I was traveling on 723 and Bellaire Blvd when a Priority tow truck almost T-boned us to make an illegal turn. He then proceeded to drive up the center of the highway straddling lanes in both directions, almost sideswiping us again, to jump ahead of all the cars waiting at the light, just so he could make a right turn.
My wife was just cut off on a highway off-ramp by one of your drivers—no signal, no warning, just an aggressive merge in a massive vehicle. This wasn’t just inconsiderate; it was flat-out dangerous. With the size of your trucks, your drivers should be more cautious, not less. Based on other reviews, this seems like a recurring issue. When will your company start holding drivers accountable before someone gets seriously hurt?

This is the worst wrecker company ever please don’t use the service out of Franklin,Tn if you’re ever stuck on the highway .they over charged us for towing needed we went 38 miles and was charged thousands I couldn’t believe it I was shocked. They are over pricing people when they really need help and the boss man running the show was very rude and wanted to argue with customers not good business at I would never recommend this wrecker service to anyone…

The operator name was Justin, he was delivering a truck in my repair shop and when I asked him for straighten up the truck so it would only use one parking space he was completely rude and told me that If I wanted him to repair it too and I wasn't paying him, so he left it that way in the middle of two parking spots.
I got the front left tire of my car stuck over a curb, the other side of which was 2 feet off the ground. It was 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, 100 degrees outside, and I called the closest tow company. The guy showed up in less than 10 minutes. He was professional and make sure not to damage my car any more than it had already been. He lifted and pushed my car back and I was able to drive home. The total came to $130, which is equal to the average amount just to get a tow truck to come out without mileage or any other fees. Fair deal for a fair job.

