I was looking for AC compressor for my Corolla car today and someone recommended me to go there, and I went there. One of their employee who was behind the counter, told me that it is 150$ and I said ok, pull it out for me. Later, I believe his boss or manager came inside and he started writing the bill of material and said 200$, I told them it was 150$ and he was upset and tore the bill and twisted in his hand put in the trash, shouting on me to get from the other employee. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do and just quickly left their shop!
Sir, it is good to control your anger and respect your customers and your employees, while dealing with ups and downs in your business!
Found a transmission for my Chevy Malibu for an affordable price and comes with a 30 day warranty. The new management and staff were friendly!

If I could give zero stars, I would! After my mechanic of 11 years put in the transmission it was actually a bad transmission. The car would not go forward or backwards. Smh they assured me it worked and NOW they don’t want to give me a cash refund even though it clearly states in the bottom of my receipt if the transmission is found to be defective I am due a refund. PLUS I got charged taxes even though I paid cash. Never in my life I have ever been treated like this as a customer. For my career background to be in customer service this is totally unacceptable!! They even got rude. Thank you for my husband recording everything from before we even stepped foot in the building. The crazy part is that the employees in the front agreed I was owed a refund but the owner said straight up no and was trying to offer me another transmission that they didn’t even have yet. I had to pay my mechanic to take the transmission back out and ended up buying yet ANOTHER transmission and paying my mechanic AGAIN to install a transmission. I am utterly devastated by this company. We tried to rectify it by even bringing the transmission back to them for a a refund and nothing.
This place is trash the entire YARD is trash everywhere , don’t buy here unless you have time to deal with this people on not getting a penny back after the parts are not properly working “ motors are bad such as body parts under “new management “ are bad , there is 2 ladies one don’t speak a word of English and doesn’t know -0 about this business industry and the new lady is lost more than the other one. Total disappointment

The new manager was so helpful—found a part I couldn’t find anywhere in town, pulled it for free, and shipped it out the same day. Got it in two days and it worked perfectly. They sold me a transmission transmission didn't work they said they were going to send another transmission they lied to us that they were sending another unit until the warranty went out now there telling there's no more warranty they are theves i will never buy or refer any stay away from these horrible people there suppose to be under new management sounds like there worse than before
Horrible customer service ! I bought a engine from them for $3500 the engine did not work ! They waited for the warranty to expired so that they could tell me I was out of warranty ? They are straight thieves!
This business believes in ripping customers off at any chance they can. They sold me a transmission and sent it with the wrong transmission control module. I paid a programmer to verify that fact. When we returned the TCM, they even admitted that it was indeed incorrect and gave us one that they stated was the correct one. After I installed the correct TCM, I had it properly programmed and discovered the transmission itself was no good. I called back and told them this before the 30 day warranty expired. They have been giving us lie after lie stating they were trying to find a replacement transmission. 2 months later they stated they will not replace the transmission or give me my money back. The business even changed ownership to a woman who knows nothing of this industry or how to take care of customers when you sell them a transmission at $1,600.00 and refuse to warranty this. I am filing a complaint through all proper channels and looking into my legal options with my attorney. They will not like my out come as I don't give up. Especially in a situation like this. Bring me another transmission with your normal warranty or give me my money back is all I'm asking. Talk to you soon, mam.
These guys are a serious joke. I've been waiting on a refund for over 2 months for an engine they've already received back. Jason does not return calls. He mentions his boss Joe who never seems to be at work. No one has taken responsibility for this. Do not spend your money here. Read the comments and save yourself the trouble.
Horrible customer service. Spoke to Jason on Friday about wanting a motor and he told me they could deliver that day. Called him around 2:30 to confirm then he said they couldn’t deliver that day (they close at 4:30 and it was a 45 min drive) so I said that’s okay after some back and forth, Saturday rolls around and never get a call back so when I call them around 11 I ask about the motor and they act like they’ve never heard of me, says he’ll call back with an update. 1:00 rolls around still no call, so I ask him when they can deliver but he says they don’t deliver on Saturdays??? I told him I’d pick motor up at 3:30 then I get there early and 30 mins later they bring the WRONG motor.. so eventually they refer me to a different junk yard. Simply pissed that they do not coordinate with their people or communicate well.
If there was a 0 stars, this company deserves that! They swindled my 17 yr old nephew out of $7500 for a worthless diesel engine (see video attached of oil leaking from engine,) plus the thousands he spent to have the motor put in his truck and taken out, plus the time away from work and the gas my brother used to drive over 300 miles from Louisiana to pick up a worthless engine, then take it back only to be told that they would not honor their 30 day warranty. My nephew is not a spoiled kid. He's an honest, hard-working High School Senior who spent his hard earned money to buy a new engine for his truck. This business does not sell quality parts and does not honor their warranties. DO NOT TRUST THEM, RUN! Any business that swindles kids is not worthy of your business!
I would give these folks 0 stars if I could. We bought a used engine from them and the engine failed and we lost $1100 because oil was pouring into the turbos. Brought it back for an exchange. That’s when things went downhill. Called all day on Monday and when they did answer the phone we were promised the engine swap would occur at our home. That didn’t happen, and when we called the line would say call failed. Tuesday we sat for over an hour and a half at their shop waiting for the engine to arrive. So unprofessional. I’m beyond upset.
The woman who answered was courteous & respectful, confirmed they had the part I was looking for. Went there expecting to have to pull the part myself, and they said they they take them off. Got the part I needed at a good price, and overall was a good experience! Will be back for sure
Went in to buy a motor and had them change it for me, got a great deal on it and I'm very happy. Mechanic was awesome and provided friendly professional service. Best prices I could find, got it done right, and great service. Would definitely buy from here again.
Only complaint is they didn't check to see of the spark plug tube seals were any good on the new motor and I had oil get all over my new spark plugs that I spent $50 on, which burned them out and now I need new ones.
Not sure if they put the new ones I gave them in or not but yeah.
Bought 4 tires and wheels for my car which were stolen on Thanksgiving giving.The owner charged me 200.00 dollars for all four tires and aluminum wheels.I thought that was a great deal.
Highly recommended. These guys are honest. I purchased a used transmission from them and had them install it. Very reasonable pricing and fast installation. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.
