  Over proud and rude. A hispanic man answered the phone and was rude. I was looking for a driver door and he refused to tell me what color is until I go there. He acts like I was asking about a personal information that you have to hide them.

  The worst place. I called to see if they had a part for my car and instead of the man answering my question, he hung up in my face and when I tried calling back several times, nobody picked up the face. Very unprofessional of that man.

  I was referred to here by ATC, on the premise that they had a part that ATC didn't have on hand at the moment. It was much busier than I expected but service was very fast, if not gruff. The process was very cut-and-dry. Go in, ask part number, inspect car, go inside while someone pulls it. My only complaint is that I was charged a higher price for the part than ATC quoted. ATC spoke with an employee at south side, and gave me atc's cost for part. I go in there, and they want to charge me more than quoted. Very disappointed. TL;DR: fast, gruff service to help you pick-a-part. Charged me more than was quoted.

  I'm still sitting here,its been over 45 minutes just getting a shift change cord. Every body bringing back parts that they purchased already due to the fact that they don't work,or they selling them the wrong parts.Don't ever come here,customer service sucks big time,I have a lot of things to do today other than sit and wait on a part they haven't even started pulling yet.

  Bait and switch artists! Horrible business practices, business etiquette and business manners. Called in and asked for a price on a part, was told 75 dollars. When I arrived they told me they could give me a deal and give it to me for 100 dollars. I was immediately frustrated at the price switch but paid in order not to inconvenience myself. They told me it would be 2 or 3 hours before the part was ready so I told them I would send somebody in the morning. I sent my employee to pick up the part and when he arrived the part were going to sell us was damaged when I had heard him out his own mouth say the part was in good condition the day before, so they told him we would have to wait again an hour or 2. At this point I was past the point of biting my tongues and called in to ask what went wrong and to see about some small potential refund and the guy starts in with "bro this and bro that" b.s excuses and lies, when I respond in my regular talking voice he cuts me off and says "Never mind just take you money back" and hangs up on me lol, and gives my money back to my employee. So childish, obviously new to the world of commerce. Thanks Southside Auto Parts for wasting 2 days of my time. These guys are uneducated business people with ZERO business and customer service skills. Should have gone with my initial instinct and went to Bronco or LKQ like I normally do, I chose to listen to a friend. Will not be going back, and do not recommend them to anyone bc not only do they bait and switch, they also treat their customers like dirt.

  Called for a part and told them its an hour drive and couldn't afford to be out of the shop that long unless I knew it was ready, they said they were getting it ready for me and would have it out in a few minutes. When I arrived they said they never had anyone working on it and wouldn't have someone on it until the next day.
