I went to purchase a bumper and I asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit, and they said yes. I told him I had already tried brackets from my other truck and they proceeded to tell me they would give me my money back and charge me $50 because they took brackets off. Point is they said they would refund my money and did not!
Don’t waste your time... dude don’t want to sell anything. If he does prices are close to new. Trip to pick-n-pull in Fort Worth will save you double including paying for gas to get there... what a joke of a “junk yard”...
Guy needs some training on customer service, room was full of cigarette smoke,was on phone with someone else and his conversation was clearly deflective not wanting to be bothered by a customer on the phone. I drove from granbury after calling to make sure they had what I was looking for and he yes. When I arrived he did not and I left with an intoxicated smell of cigarettes all on my cloths. So I will never walk in that filth again. 1 star is to much for this establishment but I had to choose something.
He will never sell me anything I need, but I know he has the parts , and he tells me he doesn't. I have seen the parts, I have a buddy that buys stuff all the time from him but when I go in he won't sell. They have lost my business, the owner needs to hire a new manager to run the place. The guy that sits and smokes all day isn't worth being under employment if he's not selling anything so how are they making money? Worst business in Stephenville.
