There’s hidden fees involved.
I called last night and was told there’s a 60$ dispatch fee, 30/80$ depending on labor plus the additional 4$ for every mile. No problem was willing to pay that. Was told 8-9am
This morning I got a call from the tow driver and he said because the truck has problems it’s an additional 100$ on top of everything.
I explained that the truck runs and drives, just needed to do maintenance.
I was told because the truck has problems the new total is over 230$ now. Despite the fact that I could have moved the vehicle and parked it in a position to where all the driver had to do was put it on the lift.
William went out of his way to help me get my bike towed to a safe location. Going above and beyond to get it moved when the tires locked up. Towing sucks but it’s not bad when William helpin you out!
Call a different tow company, don't waster your time with these guys.
Contacted them to perform a tow. They said they could do it, so I took the time to contact the storage yard where the vehicle was located. Who require a notarized paper proving ownership along with the name of the company/driver would be picking the unit up. After all was ready to go they asked for a picture of my credit card and a photo of my drivers license. It is against our company policy to transmit photos of our credit cards outside of the company. I declined at first, stating I would need to seek approval of management to break protocol. After 30 minutes, I asked them to resend the request and I filled out all the information they requested along with photos of both credit card and my drivers license. I followed up with this tow company 2 hours later only to be told my tow had been canceled on account of quote: "The sketchy way my payment information was transferred." It was transferred exactly as they requested it to be, with the exception of me having to retain permission to break our company protocol. I deal with tow companies across the US as part of my job, and this was the most fly by night dealings I have had. Now they successfully have my credit card information along with photos of my drivers license and I was not provided a service. I would strongly recommend calling another tow company.
I would give this a million stars if I could! Make sure you ask for William, because he is AMAZING and so personable. We had no issue reaching them, they take card or cash, they will go great lengths for you, and it’s overall so professional! We are so appreciative of their work and recommend anyone and everyone to 360!
SAVE YOURSELF THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! After waiting 2.5 hours for them to arrive, after they originally told me 15 mins (I was literally two miles away from their office), they show up and tell me it's going to be $170 when they quoted me on the phone $80. So I told them I do not want your service anymore if you are going to raise the price that much and later I get a call for them telling me they are charging me $80 since the guy showed up (2.5 HOURS LATER) I told them I am not paying that and the guy was like well the driver called me and you obviously need a tow you might as well just pay it. I even told them after an hour and a half that I do not want to pay for the tow unless it is discounted since you originally told me 15 mins and they said well you can talk about that with the driver just let him show up first. Obviously they wanted him to show up so they could charge me $80. I even asked to speak to a manger and they said oh well they aren't here you can call tomorrow. These people do not care at all about you. I was stranded for 2.5 hours and they had no sympathy and did not care after I called them about 6 different times over the course of the 2.5 hours. Seriously, use triple A they have amazing service and are extremely reliable, even if you sign up for it the same day as your tow the price is a fraction of what 360 towing solutions will charge you. It is unbelievable to me that this place got 4 stars. On yelp they have one star and even that is incredibly generous.
Do not use this service. I called and was given a price double the last place i called. But the last place would only take cash (can't go to an ATM with your car in a ditch!), so I needed a company who would take credit. I finally agreed after a lot of fast-talking by the representative. I called back a few minutes later and was lied to. The rep told me the driver already confirmed with me, which had not happened. So I said I wanted to cancel it. He got mad and hung up on me. I am shocked that they are able to stay in business.
DON’T EVER USE! The dispatcher said he had a driver 15 min away but it took over 45 min. I questioned the driver about this he said he didn’t know she the dispatcher would say that...
I was charged a $59 service fee (quoted $89 but after telling them I had another flat fee quote for $85, they reduced) and then told that the hook up charge would be between $35-$75-depending on the car’s condition and location. The car was parked in a grocery store parking lot (zero body damage) and was very easy to get hooked up, towed 1.8 miles and dropped on the side of the street. Pretty simple right? Before dropping the car, I was told the hook up fee would be $75. I felt this price was unreasonable (and that they were just trying to recoup the earlier discounted rate) considering the tow couldn’t have been more simple than my situation. The dispatcher was threatening me and using legal jargon while accusing me of ‘failure to pay’. That was not the case, I was just petitioning for a reasonable hook up rate. My total was $134...should have just used the other company.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY. I will explain this later in this review. Well I had called them initially at 8 am. A male answer my call and gives me a quote $59 credit card deposit for the initial tow and 35 to 75 if the tow goes further than a 10 mile destination. So I thought, since my tow stop was only 6.5 miles away, I'm thinking less than a hundred dollars. Right? Wrong! Well the gentleman on the phone says my deposit is nonrefundable, even if I cancel the tow, or my truck is gone on their arrival. It didn't really click to at that moment why he said this. But I needed my vehicle towed ASAP, to get fixed to get on the road again. So I proceed with the tow. 9 am comes, and someone calls but I couldnt make out what he was saying and I ask him What? And he hangs up, so I took it as a wrong number call. About 9:15am I call the center and ask for an ETA, the gentleman puts me on hold. 2 minutes later he comes back and says the tech had called me. And I said oh, that was him. Then he just says he is on his way, and hangs up. Right then I understand why, they want a non-refundable deposit. They automatic take 60 dollars from the customer, so at that point, the costumer is on their time and not the other way around. They can take their time, or not even show. It was almost as if they wanted me to get frustrated and cancel. Why not? They already have my deposit. Easy money for them. So I call again at 20 minutes later. Then the gentleman says the driver is 15 minutes out. So now it's 2 hours after my initial call. So I wait another 30 minutes call back, then the gentleman says the tech is now lost. So I say tell me where he is and I will give you directions. He says he'll call me back on 3 way with the tech and I can tell him. Well I wait almost 10 more minutes and someone calls me and says he's 20 minutes out. So I asked him what happen to those 15 minutes almost an hour ago. He says he just got my order
right before he called me. So this honest trustworthy folk back at the office just transferred me to another tech. So he comes 30 minutes later. It's now 3 hours and 30 minutes after my initial call. And did I mention when I tried to call the office they started forwarding my call straight to the new driver to avoid me. Then on arrival the tech informs me that since he drives a flat bed, that it's automatic $75. Wow! So now, do I say no.And start over, lose my deposit and wait even longer. No, I reluctantly have to move forward at this point. Horrible experience with this company.
The response time of this company's was very quick. The tow truck driver, was extremely knowledgeable and took care in making sure that our car was secure before leaving the site. He was very professional and kind and we would highly recommend this company.
