Had a repossession heading towards El Paso,TX that was on default. Michael responded quickly and stayed on top of the unit. As soon as it came to a rest Michael and his team moved quickly to recover it. Highly recommended them as they stayed in communication throughout the entire process!
I wish you could give 0 stars, and the only reason I would is because the tow truck never came to my location. I’ve been speaking with someone for the past 2 days and even scheduled a pick up time and provided the locations, confirmed the pricing and everything. I called today to still confirmed we were still good to go and he told me yes. It was suppose to be done at 12:00 and almost 1:00 and no response and I called twice and so did my husband and no response. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.
I have been having the worst week of my life and couldn’t find a good price for a tow away I called Michael and he got to it within a 3 hr frame called when he was already taking the vehicle home very professional thank you. Made my day a bit better
I’ve been calling this man for about 3 days no and goes straight to voicemail. I tried to get my belongings from my car where I have my legal documents and I can not receive a call back or hear from him. Now I leave on a trip in 2 days and don’t have my passport or drivers license.
Helped me with my Hyundai Elantra when the steering wheel lock and I didn’t know how to get the car started. Got my car to start again without having to get it towed. I recommend this company to military such as myself!
Had to call multiple times to get an answer on 5/5. Called at around 12:30pm, finally got an answer for a tow. Man on the phone said “I’ll see if I can find you a driver.” and I didn't hear back from him again. Now, my mom’s car battery has been stolen and if they had actually came and towed the car or had been straight up and said they can’t we could’ve found someone else and avoided this.
I wish I can give Michael’s Towing and Recovery more than 5 stars . He was Very professional and quick to repo a vehicle for me . Highly recommend!!! He is awesome :) Thank you Michael !!! The Best in El Paso .

Was able to get a hold of Michael on Sunday night and arrange a Monday tow to a local shop easy to work with, great price, on time service, would repeat anytime.

We hired Michael for a vehicle repossession he recovered the vehicle within a few hours. We used them again a few days later and once more it a very fast and efficient process with them. Do recommend!!
After trying to use my AAA roadside assistance for a tow, I ended up waiting over 3 hours with no update and no contact from the tow provider. (Yes I called AAA a few times and got no update) Luckily, I was able to find Michael's Towing and Recovery and they showed up within 30 minutes and quickly got me towed and even was able to provide a ride home for me. I don't know how long I would have ended up waiting if I didn't contact Michael's Towing. I definitely will not be using AAA anymore if I ever need a tow for sure. Thanks again Michael's! Very profesional towing company . I called them because my Dodge Charger was over heating . They came out towed my car and even fix the broken line. They went above and beyond to help me get on my way. Highly recommended give them a call
I had called a few tow companies before Michael called me back, it was the best rate from all the others and he offered me the convenient option of having my car towed to my house without me having to be there. He kept open communication the whole time and was true to the time frame. A very trustworthy guy with flexible payment options! Since it was freezing outside and he was going to be 45-hour I got a ride with a friend and had no worries my car was in good hands would definitely recommend!
Called AAA they had me wait 2 hours on the road and was still waiting. After lack of response from AAA I Found Michaels Towing on google and called him and within 5 mins he was there with his tow truck. He towed my vehicle to a tow yard and also offered to tow back to Honda dealership when they opened on Monday. A gentleman and honest hard working man.
Called many other tow none were willing to either A.Answer or B.Did want to chance it do to the car being low. Mike was able to get my vehicle home with no issue. Even felt comfortable asking question and got respectful response back. Didn’t feel like I was bothering him with my concerns about my tow and gave me great responses to my question and even took the time to explain how he does his work.
Would definitely recommend him to others in towing needs. Low car approved.
