The guys were great, I had them take my C7 Grand Sport to the shop. They new exactly how they were going to load the car on the hauler. They were a pleasure to watch and work with. If you have a low riding vehicle I would highly recommend K & E
Dispatch could use a little work on communication, and customer service. It's nice you get an upfront price over the phone, and can pay through square. But...the dispatcher said they would only come if I paid first, and the link they sent me wasn't working. Went back and forth with him over a 6 hour period, after saying I was going to call another company,finally he sent a truck and let me pay the driver. Driver was safe and respectful with my vehicle I tipped him well .

Sunday afternoon. Came and got me quick and got me and my truck to the house. Very nice driver and great conversation as he gave me a ride with my truck. Will call them if I never need a tow again.
They did a great job! Just wish my vehicle information was listed on the receipt for insurance purposes. Other than that they did great! A little pricey for a 4.5 mile tow though.

Tow driver showed up in the amount of time we were told and loaded up my truck and gave us a ride where the truck was being dropped off. Driver was very friendly and did a great job I would recommend them to anyone.
My car broke down on the side of the road while I was trying to make it to the airport. I was able to leave my car and make it to the airport while K and E towing took car if everything. Called for a tow late afternoon and they were there in 30 minutes. Driver was amazing. I have a really low profile car and he managed to get it on and off the bed without a single scratch. They definitely know what they’re doing.

My husbands truck broke down on the side of the highway early in the morning and he was stranded! These guys were prompt, had great communication, friendly, reassuring, and more! K&E Towing were very courteous and professional. We were stuck in the mud at almost midnight. Great customer service! Very good communication throughout the process! I didn't have the keys to the car but they did an AMAZING job unloading it. They were very carful and attentive making sure no damage could be caused to the car!
