In and out in 10mins, was fortunate to locate the parts I was looking for. Although the guys in the front desk look like either they are busy or don’t want to be there. Other than that it was a good experience for me. The mechanics were able to help remove the parts out of a vehicle for me.
Bad service asked for prices hung up on me. called back another guy answers then puts me on hold then another guy gets on the phone and says what do u need after I just told the other guy my list of parts asked for pricing again said can't give prices over the phone. i will never go here
This place is a joke! The person named Jose quoted me a price for a radiator for $50. When I arrived the place was closed before the scheduled time. I went back the next day an hour earlier the place was closed again. I went back the third time and the price for the radiator was now $100.00. I told the Jose he quoted me $50. If business is that bad I can see why!Beware of shady practices..Lying to a customer is not good policy. I left..Online the same radiator goes for $100 delivered..
Best place to get quality used parts at a very affordable price. The customer service is excellent and professional. If you need parts that might be out of stock at AutoZone or O'Reilly's they probably have them. We needed a specific part for a older model SUV and after calling 10 other places this location had the part. We had a great experience coming here. They are located on shepherd which is easy to get to. Call them if you need parts!
Came in for a transmission bracket. Told me I had to remove it. After doing the work for over 10 mins, the other man that works there wouldn’t take my card payment and demanded only cash. Not a good business person, if you come speak to the Hispanics who don’t mind what form of payment you give them. Wouldn’t recommend

They are trying to steal my truck!!! I let them come get my truck January 18 to replace my motor today is February 13th. This morning I called 55 times in order to receive a response !!! Told them if I didn’t receive my money/car TODAY that I’d call the police now my number is blocked and I’m sitting here writing this review looking for a ride. Smh
They tried to steal my car! Saying that they were going to fix it and they never did. I had to tell them that I was going to call the police. Don't buy your parts here! They probably are just stealing from other people!!
HORIBBLE !!!PRICES ARE REASONABLE , BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GURANTEED DELIVERY TIME WITHIN A WEEK, AND TOOK THEM 4 WEEKS. NOT COUNTING OTHER ISSUES THEY DID , NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.
Do not use! Worse customer service. Refused to refund, when they sold the wrong part after I waited 3 hours for them to pull it, when on initial phone call they lied and said it was already pulled. Brought it back immediately refused to right their error.