They hauled my loaded flatbed 200 miles with no issues. They have brand new equipment and they had the best rates I could find. Easy to deal with. Showed up on time. Didn’t tear up my equipment. Would only call them in the Houston area.
Ive worked with at least 50 different tow truck companies all over the states threw the years, some good some bad but I can sincerly say Priority Towing is the worst of all of them all, Joe was very unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service, never told us the rate they charge per hour even tho we would ask him, told us they changed there rates in january the 1st and couldnt tell us what was the new rate even tho he said he is the "manager" but does not know his rates... do not recommend a service from these guys unless you wanna get a very expensive invoice.
DO NOT DO BUSSINES WITH THIS COMPANY. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL DO THEIR BEST TO CHARGE YOU CRAZY RATES, THREAT YOU AND USE THE POLICE AS A SHIELD. UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST THEM AT THE TDLR. TDLR ARE ACTUALLY AWARE OF THEIR MALPRACTICE AND ARE TAKING ACTION.
Awesome guys! Driver knew what he was doing and went above and beyond! The pricing was very fair and everyone I spoke to was super friendly even on a Sunday morning! Their biggest concern was me being in a safe spot. I will use no other tow company ever again. Amazing people and excellent equipment!
I've had the pleasure of dealing with these folks twice when my battery ot a friend's was low/dead. In my experience, they are prompt to show up, friendly, professional, and got us jumped both times.
They towed the wrong semi tractor! (I'll skip the reasons, but Priority and another tow company were called for the same breakdown. I didn't know two tows were dispatched.) The other company arrived in a reasonable time and towed the truck away. They hooked in from the back, so the drive wheels were off the ground. The truck was gone, so I went home. Later that night, MY dispatcher called me and asked why the other truck was taken as well. Each truck was rented from a different rental company. You know company R would never touch a truck from company I.
(More reasons skipped) I saw the first company tow the correct truck, so I left. Priority showed up much later, no one was there, so they decided to tow whatever truck was there. Priority's tow truck couldn't lift a truck from the drive axles, so they REMOVED THE DRIVE SHAFT (that is SOP to tow a truck from the front.) They later returned that truck, but would not replace the drive shaft.
Bottom line. Priority pulled the drive shaft and towed the wrong truck, then they refused to replace the drive shaft they mistakenly pulled.
I hired Priority Towing to haul a Shipping Container locally and Joe confirmed he could do it, it was a time sensitive haul because we had to get the container out on Friday. Friday end of the day I found out from the Owner of the shipping container that Joe showed up but broke a fire hydrant on his way in and he had to be towed out of the yard. Joe didn´t answer phone calls any longer and didn´t call no notify me about the incident. I could have hired another service provider but now I have a bill I have to pay because the shipping container wasn´t picked up and Priority Towing doesn´t seem to care about it
Definitely leaves something to be desired as far as service goes. In all fairness the priority towing was able to try and make this one work on the fly but their heavy equipment broke down some how right after our item was loaded up. If you work with Joe the owner be ready for him to put everything on you or whoever is scheduling his services, he's somehow never wrong and never going to cut you a break even if he's at fault or putting you in a difficult position.
That being said our item was delivered and it was a long distance tow but I'm sure you could find a better wrecker in the Houston area FOR SURE!
My truck was not strapped down AT ALL it literally fell of Joe's truck then he acted like it wasn't his fault. I would definitely NOT recommend them literally call your buddy with a tow rope before them.
Unprofessional. Guy took my drive shaft off to tow my semi and when we made it to the destination he didn't even put it back on. And he was rude. Horrible place of business. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS.
These guys were so professional and top-notch. We had two automobiles stolen. They took great care of them to return them to us. They also helped us with a stolen dog. They are truly kind and wonderful people – I would absolutely use priority towing again!
NEVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not use correct on towing. They BROKE our truck after they towed my truck. The Spring was broken and Axle damaged. They were all good, but this company damaged our truck!!! They don't know what they are doing at all!!！The service is terrible and they charged a lot of more than other towing companies do. They are just scam and do not cooperate.
I had a flat tire and I was impressed by Priority Tow. Joe was quick to dispatch a tow truck and Gordon showed up to assist me. Although he hadn’t changed a tire in 7 years, Gordon changed mine and was super sweet about it. I hope he has fun going to Benihana for his girlfriend’s bday tomorrow. Honestly I’ll never use anyone else but my besties Tow Joe and Gordon.
After the towing company recommended by our insurance company failed to show up at our home after five hours, we cancelled the request. Priority Towing was recommended by my regular service advisor at the dealership. They were onsite within 30 to 45 minutes after my call. Mike was polite, efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. Definitely adding this company to my preferred provider and would recommend to family and friends lists.
Your driver Frank picked my Jeep up from Lockwood and I-10 on Thursday 2/10/22. After exiting his truck, he introduced himself and stated he needed to get the keys so he could get some information from the vehicle. He took pictures of the vehicle as a precaution for both me and the company. Once finished he explained his next step which was loading the vehicle and getting it to the dealer. During our drive we shared some casual conversation which took some of the morning stress off my mind. Once we arrived @ the dealership in Pasadena Frank completed his paperwork and helped me out of the truck. I went into the dealership while he unloaded my vehicle and finished his delivery task. Frank's professionalism and courtesy was very much appreciated because I was having a HORRIBLE morning. So, three cheers to your driver Frank and his ultimate level of customer service.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Is this even a real business ? Had to get truck & trailer towed of highway due to truck issues. As soon as we made it to the Priority Towing paid $600 to get truck & trailer out. I had someone come to hook up to the trailer during that process they moved my truck out side their fence knowing we needed help loading it. Had to pay an extra $100 for them to help load it. A customer who just paid your company $700 shouldnt get as much disrespect as I received today. Joe I believe his name was is unbelievable RUDE. This business needs to get their attitude right.
Horrible people!!! Super rude!! They told me to come there on phone. However, when we got there, nobody showed up and and ask us to wait another hours. When their people got there, it’s already midnight and they still refused to talk to us and ask me to wait.
Then they said a lot of terrible words and had been super rude to us!!! Very bad service!
