Towed my brand new car that I’ve had for less than a week and gave it a few small scratches. Denied everything and gave my mom the most disrespectful tone & attitude. Called my mom as we left to complain that I gave his “child” the finger. This is a full grown 32 year old man that could pass for the new potbelly mascot and he’s talking about some finger. I wasn’t parked in a restricted parking area, I was just on the side of the street where everyone parks & I have never had an issue within the past year & a half of parking there. Had to drive from Willis just to pick it up, I don’t even know what this spring based towing company was doing in one of the smallest neighborhoods in Conroe a half hour away. So glad they got my finger on camera since they can watch it over & over again.
They towed my car at an apartment complex even though it was registered. And when I went to pick it up, the woman was very rude. She charged me $195 and I gave her two $100 bills, which was $200. And she wouldn't give me back my change, telling me she didn't have any. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Illegally towed my car from the apartment where I live..... They made my partner lose a day's worth of pay because he left work to figure out what happened to my car. When he got there, they refused to release it until we got our leasing office involved. They said the tow was authorized by someone who isn't even located on our property and when we called their contact number, it didn't work. We told them to tow the car back and they refused even though they were in the wrong. Total scam artists. We'll be suing shortly!
I got my car towed from somewhere and had to pay to get it out, However I paid for them to tow my car back instead of driving it and they aired my tire up and let me know it was outside. W
Illegally towed my rental car from the visitors parking at Campanile on Commerce. I parked outside of the leasing office, not necessary to register the vehicle. I wasn’t parked inside the apt residential lot. The lady that I spoke to was rude, talked over me, & insisted that all the cars need to be registered. So they are manipulating the law, to scam you, by claiming signs are posted. Yeah, well logically this scenario allows them to operate in a grey area & try to confuse you. Signs are great, but the office staff told me I didn’t need to register to park there.
I live at an apartment complex that is contracted under this company for private property towing and it seems to me that any and all visitors and non-residents can park wherever they want to and do as they please even if it means taking up resident parking and then when we get home, we are left to park far away from our home where we pay rent! We should not have to suffer because people can't be considerate, follow simple directions and because towing is not properly enforced. This happens frequently after our leasing office closes, on holidays and on weekends. I have called and politely requested that visitors be removed from unauthorized parking spaces on several occasions and to no avail, there is never anything done which is why they continue to park where they shouldn't! I've talked to management in the leasing office about this too and all they can do is inform the tow yard just as I have. I've been told by the receptionist here that I'll receive a call back and that tow drivers will be immediately dispatched to remove the vehicles each time I send in a complaint, but nope...still parked and parked there all day and night without having a resident sticker to park in the chosen space. This is ridiculous!
Theresa has a gracious that is hard to beat; impeccable customer service experience everrrrr! She was always respectful, courteous, and NO this is not my first time coming to this place over the past few years.; her friendly, polite, very professional demeanor is bar none across the board.
She even went beyond the call of duty to assistance and waited for us to arrive before her lunch break for us to get our vehicle.
A DRIVER BY THE NAME OF RICHARD SOBER (goes by RICK) STOLE OUT OF MY CAR!!! WHEN MY CAR WAS FINALLY RELEASED, EVERYTHING IN MY ARM REST WAS LAYING ON THE SEATS AND A PAIR OF BEATS HEADPHONES WERE MISSING!! THEY ARE THE SHADIEST OF PEOPLE AND KARMA WILL CATCH UP TO THEM.
One thing for sure they tow anything. Most drivers just hooking and going. Some drivers actually scan through. Most scan vehicles and still tow them. I've also seen some of the Harris county tow drivers at our local THC dispensaries. I don't think your supposed to be on any influence of drugs or alcohol as a tow driver. I will be reporting drivers to the county
My beautiful daughters who I lost custody of 18 years ago weren't here but maybe 10 mins at cobble creek apts in tomball and they towed her car!!! Her damn motor was still warm!!!!
Towed a vehicle from my condo. Won’t answer the phone, won’t return my calls. My complex does not use them and when I talked to auto storage place, they was told that the car was requested by hpd to be towed. Talked to hpd and they have no record that and that I’m on private property in my assigned spot. These people are criminals and need to be shut down.
