We had to sign in through our phones. My wait time started at 8 minutes, then 16, then 33 to 41. No one was in the lobby. The employees were just sitting there getting paid to do nothing, but tell everyone waiting to stay outside ( in the heat) and wait for a text. Bad customer service. While I was there, I tried calling and got hung up on. One star was to nice.

My car got hit and was forced to come here. I checked in via the code on the sign. It said 18 mins. Was waiting in the lobby. Some lady came out of the back office and started screaming for everyone to wait outside. She was not nice, had a rude tone from the start. Everyone just started shouting back at her saying “we aren’t going outside”. Never saw a sign saying “wait outside”. Then some guy behind the counter wanted to be a tuff guy and started yelling at everyone (half the people don’t speak English so ignored him). If you want people to stay out of your lobby pay someone 7.25$ an hour to stand there and tell them instead of screaming at people. Was here years ago and the policy was never to “wait outside”. How do the elderly wait outside in 100 degree summer? The estimated wait time went from 18 mins while I waited to 30 mins and kept going up. I had already left and went outside to avoid the drama. Since the estimated wait time kept going up and the lady screaming get out and wait in your car; that is what I did. Get to my car and sit down and guess what? A text saying it is my turn at the kiosk. Their system doesn’t work since my checkin wait time was 18 minutes, 5 minutes later said 30 mins, one minute later said it was my turn. They need to fix their system. The estimated wait time went up the longer I waited and by the time I sat in my car like the screaming lady said, it was my turn. Completely ridiculous. There is no sign saying wait outside. I hate this place. Literally worse than the DMV. The employee once checked in was nice. Horrible checkin process. When from 18 minutes to 30 minutes down to 0 minutes. Lady went nuts screaming and forced to walk to my car for nothing. Don’t leave the lobby.

worst copart I ever visited. Up to loading everything was just fine. Loader helped a lot. But then I got to the point when I went to the office to pick up a title. I signed online to the line for counter when I arrived at the copart. After loading, I was 37th in line, I stepped into the office, and there were 3 people waiting. 4 people were sitting behind the counter doing nothing... I approached one of them, she told me that I'm third in the line. Ok.... I asked her why they were not there, she told me again I had to wait... I was waiting there for about 15 minutes... they called 5 people, then they took 3 people without the appointment. I stepped to counter again and asked how come they serve that many customers when I was told that I'm third in line. Guys behind the counter asked me if I had received text to step into the office yet. I told him, "No." He just told me to go outside and wait...... ....... If that would be my business, they would be fired ....... They don't know how customers service should look like.
