I had an accident in late April of 2025 and this team did an amazing job getting me back on the road. My vehicle was in their lot the same night that I got hit and within a day I had a point of contact to talk to regarding the repair process on my truck. After liability was squared away and ordered parts arrived they had my vehicle looking brand new within 3 weeks. They always let me know everything they needed and or thought I should know to help the process go smoother, their body shop and paint crew did an amazing job to the damaged areas and over all went above and beyond to make sure that not only that I was taken care of but also to ensure my vehicle looked and drove better than it did before the wreck. I’ve had it back for a few weeks now and I have had zero issues with the truck. I’ve gotten countless compliments on how good it looks and over all I am very satisfied with their work. If you’re thinking about taking your vehicle to them I’d highly recommend you do so. They will take care of you and do so very well.

Best tow experience I’ve had. Andrew was my tow truck driver, he was very courteous, friendly, and super helpful. He made the very stressful day turn out to be a pretty enjoyable time. He was quick and did not damage my car. He even gave me a ride to where I needed to go. If you ever need a tow, he’s the one you want to call!

I did not want to write about my experience at Custom Auto Collision. But since the pain has refused to go after all these months, I decided to let it off, hopefully my feedback can benefit someone else. My car was involved in an accident. The tow truck driver claimed he was just into towing but recommended Custom Auto Collision as a neutral independent opinion. What I did not know then was that the Towing truck worked for CAC. The fact is CAC run a fleet of several towing trucks across the city. Their trucks show up at every accident scene, guaranteeing continuous flow of unsuspecting clients. That’s how I fell into their hands. On the positive: 1. The technical quality of the repair work was good. They used new parts, did a great job. On the negative: 1. Their manager is very rude. They delayed my car by a month. In the process, my insurance rental ran out. They decided to rent their vehicle to me at $25/ day. 2. When I called to discuss with the manager about the prolonged delays, he threw tantrums and went completely berserk on the phone. Shouted at me, called me ungrateful, then threatened to seize my vehicle until I paid cash in full for all days the car was in their custody. 3. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that a fog light was missing. The manager denied and claimed they received the vehicle without fog light. He literally told me off. Luckly, I had photos of the car prior to the towing in my phone and showed him that the fog light was intact. At that point he admitted and agreed to replace the fog light. 4. They want only cash payment. 5.My point is – if you fall into their hands, you are done for. Only God can save you. The manager is rude like hell. He has anger issues and is very temperamental. When he sobers down, he blames his anger on divorce issues

Andrew was first class. Explained everything that was going to happen. Andrew took time to make sure I was ok and took me to a safe place for my Son to collect me, I have never had such good service and kindness. I would recommend Andrew every time. Thank you so much Andrew.

They were great! The tow truck driver who showed up, his name was Andrew and he was very personable, helped me get my vehicle on the car bed safely which is what I was worried about. I am incredibly grateful to the outstanding team at Custom Auto Collision. Dealing with insurance, a rental car, and everything else after an accident is extremely stressful but the one thing I didn't have to worry about was my car. I received frequent updates throughout the repair process, and their communication and professionalism were truly outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

My car ended up being totaled out by the insurance company, however the staff was very nice and pleasant to work with while waiting for the insurance company to complete their evaluation of my vehicle. All three ladies - Angela, Carolyn, and Merlana were very helpful and always polite and respectful during our interactions. Shlomi was very helpful with getting me in a rental vehicle while waiting for the claim to be completed. He was also very helpful when I informed him of the squealing brakes on the rental and he had the fixed immediately.

My Acura was hit by a driver that failed to obey a stop sign in Houston in early December. The responding Sheriff's Deputy directed that my vehicle be towed immediately by one of the tow trucks that were already on scene because we were blocking a public road. I don't have any experience with collision shops so Longs Towing offered to take it to Custom Auto Collision (CAC) in Richmond , which was next door to them. I was a little leary about using a collision shop that just 'happened to be next door' to the towing company, but a quick search of reviews of CAC appeared to be pretty good with a 4.1 star rating over 180+ reviews. Fortunately things turned out well, actually, better than well. Caroline from CAC contacted me the next business day and explained my various options and why CAC would be a good option if I wanted to use them- they source OEM replacement parts, guarantee their work, handle all the paperwork with insurance and adjusters etc., so in the interest of getting my repairs started as quickly as possible, I decided to have CAC fix it. Caroline was able to handle all the paperwork over the phone and via email so I didn't have to make the 45 minute trip down to Richmond to do any of that. Shlomi from CAC was terrific- he updated me almost weekly on the progress of my repairs along with pictures. In the midst of repairs, they found additional damage not reported in the original claim and had to request supplements from my insurance company, have an adjuster approve them, wait for payment etc. Needless to say, a month and a half later my rental car coverage ran out and I was inconveniencing family and co-workers or using Lyft to get to work. Although it was not their fault that we had to wait for parts being sourced by the insurance company or the lengthy insurance process itself, CAC offered me the use of a loaner car until the rest of the repairs were completed. That was a huge help and allowed me to keep our small family-owned business running smoothly. Upon completion of the repairs they took it to an Acura dealer to get an alignment as the accident affected the front wheel and suspension. While it was going to be there I asked if they would have Acura address an open recall item too, which CAC did without hesitation. That added another 4 days but at least I didn't have to make a separate trip to the dealer to get it taken care of. I finally got my vehicle back last week and it looks and handles like new! Custom Auto Collision made the trauma of a car accident much more bearable by handling all the pesky details, keeping me informed throughout the process with calls, texts, and photos, lending me a vehicle after my rental coverage ran out, and most importantly, making my vehicle like new again. I would heartily recommend Custom Auto Collision to anyone needing collision work. Great job and thank you all again!

I brought my Honda Accord in for hail damage from a storm that happened in March. I knew that I left my car in good hands from the beginning. Merlana was so attentive and helpful over the phone which ultimately made me decide to come here and I’m so glad I did. Shlomi updated me on the process of the repairs on my car, photos of the jobs being done, and when the job was going to be completed which was really appreciated! Where do I begin? On my last week of working for a company traveling outside of town. I was headed to work and out came a deer running out into the middle of the road. Talk about leaving a job with a bang right? Boom I hit the deer. Due to the fact that my truck is lifted most of the damage was to the front and bottom side of the truck. Suspension thrown out of wack. I was referred to this company through a family member who has had multiple jobs done on personal vehicles. Although the company is yet out of town I didn’t have a worry in my mind that my truck would be in good hands. If it wasn’t for the insurance company taking there sweet time I probably would have gotten my truck sooner. But no complaints towards the collision center. However I was able to get all the repairs fixed and the suspension also. The parts used were gm parts and the paint job was immaculate. I highly recommend this company. Rather it’s due to a wreck or something you just want to get done these guys will not let you down. Thank you to all the hands that got my truck back to the way it needs to be!!!!

Rude customer service. I called and updated the shop with my ETA for my car pickup. When I arrived, they informed that the car is at an alignment shop. When I inquired why is my car at an alignment shop after I was informed that car is ready to be picked up?(I wanted to know if there was something wrong with the alignment) The guy came yelling at me saying your car was here for a week. Would you want us to charge you $50/ day for the storage? Like he was threatening me instead of answering my question! Also the only mode of payment for deductible is either Cash or Cashier's check. Will not take any credit or debit card. Bad business practice. Bad customer service. Rude behavior and didn't value customer's time!
