Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I needed a large printer towed and the driver, Sam, was very courteous, patient, kind, and careful towing our machine. He helped muscle the 1600 lbs. right into the garage when delivered. I'll never use another towing company. Above and beyond expectations, and I can't express how appreciated that is!

All I can say is I am extremely impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I started the new year with my truck breaking down in the middle of an intersection, and the transmission was stuck in gear and wouldn’t switch into neutral. I called Katy Richmond Towing, and they arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, moved it from the roadway safely, and transported it to my residence. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again to transport my vehicle to the dealership after the new year holiday.

Sam was awesome. Great guy. Great conversations. Great company. Bonded and insured but at an honest price. Closest quote I received was $100 over. One company even tried to tell me it was going to be $600 more than what this company charged. 10/10 would recommend.