Towed my car at my apartment complex for lack of parking permit, but my apartment complex does not have parking permits and there's no justification for such a tow in my lease agreement. I am willing to believe that the fault for this likely illegal tow falls to my apartment complex, but that doesn't mean I forgive their awful customer service. When I called to track down the storage facility my car had been towed to, the person on the line hung up on me when I asked them to repeat the lot's phone number. Absolutely unhinged circumstances.
I pay to park in my apartments. These dudes came and picked my car up out of its CORRECT spot. When i called to tell them they made a mistake, the after hours tow driver was so rude and disrespectful! I waited until the next morning to call and another person named Junior told me i'm not getting my car until i pay $200. My apartment manager ended up calling and telling me they would fix the mistake and i could get my car the next morning free of charge ofcourse. I went and spoke with Joyce who was super sweet and super helpful! She was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Joyce! You made a very stressful situation extremely easy and pleasant! She is the reason for the 3 stars..I just couldn't give 5 after the tow truck drivers but Joyce was amazing.
Car got towed twice I even had a permit to be parked where I was parked they could not help me at all and hung up on me several times surprised they are still in business….not only that but they have ruined my lively hood will doing so
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Towed my car because my handicap placard had fell on the floor. Well I started to hear a noise a day later and looked and they damaged my car from the tow. Now no one wants to answer the phone.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever experienced. The same woman answers the phone all day and night. All she ever say is that she will dispatch the tow driver and will get right back to you and never does. I have called this tow service over 7 times only because they suppose to get paid for private towing. Other wise I would definitely not dial-up this company. This is who they request and I will definitely be reaching out to the manager soon. This service from this company is horrible.

After-hours line was very helpful, gave me all the info I needed. On-site staff got me taken care of quickly and directed me out of the lot. Only issue I had was one of my tires got punctured, presumably from debris on the lot. Management should probably look into making sure the path to get vehicles in and out of the property stays clear of nails, screws and the like. Service was perfectly fine though.
The women who answers the phone is very disrespectful and the guy name JR who says he is the supervisor is highly untrained and unprofessional and I will be reporting him and his company. The company towed my Vehicle in front of my apartment and said they towed it due to it not having a sticker! My paper tag fell on my seat when it was hanging on my rear view mirror due to the temperature outside it folded off and fell on my seat!!! But this company took pictures of my car the front, back, and sides but failed to look on my seat before towing away!!! Due to this COVID-19 y’all don’t have any compassion or sympathy for anyone y’all are only Scamming and hustling to get money and taking advantage of people for your business to get by at this difficult time. I hope and pray that your business fails and all your employees receive unemployment!
Called to see if maybe my car was towed because it was involved in an auto theft about a week ago the lady said I would have to call HPD. Before I even had time to explain I’ve already called them & was told to check county tow lots as well she hangs up on me mid conversation. So when I call back they refuse my calls. What kind of company is this
Awesome good hearted people. Robert helped me tonight and he was heaven sent as he went above and beyond! I’ve had to call on Harris County Towing before and they are always very kind. I just pray for blessings on these guys and protection over them as they do their jobs. Thank you Robert for everything!!!
Worst experience of my life. They kept telling me I couldn't get my car pass 7 p.m., they also refused to tell me my balance over the phone. So Apparently by law their service has to be operated 24/7, so if they tell you it's closed, it's not true.
Worst service ever. Car got towed. Lady was super unprofessional and rude, hung up on me. The person on call turned off their phone. No way to get my car and no information on when to come get it. According to their sign should give cars back whiting an hour of being contacted. Not true.
This place is has the most dumbest employees .. clearly it says open 24 hours . After they towed my car from a place that doesn’t even have there number to call to get your car . So after my 2 hour scavenger hunt to find my car. I go up there at 2 i the morning . After having me and three of my friends numbers blocked . Cuz they decided to be ignorant. They decide to say there closed . So i had to wait till the next morning to get my car .get there . Mind you i left my wallet in the car so i go to get it . Then i see this meth head olga lookin lady . Running and screaming through the storage yard . Saying I’m trespassing..clearly there were no signs . No one walked out to assist me . And how did they think they were goinnyo get paid wit out me getting my wallet out the car .. so she then runs back and locks her self in the trailer . Saying she feels threaten . I’m 5’5” 165lbs . She’s clearly 5’11” 300lbs . Threatened ? So she goes and call the police on me .. so i go and call the police on her . Things just got out of hand when they coulda have easily let me pay and go . No these no more then a second grade education mfs . Did all this bull of holding my car hostage . To get paid no more then what was told to me at first . Long story short .. some body needs to drive by and light that place up like it’s 4th of July . I’m definitely going to see about getting this place closed . !!!
