  The guy who attended me this afternoon had some nerve to yell at me for a MISTAKE he made. To add, he wanted to charge an additional fee for something he messed up on?!??! They don’t have much knowledge on what they do. They lack competence, empathy and customer service. Sharing my experience so others can be informed.
