This people are scam artists! Had my car towed at drop off they tried charging me $104 at drop off refusing to drop my car off. These people should be in jail for entrapment
This company is a scam waited for 4 hours then told me they was 30 minutes away just for them to stop answering the phone and not pick up my vehicle DO NOT WASTE YOUT TIME OR MONEY
Horrible kept me waiting all day then when I called them to complain since they still hadn't arrived very rude and they said they cancelled the tow and they said they wouldn't give me my deposit back
Horrible experience. I have yet to get a call or information on the pick up of my car. The company was contacted by my insurance USAA on Sunday night about 6:40 pm CTS. They never showed up that night, nor did they show up the next day. I called them they hung up in my face, I text them they did not responded. The insurance representative called them they did not answer nor did they call them back. This was the worst tow truck service I have ever received, and I'm 56 so that is saying alot! As veteran spouse of 25 yrs I am appalled at the service i didn't receive. I asked USAA to delete this company from the list of there preferred vendors and I will be checking to ensure no one else has to face being left hanging ever again from this company's incompetence!
DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE SHADY AND SCAMMERS! This company accepted a roadside assistance call from progressive insurance. They had zero intentions of picking up my vehicle and kept accepting the tow request from insurance. They held onto the ticket for FIVE HOURS! Do not call them!
