Parts on time

This was my first Time trying this Location, I was sold used Part and had to return it and still had to go to the Dealership for my Part☹☹☹☹☹

I buy all my stuff there great service very knowledgeable staff

Great oem parts for my Chevrolet. Knowledge counter person also.

Worse customer service ever manager is so rude and disrespectful will not buy parts from here

Friendly and knowledgable staff, parts here are cheaper and better quality than you find at o'riley or auto zone. Try them ot before big chain stores

This parts ordering store is reasonably priced but not always the best price. We have purchased several parts from them. The gentlemen who comes to the front is always kind and does not treat me any different with or without my husband. I do not like that you can't call them directly, you have to call an 800 number and then ask to be transferred to a store #. Then ask your questions.

Yonger generation working here but very respectful to me and helped much as possible

Ordered parts told him exactly what I needed and when the parts came out luckily I checked them because one card I didn't receive the other two parts were wrong then he had to call someone else from another branch to help get the parts I needed very unorganized. Head start the transaction all over again what the correct parts but won't be able to pick him up till tomorrow never had this problem before so it was very inconvenient.

Never knew this place was opened to the public. Great prices but I'm just sorry that they don't have a website to see prices.