Rude and extremely discourtous office staff. Ms. Joyce Smith hangs up on you when you call her to ask any questions even when you are polite. She refuses to deal with you and threatens you to be there by 5pm even though they are able to meet you later within an hour of notice. She threatens for you to leave her office when you question about the time they are closed based on poorly placed signs that say two different times. She did end up staying until 5:10 and I did get my vehicle after feeling as though I had to deal with her verbal abuse and be a sycophant towards her otherwise she refuses to acknowledge or deal with you. Regardless of the type of business she is in and the thick skin she may feel she has to have when dealing with upset customers she should still be calm and courteous and she is so very far from that. She is argumentative, rude, insulting, hostile, threatening, and uninformative. This is not how you run a business that deals with the public at all.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I as a pregnant woman would NEVER EVER EVER recommend them! They took my car at 1:30 am and didn't report it. When I called Onstar the agent patched in Harris County Sheriffs department. According to the deputy that i spoke with they apparently didn't report my vehicle? My mother called to find out it they had my vehicle after talking to the front office at her apartments and the lady was extremely unprofessional. Once we arrived to the office at the yard the lady told me i had to go get the insurance papers myself out of the car in the yard. Fortunately I could get to one side of my car to get my insurance copy out of the glove box. They had stuffed my car in between two cars and barely had enough room on either side. The office attendant released my car and told me i had to go get it out of the yard myself and I explained to her that I couldn't get into my driver side it was too close to another car. She decided to tell me i needed to climb over my seats to get into my car. Let me just stop right here I am a pregnant woman I don't need to be crawling over any seats! Honestly she was a terribly indecent person and I could care less if their business goes under at this point. I wasn't asking for my money back or a hand out but maybe some assistance would have been nice.
I'm giving a single rating due to the female that anwsers the phone during Business hours. She sounds fat and as if she smokes cigarettes back to back. She hanged the phone up on me two times. She lied about how many cars are on the lot for sale just to not answer my questions. Customer service is a must in business. The old hag was very difficult to speak to and refused to put me in touch with someone that could better help me with my questions about cars for sale.
I called this company to see about my car. The lady was rude when i asked her why does it say i have damage to the front of my car? She got cocky, rude, told me not to go there with her! I called back later the answering service told me i could pick up at night. So for 3 hours we waited to have to come back the next morning. When i got there i asked the lady before i singed anything i wanted to see my car. She got rude again. So i got rude right on back. Plus it didnt help that she was high as a kite. On facebook trying to tell me is a professional that works everyday. Im sorry but nothing about this place is professional. They are the most currupt, rude, thieves, and unprofessional company i have ever encountered.

This place is full of crooks. My car was towed from my apt last night, I called the tow company and intially spoke to a nice lady that told me to bring my ID and insurance card to retrieve my car. I showed up and some other lady is at the desk to help me...she is full of attitude and completely unprofessional. She would not take my insurance card because it had my mother's name on the insurance although I am insured with the same policy. It literally says on the insurance card... "Due to space limitations on the ID card, only the Name Insured and the Co-insured are listed. For a full list of drivers covered under this policy, please reference the Drivers section of your Delcartions Page,..." SO then I pulled up the full digital verison on my geico app to prove I am on it, she refused to look at it.
End of story, she would not let me pay with a credit/debit card since my insurance card didn't have my name...EVEN THOUGH I AM INSURED! I had to go get the EXACT cash $293.30 because they will not give you change back.
Basically it was a total scam to take my cold hard cash so they probably won't claim it later to pay taxes. DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU!
Next time, I will be more prepared to deal with these lower vibrational beans.

I was towed from my complex and when I called for information in regards to a resident being towed. I was hung up on twice from the answering service lady Mary and 3 times by the lady who actually works at the location. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that I couldn't speak to anyone else and that she did not have to provide me with a supervisor. I asked was she the supervisor she stated "no" and then hung up. I understand this is a high stress environment but customer service is key to making your company a success.
