The repair experience with caliber collision was great. I was kept informed about the state of the repair with regular updates. The repair was completed earlier than expected date. Woody understood my expectations and did an excellent job on the repair. He made sure I had a great experience. I am glad I chose caliber for my repair.

Woody and Sarah were very friendly and helpful in getting me thru the process of repairing my vehicle. Even took care of getting my rental vehicle sorted. The repair was done in a timely manner and looked great. Great communication with periodic text messages to inform of the progress.
They provided an estimate for replacing a headlight, but without the bulb, which they supposedly put the old bulb into the new assembly, and a week later it failed. Now they're blaming the insurance company, even though they've never touched the vehicle. They did a completely incompetent job and offered no warranty.
They do okay work and are very friendly but I would not take a new car that you would want back in pristine condition. I have 2025 and they couldn’t get the paint right still has small amounts of pitting in the paint. It is very hard to see and It looks okay but not same as the day it was drove off the lot.
I went to have the grill changed out for my vehicle and it was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a body shop. They ordered the body part and on the day the part came in, Mr. Bernal had the service techs install it and within an hour and a half it was ready. Great, Great service! They even washed my vehicle; 10 plus service. Thanks!!
Vehicle had details when job was considered finished . Had flaking or paint peeling by the inside of fender by the wheel . Also had a lot of orange peel on the whole side of driver door . Vehicles should have one final inspection by the shop supervisor before trying to hand it back to customer . There shouldn’t be findings by customer the day of pick up and delayed to perform rework

I brought my truck in because I was rear ended. They was telling me possibly it would take two weeks. Woody took care of me with getting me in and out. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on. It only took 3 days and I had my truck back. This is my second time coming back here and each time they took real good care of me. I highly recommend this location. Woody is the guy to talk to for all your needs.

I have used Caliber for several vehicle repairs. I have always been more than satisfied. I have recommended Caliber to many people. I will only use Caliber for my vehicle repair needs.
I chose Caliber Collision to make the repairs on my truck from an insurance claim, and I am relieved to say things went great. My truck looks exactly how it did before the accident as if it never happened, with shiny new paint and parts. All of the team members that assisted me were respectful and informative, with special mention of my representative Craig. He did a great job of listening to all my concerns and checking all the boxes with me to make sure I was happy with the services and that I had all the correct aftermarket parts replaced; he even pushed to get my truck done early so I could have it to travel out of town. They were also very helpful with lining things up for the rental company. I hope I never get hit by an uninsured driver ever again but if I have any repairs needed I will happily return to Caliber Collision to get the job done.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. It looks like the day that it was purchased. I really can't complain about the seat belt issue because it was completed pronto. I have no complaints at all. They give you a date of completion and they do as they said they would--Thank you Caliber Collision.
These guys take care of you. From the drop off of the vehicle for repairs to the pickup of repaired vehicle, I was fully informed. I knew when to expect my vehicle and multiple weekly updates on the status of repairs. I have used them twice and was very satisfied both times. Highly recommend.
I recommend going anywhere but Caliber Collision. I got rear ended and was looking for a repair shop, to get a quote for repairs from a 3rd party, like the insurance rep said. I didn't know where to bring it, so I went to my usual mechanic, and he said to try a collision repair place, so I went to one with a good rating and tried to explain my situation, told them I got rear ended and needed a quote etc and the Lady said "Well maybe you should take it to a mechanic." Didn't even want to look at a picture of it. I know it was 30 minutes until closing, but dang. Could have done anything but be rude to someone who was in a collision already and likely having a bad day. Honestly glad they showed their personality before they had my car.
Best experience I've ever had in dealing with any automotive shop. It was bad enough that I hit a deer and messed up my truck, but then you take it to a place to get fixed and the situation usually just gets worse. This place was awesome!! My service advisor Monica kept me updated everyday as to what was going on with my vehicle and even had it done 2 days earlier than I expected it to be. I literally did nothing but drop it off, Enterprise picked me up, put me in a rental, and when it was done I was even able to turn the rental back in at their facility. This is how a shop should be, and I sure hope I never have a need for a body shop again, but if I do I'll definitely be coming back here. A big thank you to Monica, Jamie and the rest of the staff...

John was very accommodating in shifting around his already heavily booked schedule to squeeze us in as I was able to acquire a rental car for a short period of time. Monica took over for our car’s repairs and was very sweet and kept my wife informed of every step of the repair process. We will be returning customers for all of our vehicle repairs. I'm very satisfied with the work y'all did on my car she looks just as good as she did before the accident. Plus y'all had my baby Blue ready Friday afternoon and wasn't expecting to be done till Monday at closing and also kept me up dated the whole time. Amazing job with my car thank you so much.
