they have not even stood behind the guarantee on the battery. Do not waste your money on there inferior products. One star rating is to much for this operations but no zero rating was listed.
Just pick up a 5.3 for my silverado form Todd, it was the quickest and easiest time I've ever had at a salvage yard. 10/10 will go back again just because of the way I was treated as a customer. Thank you Todd!
Worst experience ever
Left my vehicle there as they said they would take care of it. Insurance paid and even did a supplemental payment. Everytime i went to pick the truck up some other issue happend. 5 months later it still had issues and I had it back for a total of maybe 5 days. The subframe on the proposal was never replaced, they used old parts or tried to salvage the original parts. When i finally took it back and told them what the issue was, they said " it's going to be out of pocket" Do yourself a favor and don't go here.
RIP OFFS!! THIEVES !! SCAMMERS!! Stay away from this place for your own good!! they sold me a transmission that starting leaking after a week. I took it back to get it fixed since it was under warranty. They repaired it and also SCRATCHED my car in the process .. and after 2 weeks it starting leaking again! I took it back for a second time and they said the warranty doesn't cover leaks!! They REFUSED TO FIX the leak eventhough it was still under warranty. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place needs to be shut down! Don't come here or you will get ripped off! 0 stars! MUHAMMAD , AJ, and ALI are all scammers!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I have the receipt and nowhere does it say warranty does not cover leaks. IF I WOULD OF KNOWN YOU SOLD LEAKING TRANSMISSIONS AND BAD PARTS, I WOULD OF NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN YOUR CROOKED BUSINESS. Does the customer have to ask upfront for good working parts?? And if they dont ask , will you sell your customers bad parts that are not covered under warranry??? YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC and are the WORST business in Houston and I hope people read this comment and realize you are a crooked and a DISHONEST business that doesnt honor their own warranty. customers should be aware before they waste their hard earned money here !! I personally send my delivery vans to this location and they always do an efficient job with fixing normal engine issues and even larger issues (had two separate vans get into wrecks and they took care of it ASAP).. never had a problem and they're always pretty prompt and keep me up to date on everything and my insurance covers me driving other vehicles while mine are being worked on and Carzone has always personally driven me to get my loan car.. Like these guys here.thank you!
Poor service, very unprofessional. These guys sold me an engine and installed it for me, I was provided a WARRANTY for 30 days. The engine was good for the first 4 days and then it started leaking and overheating. They took my car back to fit it under warranty and when I got it back, I still had the same issue. I then brought the car back and they REFUSED to service it under warranty and they told me that I was trying to get over on them. But note that it had only been 1 week and 4 days from the start of my warranty period. Now im stuck with the same issue, I paid for a new/used engine that was suppose to fix my issue of my old engine and I still have the same issues. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ''CON-ARTIST/LOW LIFES '' EVERY AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these low lifes that take advantage of women since we don't know much about cars. I WILL REPORT MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH "BBB''.

These folks are a kick to be around,went in to buy some parts and came out with new friends on top of it all.They are honest and sincere,and offer a 30 day warranty on their parts............I would recommend this place to anyone.
